Mandie Blanton (5/5): Not as Nice as I Thought it Would Be - The common area was nice. Door to room needed serious repair. Carpet was very dingy. Faint mildew smell. Distinct smell of marijuana coming from the housekeeping cart. Just not what I expected for what we paid per night.

James (7/5): It would have been nice if the incident above didn’t happen. - I was extremely upset when my husband went downstairs to bring most of our luggage to our truck. I was in the bathroom and my purse and some other belongings were still in the room. I heard someone knock and it was a woman who said housekeeping. I thought it was next door because we didn’t check out yet. When my husband came back he said the doors deadbolt was sticking out to hold the door open. Meanwhile anyone could have come in, taken my purse or walked in the bathroom while I was on the toilet. I didn’t lock the bathroom door thinking no one would be in our room. I mentioned it to the girl when we checked out. Still very shocked housekeeping would leave our door open without knowing we didn’t check out yet and I’m in the bathroom.

Lucian (10/5): I stay there everytime I’m in area because overall price comfort cleanliness excellent - Good location clean rooms Coffee at this place is always poor but I do not stay there for the coffee. They serve very bold only and to make it drinkable you add 1/2 cup water. Then make a cup of tea because still not so good.

Laura (9/5): Nice place to stay. Would book again. - It came with a nice breakfast. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean, and it is a newer hotel. A workout room and pool were available. The TV didn't work. It came on, but we couldn't view any channels. We called the front desk, and the lady didn't know what to do. We didn't press it as we were tired. However, I recommend someone knowing how to take care of it for future reference.
JAMIE 89 (9/5): - Very clean, the staff was super nice and amazing. Beds wear very comfortable. I would stat there again. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice love that its open till midnight. But its smaller then the pic let's on lol. But the water was nice. There was no cold Watter at the breakfast bar and the oj was kinda battered down. And I was not a fan of the milk.

Jeff (8/5): Nice property but horrible staff. Continental breakfast was the worst I had in a 7 day trip - The staff charged me $100 for a pet deposit bit it did not show up on my bill. I'm still waiting for my $75 partial deposit even adter 2 follow up contacts by me. Entirely unproffessuonal staff. The back door was taped open because it was inoperable.

Jeffrey (10/5): Great Hotel (and having been a trucker all my life, that speaks volumes.) - Location. I was here visiting a friend (Kimberley Faye Crouch Hosler)who has to go the hospital in Huntington every 3 months so location was great. Matter of fact I was gonna see about since she has to make this trip so often if maybe Fairfield could maybe help her with the cost since she's up here so often and she doesn'thave a lot of money. Cancer treatments are expensive. I'm from NC and I just come up here for emotional support for her. She has been given 5 yrs to live but she and I both being devout Christians don't really put a whole lot of stock in what a man says concerning one's longevity. I'm a walking miracle myself. For me, I sleep on a firm mattress at home so the mattress was a little soft for my liking but not really a big deal at all.
Maureen (10/5): This is our third time to stay there and we would be willing to return on another trip. - The beds are very comfortable. The view from the back of the hotel is amazing. Breakfast offered a variety of items and was good. No complaints

NARDELLA (10/5): Prefect - upon checking in staff receptionist gave us a great list with eatery places and other events alone the way. She was a very cheerful person and very knowledgeable about things surrounding Hotel. Also upon check out breakfast was the best I've had in a long time the server on duties was very sociable and friendly keeping area clean and stocked. thank to a wonderful staff. n/a

Drew (10/5): - The room was very clean. The color choice was flattering & comforting. It definitely stood out compared to the normal white, beige, brown, and gray. The patio with a fire and rocking chairs was super cute. The view on the patio was gorgeous. The breakfast options were some of the best I've seen at a hotel, and the breakfast bar was very clean. They even had nondairy milk for the cereal & coffee! The pool and gym both seemed very inviting, and had my stay been longer, I would've spent more time in the pool and working out. The nighttime front desk staff were very friendly, which was much needed at 10 pm after 7 hours of driving. Overall, I couldn't be more grateful that my partner and I found this hotel on our road trip. I genuinely can't think of a single complaint.
