Maintenance was extremely responsive to a small problem and the maintenance man went out of his way to help load baggage. The breakfast counter did well also. Location of hotel was perfect. 10 minutes from kids home and great shopping walking distance. Highly recommend

Eric (8/5): Good hotel bad service from front desk - I stayed one night at this hotel. The property is well kept, nice clean rooms, it was quiet, and enjoyed the room. The customer service was horrendous. I arrived around 4:30 to check in. The guy working said there were no rooms cleaned and had to wait and see. This is totally unacceptable. Check in is at 3pm and you should have a room ready. I didn’t get to my room until an hour after I arrived. This set a poor tone for the stay. I went to the desk to check out and hand in keys in the morning. The guy standing there didn’t acknowledge me and just looked at the computer typing something in. Just zero acknowledgement and lack of customer service. I can’t recommend this hotel for that alone. I won’t be back because of this.

Amanda (10/5): - We had such a great stay at this property! The staff upon arrival was welcoming and very helpful and the room was clean and well stocked for us. The location was perfect - close to shopping, dining, and major highways to get to and from everywhere we needed to go. My only complaint was that the ventilation in the pool wasn't very good - the smell of chlorine was so overbearing that it made me cough and I had to crack a door to get some fresh air, just to watch the kids play. But otherwise, no complaints.

Renee (8/5): - I have stayed at a Marriott in other cities and coffee was always offered in the morning. I just thought it was kind of nervy to have to pay Starbucks prices for a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Your staff was wonderful.

jimhB8281XB (4/5): Worst Marriott courtyard I’ve stayed in. And I’ve stayed in many - Worst pillows I’ve ever slept on. Seemed old and smelly with no support at all The shower Hot/cold mixture was not working so we took cold or steaming hot water showers. The coffee bar downstairs closed for 10 minutes while the waitress went to the restroom…. No im not kidding.

Unfortunately the breakfast prices were outrageous for a family of four it was cheaper for us to go eat across the way at Snooze.

Kena (10/5): - I loved our stay here. It was so nice and clean, quiet, and well maintained. The room was spotless when we arrived and the daily cleaning service was great to have, they did a wonderful job. The pool and hot tub were great, the cafe in the lobby was a nice touch to my morning routine, I woke up around 7/8am and enjoyed heading down to grab a latte and sit in the lounge area to answer work emails. There was even ann employee who brushed the Ice and snow off our car and all the others in the lot when there was an overnight storm. The fruit water in the lobby was really cool, and the little snack market corner was nice for midnight munchies. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor patio/fire pit but in warmer weather it would have been perfect. There is shopping and lots of good food options in walking distance. Great experience, would definitely return.
