- susan (9/5): - Absolutely gorgeous lovely room, lovely dinner, lovely staff
- Anna (9/5): - Beautiful and relaxing stay. Beautiful architecture and thoughtful design. The meal was superb on Saturday night. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom could have had another light around the mirror. It was a bit dark. maybe an outdoor shower to wash off sandy bodies and feet. A sauna would be a wonderful addition after an early beach swim!
- Sabra (10/5): Impeccable - The ambience was perfect Nothing,
but if I was to be picky, the big key ring.
I presume so you don’t lose it.

- Décio (7/5): - Nicely designed room. Lots of interesting details.
The incredible smile of everyone at breakfast service. Truly passionate and making all the efforts to attend to every guest request. The most amazing orange juice I ever had. The description is a bit misleading, positioning themselves as a luxury boutique hotel. I don't expect a Self checkin by getting a key from under a pillow in a hotel. That's something I expect in an Airbnb.
The aggressive house rules, for example stating a 100 dollar per hour fine for not checking out until 11am. It even states that it's charged in fractions of 15m. I understand you want to make sure guests checkout on time, but this is definitely not the way to achieve this. Especially if you want to mark yourself as luxury hotel. Luxury is about detail. What I expect is that you do your best to accommodate the guest needs, and sometimes (maybe often times) you would easily be able to accommodate a late checkout. Never I saw an hotel stating fines by the minute for a guest being late in their chores. Furthermore, there is a 10 dollar fine if you leave any plastic bottle in the room after checkout. While I understand the intention this is the opposite of what anyone can define as a luxury experience.

It met our expectations in every way. If you are a fan of super comfy beds, Drift House has you covered. Location is great too - walking distance to everything, including the surprising MerryJig Inn where we enjoyed a scrumptious dinner. - Jennie (10/5): A wonderful short stay in great location. Beautiful room with many little touches to make our stay memorable. - The service was fantastic. Wa and friendly. Location is great.
- Sean86 (10/5): boutique hotel with many personal touches and outstanding cuisine - if you are travelling the great ocean road and you are looking for an extraordinary boutique hotel experience, drift house is the way to go. the rooms are large and designed with attention to detail, forming part of what feels like a little design campus in port fairy. the dinner we had at the hotel was outstanding, as was breakfast. we received the friendliest and most personal treatment from maddie, and it almost felt like leaving a friend after only two days. a lot of personality and effort went into drift house, which is first and foremost an asset. however, at times this led us to feel that we had to adapt or hold back as guests a bit.
- Bettina (10/5): - We loved our stay here. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and luxurious, and we were warmly welcomed. The in-house dining experience was superb, especially the pre-dinner drinks around an open fire, and chats with other guests. Scrumptious breakfast the next morning was a highlight too. Highly recommend this place!

We were fortunate to be there on an evening when dinner is served - not to be missed.
- Mimi (7/5): Good -
- John (8/5): Very good - Breakfast options were good though no real options to add with exception of an additional boiled egg or so. A low level LED night light in the toilet area would have been good. I take one with me for easier movement
- Peter (9/5): Lovely romantic getaway - Great design. Very comfortable and stylish.
- James (10/5): Exceptional hotel with superb service - Everything it was outstanding and the service was exceptional Nothing
- Suzanne (9/5): Very lovely property with a good breakfast - Lovely property, interesting layout and great breakfast Nothing they can do about it, but it is a fairly noisy location. Just street noise and you can hear the people walking around upstairs.
