• Teyrowsky (7/5): Alles in allem trotzdem eine schöne Wohnung der hergerichtete Tee war sehr hilfreich da einer Krank wahr. Würde mich seh - Sehr geräumig und die Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir festgestellt das einige Fronten der Möbel locker waren bzw. gewisse Möbel lockere Bauteile hatten. Hat uns nicht gestört aber haben trzd mal alles durchgecheckt dabei haben wir in einer der Tischladen im hinteren Schlafzimmer einen Teller mit weißen Pulver gefunden. Haben wir mit Humor genommen aber vllt das man das genau durchsucht auch falls Kinder kommen. Wärend wir weg wahren haben wir den Geschirrspüler eingeschaltet als wir dan zurück kamen war Wasser am Boden und die Klappe offen. Außerdem wurden auf dem Konto meines Freundes probiert 250€ abzubuchen obwohl wir schon gezahlt haben
• Annika (8/5): - Die gute Lage, nahe der Straßenbahn. Schnelle Wege ins Zentrum. Gute Ausstattung, ruhige, saubere Gegend. Tolle Hinterhofterasse. Ein paar kaputte Glühbirnen und ein kaputtes Rollo am Fenster. Die Terrasse könnte liebevoller gestaltet werden.
• Mark (6/5): Good place with all necessary amenities but with some downsides. - Big apartment. Close to the city centre. 2 bedrooms. Good interior. Full of amenities. Main transportation stations are nearby. Terrace. We had to fight the ants. They use Arbio system, when we wanted to report a problem, Arbio just threw an error, so we bought traps against ants ourselves. Can’t use 2 showers simultaneously, because of the boiler system. A lot of spider webs on ceilings. Dishwasher is dirty and smelly, doesn’t clean dishes properly enough, we had to wash by hand. Fridge is small for 4 people. We found mold in the pots. Floor felt dirty.

• Lea (8/5): Good but not as promised - The appartment was very big, nicely decorated with several bathrooms. The garden was very dorty and we were not able to use it. The equipment in the appartment was not like in description - there was no washing machine, dryer, air cleaners…we made a complaint about that and the owners promised us 5% of money back, that actually never came.
• Cristian (6/5): Beautiful apartament, but not clean - Very good located, near de city center. The accommodation is very nice; however, our experience was overshadowed by the lack of professionalism of the cleaning staff. The apartment was supposed to be ready at 3:00 PM, and we arrived at 3:05 PM, only to find the cleaner still working. We were told it would take another 5–10 minutes, but this time was extended. Even more unpleasant was the fact that after she left, we noticed the apartment had not been properly cleaned: the trash bin had not been emptied, we found used tissues near the bed, the apartment had not been vacuumed, and in the kitchen only the dishes had been placed in the dishwasher, without the countertop or sink being wiped. Additionally, the apartment had scratched and quite dirty walls. These issues are not related to the cleaning done by the staff, but rather to the general condition of the apartment. Overall, the accommodation has potential, but attention to cleanliness and maintenance should be improved.

• Ellie (3/5): - Location and facilities were good. The stay was ruined by the apartment not being ready (uncleaned) on my arrival at 1600 on the day of check in despite being told I could check in from 1200. On reporting this via the chat on booking.com at 1600 I did not receive a reply until 0348 the next morning which I suspect was automated (see image). Luckily the cleaners arrived at the same time as me and were able to clean it quickly and let me in by 1700, but the 12hr delay in response from the host and lack of any compensation would stop me coming back here again.

• Eduardo (9/5): Lindo apartamento de 1 alcoba con terraza - Las camas y la decoración estaban bonitas, aunque pensé que era más amplio por el mapa que muestran en la descripción. La ubicación estuvo bien, tiene tranvía cerca que lleva al centro. El suelo del baño estaba limpio pero pegajoso, pedimos resolverlo pero al final no lo hicieron, pedimos un trapero y tampoco lo llevaron. Se entiende que no es un hotel pero la respuesta fue muy lenta.

• Jana (9/5): Hübsches, ruhiges und gut ausgestattetes Apartment Nähe Augarten - Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, alles ist sauber und modern und gepflegt. Man fühlt sich wohl in dem Apartment. Die S-Bahn ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und fährt direkt in die Innenstadt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle große Terrasse im Innenhof, die exklusiv zum Apartment gehört!
• Udo (7/5): - Wir wollten im 2. Bezirk übernachten und diese FeWo erfüllte unsere Ansprüche. Die Terrasse in einem Hinterhof erinnerte uns an Berlin und wir benutzten sie gerne. Die Wohnungstür ließ sich nur sehr schwer schließen. Das Waschbecken im Bad begann zu verstopfen. Unsere Meldung sollten wir in ein englisches Formular eintragen. Das ließen wir lieber bleiben.

• Bruce (1/5): Broken facilities and appalling customer service - The location is good - close to a tram stop and about 10 minutes into cental Vienna. Two couples for a 5 night stay. For the whole period: No TV, no internet, broken dishwasher. For most of the stay: no hot water, no lights in the bathrooms, broken washing machine/dryer. What was done to rectify these issues? Nothing. By way of compensation a part refund was offered, but nothing has been received after almost 3 months. The managing company in Arbio. Their customer service is appalling.

