Guests will park at Wildenau 3a, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The gondola seats 4 people and the ride takes 4 minutes. It is not possible to reach or leave the property after 10 PM. Guests with excess luggage or a medical reason not to take the gondola must contact the office in advance to arrange for shuttle service.

Highly recommend the half board option to include tasty and beautifully plated 5 course dinners. Martin at the front desk is an incredible resource to help plan your activities during the stay.

- Nadine (10/5): - Wir haben drei wunderbare erholsame Tage im Graseck verbracht. 1. Spa Bereich Der Spa Bereich besteht aus einem kleinen beheizten Outdoorpool, mehreren Saunen und 3 verschiedenen Ruheräumen. Obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, war der Spa Bereich angenehm leer, wohl auch weil einige Zimmer für ein Geschäftsmeeting gebucht waren. Im 2. OG befindet sich der infinity pool, der als Sportpool etwas kühler beheizt ist aber ein unglaubliches Panorama bietet! 2. Zimmer Die Zimmer waren ein Traum mit offenem modernen Bad, Espresso Maschine und gefüllter Mini Bar (antialkoholisch). Zu meinem Geburtstag wurden wir nachmittags mit einer Obstplatte überrascht. 3. Verpflegung Sowohl das 4-Gänge Menü abends als auch das Frühstück mit Prosecco, pancakes, Obst, Omelette und frischen Säften haben uns vollständig überzeugt! Das Personal gibt sich sowohl im Restaurant als auch an der Rezeption alle Mühe, dass man sich als Gast wohlfühlt, vielen Dank nochmal!

Wir waren in einer Junior Suite mit Panoramablick und Balkon… Der Blick auf die Berge ist vor allem im Winter mit der Schneelandschaft überragend. Vier-Gänge-Menü am Abend sowie das Frühstück sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist nur mit der Gondel erreichbar. Tolle Panorama-Sauna, doch das absolute Highlight ist der Infinity-Pool mit einem tollen Panorama. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

- Beatriz Damianci (8/5): - Só se pode chegar no hotel através de um bondinho que demora uns 3 minutos para subir ou descer e das 20 hrs até as 7 hrs não funciona. O carro fica em um estacionamento lá em baixo. Infelizmente minha filha se machucou e não tive como descer para ir em uma farmácia e eles não tinham nada de primeiros socorros. Foi uma situação desagradável. Mas no mais é um bom hotel.

Die Küche ist sehr flexibel und reagiert auf persönliche Befindlichkeiten (Allergien aller Art) besonders professionell und nimmt das immer größer werdende Thema sehr ernst ! Aber auch ohne Unverträglichkeiten 5 Sterne an die Küche !!! Auch der gesamte Service im Haus ist sehr freundlich und immer bemüht den Gast zu verwöhnen. Die außergewöhnliche Lage des Hotels ist kein Problem sondern beschert dem Gast garantiert Ruhe und Entspannung!
- SYLVAIN (10/5): Excellent établissement calme et reposant - Un bel hôtel très calme et reposant, dans une nature très préservée. Parfaitement entretenu et décoré, la propreté est exemplaire. Les lits et les chambres sont très confortables. Le spa est très relaxant et les soins sont de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent ainsi que la table le soir. L’arrivée en téléphérique est vraiment un moment unique. La situation est très bonne: montagne, lacs et les châteaux de Louis II sont proches. Vraiment un très bon moment.

Nothing special in terms of service or what we got, e.g. other less exclusive properties have had better service; had staff taking our luggage all the way; champagne at breakfast; a welcome drink, etc, etc. Das Gracek had none of the above. We stayed at schloss elmau previously and the service, amenities and overall experience was so very much better. So, overall, a disappointment

It is everything it advertises - a mountain get-away where you can rest and recharge in a beautiful setting in the Alps, with direct access to incredible hiking, a wonderful spa, superb food, and pampering service. They attend to all the details to make your stay luxurious. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing retreat and especially if you like to combine great food with trail running, hiking, or rock climbing. Das Graseck is just amazing!!

- Kimberly (10/5): Fantastic Hotel, Location and Staff - Considering all the hotels on our 2 week European vacation, Das Graseck was by far our favorite. It is a stunning, modern hotel with amazing food, amenities and a wonderful staff. They were also able to get us into a room quickly even though we arrived a few hours before checkin. It was our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary and they made our stay very special with an upgraded room. The spa is also one of a kind, highly recommend it. We will definitely be back to visit this hidden gem.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Alpine Fantasy! - We booked Das Graseck for a little relaxation and luxury in the middle of a two week tour of Germany. it was perfect - after two nights, we wish we could stay longer. We are vegetarian, and the chef served us special extravagant menus at dinner. The hotel was a bit quiet at the end of May, and they upgraded us to a junior suite with a wide balcony and fantastic views of the alps. It's an unforgetable view, and so hard to leave.

- Micky (10/5): I wish I had one more night - My stay at Das Graseck was for 3 nights. It was very comfortable stay in a cozy hotel with modern facilities. Located on a mountain that is only accessible by cable car, very peaceful. Staffs are very nice, friendly and speak English well. Breakfast is of superb quality. The cleanliness is excellent. Restaurant for dinner does offer half board 4 course menu or a fondue which can be ordered in advance. Both are of great quality and delicious taste. The WiFi signal worked really well in all areas of the hotel. The spa area is nice with a small outdoor heated pool, which is very comfortably heated at 32’C despite the outside temperature was below freezing. All in all, this is a very good hotel in its own class and exceeded my expectations for a hotel of 4-stars superior class.

- Christian (10/5): - gotta come up with a little gondola, new hotel, great rooms, first rate breakfast, great spa area with sauna, little pool and relaxation rooms, they offer medical check up services too.
- Rob (10/5): Perfect getaway - My wife and I had an opportunity to get away for two nights without the kids so we were looking for a hotel that would be completely relaxing and stress free. Das Graseck was pretty much perfect. Everything from the gondola ride to the room to the VIEW to the spa area made the stay the perfect time away. My only suggestion is that the music in the restaurant and sauna area was somewhat annoying, but that's a minor quibble. Can't wait to get back.

- Karen (10/5): Magical - Wonderful to be back at Das Graseck! It's a truly magical corner of the earth, our second visit and for sure we will be back in the winter months. The staff are exceptionally attentive, friendly and professional with a good old sense of humour! Upon arrival, we were welcomed back and also, surprised with an upgrade to the loft suite, which made our stay super comfy and, of course the extra space and views were magnificent. Excellent breakfasts and dinner service, super selection of wines. Falling asleep to clear skies, majestic mountain views and the best... the sound of cowbells in the distance :) What a pleasure to step out of bed and straight into the mountains for a hike or a bike ride. Don't hesitate to book - this place is a memory maker! Thank you Das Graseck for an amazing 2 days!
