Guest Reviews
- Serina (10/5): - I loved the room..it was so comfortable, The placement of the TV and how loud it is in the hallways
- Ramos (10/5): -
- Camille (4/5): Staff were kind and facilities looked new. - I liked that it was near a lot of restaurants and seemingly new build. I did not like the smell. There was a very strong Sulphur smell on the first floor and second floor. It smelled not fresh and as if someone either left sheets in the washer and forgot about them for a day and/or they used a dirty mop to clean all the floors. It could be something else but may areas didn’t smell fresh. Especially going into the pool smelled disgusting. If I didn’t have a strong sense of smell, I think I would have been fine staying there. If you don’t mind smells then you should be good. I did notice the 3rd and 4th floors seemed to have less of a sulphuric smell.
- Robert wysocky (8/5): - We have stayed here before, the staff is outstanding, we totally have always enjoyed it, unfortunately the bed this time was uncomfortable first time, otherwise all was great thank you Springhill Suites by Kalispell Bed
- Tyler (10/5): -
- Greg (9/5): - Staff was great!
- David (8/5): - We booked online, choosing the site mainly for the pool. We were wanting to entertain our grand kids at the pool. When we arrived, we found out the pool was closed that week for maintenance. Grand kids were very disappointed.
- Lorelle (10/5): A very confortable stay in a nice hotel. - The hotel was new and nicely furnished. It’s in a nice and convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- Hillary (9/5): Excellent - Clean comfortable rooms A little noisy, but not bad

- Leslie (10/5): Wow - Excellent stay. Very friendly staff members, extremely clean and spacious rooms. Loved that they give you free bottled water and borrowed bear spray for your hikes! The breakfast was great too! Would definitely recommend this property
- Mark (10/5): -
- Kyle (6/5): - Great location, hotel was fine, I didn’t find the pool area super clean and our hotel room had old cereal, small things, under the bed I get hard to vacuum in certain areas but was lots
- Murali Krishna (10/5): - Overall pretty good one considering nearby properties around this area
- Andrea (8/5): - The place was nice! I loved that we could fit comfortably as a family of 5. Continental breakfast was good. The pool is disappointing. Very small. A hot tub would be nice too.
- joanne (10/5): - Brooke at the front desk was wonderful host. Very kindand resposive
- mollie (10/5): - Third time staying here, clean, updated, nice stay!
- Jan (10/5): - .
- Mark (10/5): - Quick & easy check in. Staff is very helpful. Property is in excellent condition.
- SEUNG-YONG (10/5): - It was great!!
- Kelly (10/5): - Even though they were doing renovations it was still quiet and clean. Breakfast was good and beds are super comfortable.
- Chantel (9/5): Superb -
- Lyn (9/5): Superb -
- Renee (8/5): Great comfortable convenience. - Newly renovated spacious rooms great beds No hot tub but nice heated pool
- Amanda (10/5): - Great place to stay. Easy access to dining and shopping. Really friendly staff, especially Pearl and Cole. Breakfast was awesome. Huge room. They were finishing up refurb work but there was zero inconvenience. All the staff and the tradesmen were so nice and very helpful.
- Shelley (10/5): - Staff were all helpful and friendly. Beautiful property. We stayed on fourth floor.
Clean and shiny room. Exceptional breakfast.
- Angela (10/5): You should stay here! - Newly renovated room. I loved the reimagined layout of the space. It felt very comfortable yet productive when I needed a space to do some work on my laptop. I also liked the location...walking distance to restaurants and stores. Can't think of anything.
- Krista (10/5): Nice - Room was nice. Clean. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed. Newer hotel. Nice. Would definitely stay again
- Verified traveler (8/5): Mediocre. - The hotel was remodeling, I got put into a handicap room and they wouldn’t let my daughter check in a 1/2 hour before I got to the destination. I usually love staying at Springhill Suites.
- Peter (10/5): 10/10 recommend - The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Felt very clean and new. It was excellent
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bruce (10/5): - Even though they were doing improvements, it was kept very clean and quiet. It was nice to have a fair selection for breakfast. It was a great location for our needs. I would recommend.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debra (10/5): - Great stay
Good location
- Suzy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erin (10/5): - The breakfast was fantastic!
- Lawrence (10/5): - Enjoy the stay
- Irina (10/5): We’ll be definitely coming back! - Breakfast was amazing!! Thank you! It was nice to have an extra sofa bed. Very comfortable!