• Andrea (8/5): Estancia breve de 2 adultos con 2 adolescentes - El apartamento es perfecto para una familia. Viajamos los 4 (2 adultos y 2 adolescentes) y nos sentimos muy cómodos. El piso esta equipado con todas las cosas que uno necesita, hay panadería y supermercado muy cerca, al centro se llega caminando. El jardin esta precioso. Havia pequeños detalles que no siempre estan disponibles en los alojamientos de alquiler (capsulas de cafè, pasillas para lavavajilla, dulces sobre la mesa), juntos con instrucciones de como usar todo. El apartamento aparece en la lista de alojamientos con pàrquing. Esta prohibido aparcar en la calle, por lo tanto, se tiene que aparcar aproximadamente a 300 m del alojamiento y se tiene que pagar. No recibimos instrucciones suficientemente claras sobre la dirección del pàrquing.

• Sakalas (10/5): Definitely a great deal. - Spacious well equipped flat. Two bathrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary features. The no 2 and 0 tram station’s are on a five minute walk. The host is quite helpful with lots of good advice. If you’re by car there is a parking lot nearby. The daily parking card is 8 Euros. The downside is that we could not install the application due to regional restrictions so we had to pay everyday on site.

Comprehensive information was provided, making it easy for us to find the apartment, check in, and get good food on our first day. Other residents made a lot of noise entering the apartment building at night.

Useful advice from the owner for restaurants and location. We had a problem with the hot water the first day which could be fixed even though it was a Sunday. Hay una terraza pero con el frío que hacía no pudimos aprovecharla. Sería ideal volver en primavera verano. La cama es muy confortable. La cocina está muy completa no le falta de nada. Hay varias líneas de tranvía y de metro muy cerca. Altamente recomendado.

• Chris (8/5): - Very clear welcome instruction guide including how to access apartment, good nearby places to eat etc. Building looks old inside but apartment itself is cozy n quiet. As a lady traveller, best to arrive day time as can be pretty intimidating at night. There is a short walk from main door hallway to room, there is NO light n was pitched dark at night which is scary. Get your hp torch light ready. Not used to the door lock, kept fumbling and took me a while to be confident that I did lock it correctly once inside apartment as well. Garden yard is accessible via a common area. I can hear ppl throwing rubbish though i did not see a single soul. Night time have to lock the garden yard door as dont feel safe so apartment only has a small window opening throughout the night. And cant control aircon temperature in room at all. Felt so warm and uncomfy upon arrival. I think i will hv prob sleeping if hot summer days. Distance from apartment to U stations about 10 mins walk n not as near as I thought it would be. Took me a while to figure out the route also.

• robert (6/5): Not happy in Vienna - The location was a bit off the beat and path of Vienna. The directions to the apartment were difficult to follow. They stated Subway Line U1 to Schwedenplate but not knowing which direction made this very difficult to navigate. Same with the trolley,state trolley 2 to Am Tabor but not which direction. Being first time to Vienna directions needed to be more explicit, The apartment building is old and non appealing as I thought it was a warehouse not an apartment building. The room was fine, but small and as it was 94 degrees with no air conditioning there could at least have been a fan to get the air moving. I would not stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - This is an excellent apartment in a quiet location. There are few eating places and supermarket close to the property. It has good connection to city centre. Severin Hoefinger gave us update and information through emails. There were some building work on the outside which started early in the morning. I would like to add that they were stopped when I asked these to be done later in the day.

Not only did he give us recommendations on where to eat, he even got us a xmas tree which was nicely decorated and helped me prepare my friend’s Xmas present! Aside from this, the apartment was wonderful, cosy and easily accessible by public transport! Cannot recommend it enough!
• Gustav (10/5): Modern and clean apartment with helpful hosts - I can recommend this accommodation. Was in Vienna for a business trip and stayed 2 nights. Owners of the apartment was exceptionally and proactively helpful before, during and after the trip with recommendations and making sure the very convenient self check-in worked etc. The apartment lived up to my expectations and was modern and clean. High ceiling and a nice private porch just outside. Locations is OK with ~25 min walking distance to old town and near public transportation, but the area just around the apartment didn't seem to have too much to offer (didn't spend much time exploring it though).
• Hariette (10/5): Cosy Apartment Stay - This apartment is equipped with everything like a kitchen, washing machine and your own private courtyard. I loved my stay in Vienna because of this. It is comfortable and Markus the host is very accommodating with great suggestions about Vienna. Look forward to coming back and will definitely stay here again.

From the welcome emails and information kit and easy secure access instructions through to the well appointed kitchen and laundy and lounge and bedroom furnishings, transport timetables, restaurant, concert & sight seeing tips. And there's a huge court yard and bicycles and WiFi and books and games. He even gave us a Christmas tree which we decorated while cooking a sumptuous Christmas lunch This place is just great and there's a tram stop 2 minutes away that will connect you with any tram or train stop you want and even get you to the airport
