• Sophia (3/5): - Die Gänge im Hotel sind sehr eng. Es gibt nicht genug Aufzüge und man muss lange warten. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und die Betten unbequem. In unserem Zimmer hatte das Bad nur eine Schiebetür die man nicht richtig schließen konnte.

Everything was perfect from the communication to the check-in to the beautiful rooms. The staff is very nice and friendly, the hotel and the rooms are spotless and the location is everything. I recommend this hotel 100% and cannot wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 😊 Everything was perfect.

• Silvia Maria (10/5): An unforgettable experience thanks to the staff! - I could not have been happier! Not only is the Arlo a fancy, modern hotel right next to the Empire State Building. The bed was super comfy, everything was clean and it was a nice place to hang out at even after the check out. The best, however, is the staff. Never have I seen staff that friendly and radiant outside hotels like the Ritz-Carlton. Yet they don’t have this well trained friendliness. They truly seem to enjoy what they do. Huge compliments to HR for picking the right people and putting them in the right places. Special thanks to Jamilah, Chiara (or Kiara? So sorry, could not find the card before giving the review) and Eduardo. They made me feel absolutely welcome and they are the guarantee this was not my last stay at an Arlo. If people are this nice at all of their hotels, you sold me on it, totally! This will be a stay I will always remember, thanks to these three beautiful human beings! It was amazing. If it had an in-house fitness, that would be the cherry on the cake.

La vue sur la ville depuis la chambre et le rooftop sont deux cerises sur le gâteau. Le staff est friendly sans en faire trop.

• Elise (6/5): Bien mais très surcoté - L’emplacement, la vue du rooftop et les fenêtres panoramique de la chambre Malheureusement trop surcoté a cause des réseaux, nous avions pris une chambre « vue ciel » mais nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur un mur et un bâtiment en travaux, donc les fenêtres panoramique sont bien mais avec une vue comme ça elles servent à rien. L’agencement de la chambre est nul, le lavabo se trouve à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, pas de place pour les valises

One of the elevators was down on our last day of the stay, added about 15 minutes to the journey in/out of the building. The cleaners storage room was left open for all to see into when going to the elevator on my floor all 3 mornings. There were bags of towel all over the hallways on my floor all 3 mornings I was there.

• Eleanor (10/5): Perfect central hotel - The hotel is modern and well equipped with clean rooms. The beds are super comfy. The staff were incredible and attentive, always happy to help. The coffee at the bodega was freshly brewed and exactly what was needed for a long day of exploring. The hotel is conveniently situated in midtown Manhattan, making getting around really easy on foot or by public transport. We stayed in a City Queen room with the most spectacular room of the Empire State Building. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely but tiny rooms so if you have big big luggages might be challenging. We were only traveling with carry-ons so we were absolutely fine. The location is just perfect, the staff so nice and helpful. Will for sure come back!

The door doesn’t really close, and there are gaps where it’s not frosted out. So go with someone you are comfortable with otherwise…you will be too shy/nervous to use the bathroom.

• Carrie (8/5): Great midtown location for business travel - Rooms are small but that met expectations. It was the perfect hotel for a work trip where I was not spending much time in my room. Location was great - very central midtown while still being a block or two from the busiest streets. Will stay again.
• Justina (10/5): Pleasant experience - I really liked the room and the hotel’s location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was quite noisy from the outside, as there are many air conditioning units installed on the surrounding buildings. But I guess this is normal in New York.

Petit frigo nécessaire. L'aération de la salle de bain était en route en continu ce qui faisait trop de bruit et il y avait des odeurs mauvaises dans la chambre.

• Andres (1/5): - I would like to highlight that the staff was consistently kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Their service and willingness to help were truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The room was facing directly onto another building, which resulted in a very poor and unappealing view. Additionally, the air conditioning system was unreliable and produced loud noises when turning on and off, often disrupting my sleep. This was particularly uncomfortable throughout the stay. The overall comfort of the room was below standard, and the daily cleaning conditions were not consistent with what would be expected at this price point. Considering the above, the experience did not feel aligned with the level of quality and value that Arlo promotes.

• Angelique (8/5): - Der Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett! Als ich extra Zeit Brauche beim Check out hat mir eine extra Stunde gegeben. Die Aussicht aus denn sky rooms ist phänomenal. Die Zimmer sind verdammt klein, und auch die Mobilität ist in die Jahre gekommen vor allem auch die Türen.

Il faut avoir la chance d'avoir parmis les quelques meilleures chambres qui ont vraiment la vue sur ciel. Autant aller faire des rooftops. De plus, hotel très mal insonoris : on entendait différents voisins dans la nuit. Prestations pas en phase avec prix. Arlo nomad : ma déception du voyage.

Stunning views from our room 2306 , we had to return after flights were cancelled and I re booked a cheaper room just for two nights and we still got a beautiful view and room on the 8th floor room 806, overall I would recommend and return most definitely! Stunning roof top too for a beautiful sunrise ! The only thing that was a negative was , the room we had was looking out onto the street which was a stunning view however if you're a light sleeper like me the noise from the stress like sirens ECT throughout the night did wake me up frequently which was no one's fault.