- Heather (10/5): Exceptional - The size of the rooms. There is room for us to spread out and have multiple places to sit, rather than only being able to sit on a bed. The bathroom and shower are huge too- which my big and tall family really appreciates when we are away from home. Nothing- everything was great. I have stayed at Springhill's many times because there is never anything "wrong" or "deficient." Sometimes I can't afford to stay at a Springhill but that is usually when we travel over holiday weekends, or for a big event that lots of people are in town for. I get that though- it's just business. When the rates are too high for our budget, we will usually opt for a Holiday Inn Express - because they also have large rooms with extra seating and breakfast.
- Michael (10/5): - Awesome place to stay
- Amanda (9/5): Superb -
- Trista (10/5): Favorite place to stay in Kalispell. - The staff is so friendly here and it’s very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is really good. I’ve enjoyed every experience here. Our only downside was pool was closed for maintenance but they were so accommodating about that as well.
- Irina (10/5): - .
- Dean (10/5): - First time staying at this name brand of hotel. Very nice. Will stay again.
- Natalie (10/5): - Very clean and spacious rooms. Front desk staff was great!
- Chris (4/5): Great location but extremely disappointing breakfast and horrible coffee. - Location is great and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is very bad. Eggs were cold. The only meat selection during our 2 day stay was pork sausage or pork sausage patty....disappointing. Cinnamon waffles were weird. Why can't you have just plain waffles? Coffee was HORRIBLE. Had to drink tea and water. Compared to hotels in Europe the breakfast/coffee here was embarrassing for such a hotel chain.
Also price should be lower considering the hotel was not fully booked during off season.
- Damien Tail (10/5): - Excellent, enjoyed our stay
- Jodi (8/5): Black Friday get away - Nice hotel. Front staff at check in & check out were very friendly.
Breakfast options were ok.
The bed wasn’t the comfiest, but it was ok. Room comfortable.
There was a bit of room noise, especially between bathrooms.
Location was great.
- Joanna (8/5): - The Spring Hill site was great for shopping.. Costco, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart... all very close. We have one suggestion: The shower in our unit (207) could use a bench or low shelf by the show to put clothes on. The sink counter looks nice but is ridiculously small. For a Marriott facility we were underwhelmed.
- JEREMY (10/5): - All of the staff were incredibly friendly. Each person we talked to were very conversational and anticipated what we needed or would have been nice to have. As a person who owns a company in the service industry I can honestly say that the whole team was impressive and it’s obvious that the company doesn’t a great job at inspiring their staff to go above and beyond.
- Cory (6/5): - I normally love staying at Springhill. but this last experience will make me look at other hotels instead of just finding the nearest Springhills. No continuous fan so I woke up at least 10 different times through the night. No wired internet in the room like advertised on website. No lotion or hand soap. I was not impressed like other places.
- Tyler (10/5): - Located right in the middle of shipping and multiple restaurants this hotel is perfect! Also an easy drive to local attractions and Glacier National Park!
- Michael (10/5): - Absolutely loved it there with the kids. Staff was amazing
- Emma (10/5): - Lovely experience here!
- John (10/5): Great - Unbelievable. 10 out of 10
- Kathleen (7/5): I consider it a fairly expensive stay. - Breakfast was good but I’ve been to other hotels that offered a greater variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. In the room, the bathroom door was frosted glass the entire height and width. Therefore, when someone enters the bathroom at night and turns on the light, the light is dispersed through the bathroom door to completely light the room with a glow. That was fairly annoying. The TV on the wall could not be pulled out enough and tilted towards the far bed so you could not lay in the bed and watch TV. And the sound traveled into the room from the hallway and through the adjoining door in the next room. I would like the room to be more soundproof.
- Gavin (10/5): - No issues, great stay. The property has free 24/7 coffee and water. They include breakfast with decent options for most diets.
- Sonia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josie (10/5): - The breakfast was great! Many options for the whole family.
- Teri (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (10/5): - I’m in town for surgery. All I wanted was a comfy bed and that meets my expectations very well.
- Kurt (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable room. The entire building looks like it's brand new or recently remodeled.
- Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful Stay - We had a great stay. The property was very stylish and clean. Loves the layout with sitting area and desk separate from the beds. The breakfast was great. The location was close to shopping. Our new favourite place to stay in Kalispell. Would definitely stay there again.
