- John (6/5): Just about pleasant .won't be stopping again. - Met by a lovely woman when arrived help us to the room. Place was clean and smelt good.parking a nightmare but not thier fault. Got first floor room as requested. Room was really small.shower cubicle not for a big person. Breakfast very poor.only available on Sunday morning.one rasher of bacon like cardboard. One sausage, one hashbrown, one egg ,one mushroom .and beans all overcooked not worth £10extra.

- philip (6/5): Good 👍 - Breakfast was poor room was clean staff couldn't do enough to please. Shower was very clean 👌 would consider using again. But would go somewhere else for Breakfast Obviously the breakfast good
- Steven (4/5): Friendly staff. Horrible bed. - Location is great and friendly welcome from staff Bed was old and uncomfortable - could feel the springs. Mattress was heavily soiled and bed was not cleaned (hairs on the sheets).
Whole room felt old and decrepit... Window wouldn't shut properly, electric oil heater in room despite radiator, floor squeaking, noisy extractor fan in bathroom etc.
Family were staying across street at fully booked hotel and I was only guest here, which tells its own story. Was cheap, but would have paid more for a clean bed.
- Susan (9/5): - close to everything we needed
- Mariusz (6/5): -
- Patrick (7/5): -
- Booth (1/5): - I didn't like anything I didn't like the wallpaper hanging off the wall, the big hole in the wall exposing pipework, the broken window latch leaving the window wide open all night while a howling gale tore through my room bringing rain and outside noise. Broken tv handset stained ceiling, walls and lampshade. I wouldn't leave a dog in the room I was given.
- Shona (8/5): - Staff member was great, very helpful and friendly.
Parking nearby, under £15 for 24hrs. Room was compact, spotlessly clean. Bit dated, could do with a coat of paint.
Not a great flush on the loo
- Lynsey (10/5): - Beautifully views or sea and great location.

- Julia (10/5): The B&B is identical to most B&B’s, but it’s the hosts that make your stay memorable. Hence we will definitely s - The owners were absolutely lovely. Even brought me a coffee outside in the morning when I had a cigarette.
My partner has a disability with his mouth and can’t chew. They made a cooked breakfast for him so that he could swallow it. All great
- Rijna (8/5): Prettig verblijf in een leuk kleinschalig hotel - Leuk hotel redelijk dichtbij het centrum van Blackpool. Aardig en hulpvaardig personeel. Goed ontbijt. Zeer goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding. Niets
- Theresa (9/5): Great hotel - The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Great location and the room was perfect.
Would definitely stay again.
- Nicole (1/5): Waste of money - It was close walking distance to the centre which suited our stay Broken bed
Fire alarm went off at 3am and zero safety measures were followed to ensure building was safe to stay in
- Carol (4/5): - Friendly helpful staff. Rooms dated, could do with refurb. Room we stayed in need of new double bed.
- Jeremy (7/5): -
- Ruth (8/5): Would stay again 😊 - Location is close to North Pier, easy walking along the beachfront or into town. Host was lovely, very happy to accommodate and reassured us we could ask for anything we needed. Realistically it could do with a little modernisation, but it was clean, everything worked and the host was great.
- Ian (9/5): - The host was very friendly and chatty Everything was ok
- Paula (10/5): - Very pleasant staff I think the lady was called cassie? She is wonderful..my grandson Chase even gave her a hug x The only thing is other guest being noisy at 4 in the morning shouting on the stairs x

Location fantastic Property is dated, mid natch furniture , the property is cluttered.
Frosted window un able to see out
- Graham Holt (7/5): -
- Julie (1/5): Appalling - This place should be closed down.
urine stained toilet seat, smelt damp, cluttered, host/owner not there & had to be telephoned when we arrived & we were told "just wait, wait 15 minutes"
had to call him again at breakfast as no show. Asked him if we were only ones staying he replied "no, we half full"
Yes, discovered half full of 'unsavoury' characters young males & females all with keys coming & going, a meeting place following phone calls, it's more of a hostle than hotel & that gives hostles a bad name.
we felt uneasy & very unsafe so left & would never return.
should not be on any booking site!!
Appalling!!
- Cath (9/5): - Bed very comfortable and breakfast was nice and the hotel men was kind 😀 thanks It was very cold

- Mike Mainwaring (8/5): -
- Rachel (1/5): - Good for a hotel on the cheap.
Great location
The owner was really nice Unfortunately, we had to leave in the middle of the night due to another person in the room next to us being an absolute wally. From 12am it was nothing but noise and it was constant. They were told to keep it down but it just encouraged them. It seemed we were the only people in the hotel so putting us in rooms next to each other was a bad move. The woman was completely nuts. I don't think she stopped talking for 5 hours straight.
The hotel needs a deep clean. It wasn't the best and not well maintained. We've stayed here before and I was quite shocked with the disrepair. The hotel is riddled with damp and seeing black mould on the wall surely is a health and safety issue.
- janet (8/5): -
- Barr (1/5): Awful. Avoid at all cost - The location that's about it The breakfast tasted off
The room was mouldy and dirty, and
Very small heating didn't work. Other heaters were provided, but the size of the room was a health and safety risk. The mould behind the bed where we slept was just unacceptable
Seating area advertised was a table in the corner with one chair. On the advertised room I book it should have been a sofa. If you find yourself here don't eat the breakfast it will make you ill can't express enough how bad this place is do not book go else where.

