• Paopao (10/5): 早餐的茶葉蛋，好吃到令人難忘。 - 自助check in很便利，操作簡單易上手。 連續住兩晚，早餐的部分，我和閨蜜吃了不少片芝麻麵包配熱咖啡，水果有蕃茄、柳橙、鳳梨、百香果、火龍果，甜度適中好吃，鄭重推薦蒸地瓜和入味不鹹的茶葉蛋，吃過都說讚👍 特別要讚美2樓餐廳櫃檯的小姐姐，她相當敬業面帶笑容有朝氣，親切主動招呼每個來用餐的房客，讓人覺得好溫暖，是我們這趟旅程最美的風景。

• 信鴻 (4/5): 有點不愉快的感覺 - 無 訂的是最後一間房，但是進去後馬上聞到廁所的味道，廁所馬桶邊邊有髒污，門也壞掉。根本就是拿殘障的房間也應付，沒有歧視，只是覺得應該要先告知一下

• 靚鑫圓 (8/5): 懷念的地方 - 一年多沒去了！ 這次安排的房間很好空間大但沒景觀 櫃台人員很親切幫忙辦理入住手續 不像以前都要自己去按機器很麻煩 很想念以前的早餐！ 不是不好吃而是食物少太多了！ 跟以前的比失落感超大的！ 住了那麼久不知道他們的房型 有沖洗間與廁所是分兩邊的好不方便（個人的習慣）是連在一起的 希望下次能提供不是分開式的！

• Fulimai (8/5): Overall, the hotel facilities, breakfast and staff were great. Housekeeping needs to do a better job in cleaning the roo - It has a great location, great facilities and lovely breakfast Cleanliness. They do not vacuum or sweep the room floor when you ask them to clean the room.

No hand soap provided, available for purchase from front desk or bring your own or use the body soap in the shower. Water drains very slowly in shower. Shower door seal broken, water leaks out. Front desk not always staffed.

• Felicia (10/5): Good choice so far - Good hotel! Everything was good, in front of 7-11 or family mart (I forgot haha). And the staff was so friendly and kind. We cannot pay by debit card, so I asked the hotel if it’s possible to pay by cash when check in, and they said we can and they will hold our reservation till the day of our arrival. That was really good! Thank you! No heater :( I feel little bit cold inside the room
• Francis (10/5): Hotel should Hire English Speaking Staff. Cleanliness is Superb though. - The Cleanliness of the entire building is noticeable. Smells good too. There suites are wide than I expected which is a big deal for a big families. This is the worth to pay. I recommend this to all who gonna come in Taichung. I wish they will hire staff that can accommodate for English speaking guest. I tried to communicate in one of there staff with a google translate which takes a while to the process of transaction. Staff also need more approachable and attentive if every time someone approaches' there desk.

Check-in is at 4pm and is unmanned in the afternoon so when we arrived at the reception at 2pm no one was there. You also can't change the AC temperature which was stuck at 19°—only turn it on and off.

• YuShan (8/5): 不是CP值最高的地方，但能夠好好休息。 - 房間蠻安靜的，不會有太吵雜聲。 設備感覺蠻多地方老舊，門卡的部分，廁所的門也卡不緊，還有蓮蓬頭的水也都滲出來。 另外雙人床是單人床合併的，這點沒有很舒適。