- Clint (8/5): Very good - Close to soccer fields.
- James (8/5): Great spot to overnight on your way through Kalispell - Arrived later and staff were very accommodating and helpful. Decent breakfast selection in the morning. Parking is a little tight
- Andrea (10/5): - This is a lovely hotel set in a quite area. The rooms are super clean, modern, spacious and comfy! I am on the business trip going from hotel to hotel as I move through the state so I am happy to stay the night here.
Andrea from Toronto
- Devon (10/5): - Everything was amazing the rooms, staff, breakfast, and environment. Me and my family had a great stay and can’t wait to come again. Great experience.
- Brent (9/5): Superb -
- Naomi (10/5): - Excellent for our first trip to Montana!
- Debra (10/5): Great stay ***** - Great Hotel and location, breakfast was great and staff awesome.
Will definitely stay again
- Sara (10/5): - We stayed there for a sports tournament. Good breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff.
- Damian (7/5): Good -
- Giulia (10/5): - Great place, what I expect from a Marriott property.
- Lynne Poor (10/5): - Excellent customer service very friendly nice rooms clean and comfortable
- Wayne (10/5): - I liked it. It was a great stay.
- Angela (2/5): - The front entrance drive up is under construction, and it was snowing a lot when we arrived so that was very inconvenient. We came to stay for our son's birthday and were looking forward to swimming, but the pool had been shut down the day we arrived for maintenance. We were extremely disappointed, and were not offered any sort of discount or anything for the inconvenience. We were, also, notified that other popular hotels in the area also had pools shut down, and it was too late to try to obtain a refund.
The staff was friendly and the room is nice, but having the amenities unavailable and the construction at the front of the hotel was very disappointing. I think the biggest positive is the beds are considerably better than many other hotels, and being able to access our Netflix account and stream movies is a nice bonus.
- Lora (7/5): Good - Staff were very helpful Wanted to watch a movie with my daughter but could not cause the TV in the room would not work.
- Artem (9/5): Superb -
- Cindy (10/5): - Very friendly staff! No hot tub.
- Fatima (8/5): Very good -
- Mai (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Dara (10/5): Overall wonderful experience and we will be back! - Perfectly located to shopping and restaurants! And the front desk staff, especially Pearl, were amazing The pool area is a bit small, but it wasn’t all that busy when we went so it wasn’t an issue
- Rebecca (10/5): Would stay again! - My husband and one year old stayed for two nights and we were absolutely impressed by the staff at this hotel. They exceeded our expectations and accommodated our every request.
The complimentary cookies and bottled water during our stay were a lovely surprise too! The pool was small but fit our needs. There was some natural wear and tear in the rooms but they were modern and clean.
The location is perfect if you're going for shopping.
I would recommend this hotel again!
- Phillips (9/5): Superb -
- Vadim (10/5): Perfect - Excellent location, inside the main shopping centre. Across the road from Costco.
Staff were friendly and check in/out was speedy.
Big room.
Comfy bed.
The room was clean and had plenty of towels.
They give free water bottles, that is nice.
Check-out was up to 12pm, not 10-11AM. There isn't really anything bad to say about this hotel.
- Linda (10/5): - Everything fine
- hollie (10/5): Great Place - The place is great as always. They always have friendly staff and the rooms are clean and nice.
- Margaret (8/5): Everyone was professional rooms were very comfy. - Better lighting for reading at night. Better way to regulate the room's temperature.
- Alda (9/5): Superb -
- Tal (10/5): Perfect place to stay for all the ones who cane kalispell for visiting glacier - New, Clean, Modern
- James (8/5): It was a very nice stay but the improvements mentioned above would have make our stay an excellent o - Breakfast was good but needed more variety of muffins and needed whole milk The lighting in the room was poor, very dark. Also needed a night light for safety
- Tarri (2/5): - We checked in online the day before arrival following the prompt they sent; a follow up email confirmed our reservation and check in and reservation number. We received a phone call one hour before check in time, 45 minutes out while on the road, informing us they had no room for us. Will never stay there again!
- Linda (7/5): Good -
- Anna (10/5): - Very nice property. Will stay there again.
- Brian (10/5): - Great staff. Amazing breakfast options. Pool and work out equipment was great to use. Tons of good food options all within a short walk. Best hotel to stay in Kalispell by a landslide.