- Mike (10/5): Just love it - The staff are lovely and I got few times a year and stay all the time I go I never go anywhere else they look after you 100% the breakfast is the best room is always clean and warm feel when you walk throw the door Nothing
- Mike (10/5): -
- nigel sheffield (6/5): - Friendy owner
Nice room
- Terence (8/5): Was nice and comfortable - I was woken up at 4 am by a couple who were loud and disturb my sleep that was early hours of Monday morning
But other than that it was nice
- Neil (9/5): - Nice and friendly staff comfortable room and close to the train station and tower The breakfast was basic
- Anthony (10/5): - Friendly clean well run small hotel Liked it all
- carl (4/5): Fine for a short stay - Nice host Damp in room and quite small for a double. No hot water. Breakfast was ok, considering it was in room rate
- Shirley (8/5): -
- Ricky (4/5): Disappointed - Location was fine Very very basic which would have been fine due to the price but the bedroom was vey dirty .
- Keith (4/5): -
- carol (8/5): Good for location to beach and town - looked after well host was very good.Room a little small but same size as most in Blackpool. Clean and tidy was given fresh towels and new bin liners without asking. Not much apart from stairs but only because we live in a bungalow
- Dorothy (3/5): -
- geoffrey (7/5): Good stay - Breakfast ok
- Keithy10 (5/5): - location Needed updating and no heating working.
- Nicola (10/5): Friendly - We have stayed here quite a few times now and we are always treated like family. We even have our family come and stay.
- Trica (5/5): Not very social - Not clean very in tidy
- Nicholas (4/5): Not good needs to spend money on rooms and windows - The locationThe location The rooms needed a bit more on them Very Not good Could do with a good clean as well
- anonymous (8/5): - The Pembroke is great value for money only a 5/10 minute walk from Blackpool North Train Station.
Breakfast was lovely and the owner was very helpful.
Our room was cosy with everything we needed. Nothing
- Paul (10/5): Good value for money - Great breakfast full English tea coffee
- Peter (3/5): A disappointing stay - Adequate size room. It was clear that the bedroom had had a significant leak at some point as it had been covered up with some garden type meshing, the lights peered through the mesh to show significant damage to the ceiling and walls above the mesh. The decoration following this damage is poor to say the least, insufficient wall paper to cover the whole feature wall, with a different piece of wall paper on both ends, the painting was poor with a variety of colours and different wall paper throughout. The bedding would benefit from upgrading and matching bed side lamps would be good. The tv didn't work which we were told about on our arrival.
The breakfast was at best average - some parts of the full English were cold, would have been good to have fruit juice instead of squash as an option and a pot of tea/coffee would have been good instead of being poured a cup full.
- John (1/5): We didn't really stay - Nothing. My wife is disabled and had to climb 32 stairs to our room, once in the small boxroom, the bed sheet was all creased looking as if someone had just got out of it. The window was frosted glass, therefore unable to look out. We asked for a lower room. The chap said there isn't one. No parking spaces. We went out for a meal. Came back ,tried to park close by. Nothing. By this time my wife said,I cannot go up those stairs again. So I went in and collected our things. And went back home to North Wales. We should have been meeting up with 2 lots of friends plus go to a show on Saturday night . Missed out on both. I really do think before putting these places on your website, someone needs to check them out. A pure waste of 2 OAP pension.

- Sally (10/5): very good - great value for money
room abit small but cosy.
host was very peasant nothing
- Julie (7/5): Not bad - The location was fab for we're wanted to be , breakfast wasn't bad I think the breakfast should be optional extra also a choice of paying for extras on breakfast , was very polite in serving breakfast,
Shower not too big , but pressure was very good , smell.of the purifiers was off putting though . Other than that a typical Blackpool stay was decent enough
- Mark (2/5): Very very poor and booking.com needs to do more checks on properties - Close to sea front Property was not what was advertised on booking.com,pictures out dated ,star rating, food hygiene and trip advisor rating was all from about 8 yr ago, no heating, food cold and not cooked fresh, bathroom dirty ,kettle full of lime scale, bedding dirty spring popping out ,appliances didn’t work,no communication with owners or staff ,all round spoilt our family holiday as this is not want was advertised on your website,we feel like we have wasted a lot of money
- Colin (10/5): Excellent thanks - Everything is near to you Nothing
- john (8/5): -
- Stephen (10/5): No issues. Friendly staff. Breakfast hit the spot and were accommodating to individual needs. Room was small but bed was - Good location close to the North Pier. Didn’t have any negatives.
- Dan (6/5): Was good as a experience - The location was not to bad came out the train station and it was very walkable for us both
Greeted by the manager who was ok and checked us in and asked if we had any concerns said no
Rooms very basic not a lot of room to move round however fairly adequate I guess but feel ever so slightly over priced due to size room
However manager was polite and the rooms were not a bad standard Breakfast was not great I asked for soft yoke egg and got a hard yoke then asked for another one only to be presented with the same hard yoke egg
I was told that due to stock counting they could not cook me another one and due to the very limited amount I eat I am selective in what I asked for and was told this would be put right the following morning only to find yep you guessed it two hard yoke eggs again lol my partners scrambled egg looked or tasted nothing like scrambled egg
- lucymariejee (5/5): Okay - Breakfast was nice, the location was great, and accessibility was easy. The bed was uncomfortable, the window wouldn't close properly, and the room was a bit small.
- david (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing Everything
- Mika (5/5): - Breakfast was good, freshly prepared. Would like a bit more info on arrival to the dinning room i.e. can we go get ourselves more things such as orange juice or cereals etc. Otherwise the service was fine. Room allocated on arrival was damp, carpet wet all the way through the room, overall not very clean, definitely not ready to allow guests to stay there. After complaining about the state of the room we have been reallocated to a new one which was much better.
- Kevin Martyn (10/5): Great location, nr to North pier, adjacent to the prom, everything we wanted was in walking distance - Really good breakfast and served with our requests ie 'runny egg' that is important that the staff listened. Bathroom window was too high to be able to close/open
- Young (9/5): - Friendly welcome. Nice breakfast. Good location
- Richard (7/5): Good location, good value - Location
