Clean and cozy sitting area with a nice view of the mountains and a fireplace .Daily housekeeping service, self serve laundry available if needed, vending machines on each floor. Top floor great views while in hotel shared hot tub with nice sitting area. Small indoor pool , change rooms and lots of towels available. Enjoyed our dinner and happy hour in the hotel restaurant. Perfect location downtown. Staff friendly. Visual pleasing hotel. Expensive.

Only thing was bottle opener was impossible to use, at this price the hotel should get a better one.

Fair amount of hair that was not ours left on the couches etc. floor could use a good mop. The rest of the property was clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk was excellent and properly was quiet and upscale.

• Chunlin (5/5): No Water, No Slippers, No Shower Cap - Location is good, close to downtown area. Free parking also helps a lot. The hotel doesn't provide any amenities. No water, no toothbrush, no shower cap, no slipper, etc. To stay here, you have to go to nearby supermarket all the time. It's really hassle for out of country tourists.

The location is excellent, perfectly situated for exploring Banff, and the room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
• BrianT55 (10/5): Great Location & Friendly, Helpful Staff - Hotel is in a perfect location just a short stroll from town. Food in the restaurant was excellent for both breakfast & dinner. We enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pools with views of the mountains. All staff were friendly & helpful and helped us get a taxi to Calgary Airport at short notice. All in all a wonderful stay.

• Mark (10/5): Loved it, can’t wait to go back! - Location is awesome! Rooms were super clean and loved how they were cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Free parking garage beneath the hotel was great and easy. Kids in the hot tubs were a bit of nuisance treating them like a pool. The remote in our living space did not work. The towels were somewhat rough but they did give plenty and were replenished daily.

• Antony (9/5): Great location, quality hotel with great staff. We will go back as soon as. - Room and hotel facilities were superb. Free parking and a great location with a 5 min walk in to town. The free navette service to the ski resorts was 20 metres or so away. It was easy and stress free and the staff could not have been anymore helpful. Could have been a few more creamers, tea and coffee in the room, only because my wife say so ....

Roof top pools were nice Think this is just a personal preference but didn’t like a ground floor room off reception. People passing by could be noisy. The room faces the interior so didn’t really enjoy any outdoor space. The room felt dark as a result of having blinds down for privacy.

• Camille (8/5): It was very expensive and the restaurant and under ground parking were the best part. - It’s on Banff Ave and the rooftop hot tub The pull out sofa was super uncomfortable and had a huge water stain. I’m guessing someone had an accident on there and the mattress was not replaced. Very gross. The rest of our room was fairly clean.

Enough space for all to stretch out and it was nice to have a kitchenette. Ending each night on the rooftop hot tub was amazing! Beds felt comfortable but each of us complained at one point about waking up sore.

• Mitchell (9/5): 100% enjoyed our stay there and would stay again and just make sure I booked the right room this time! - Fantastic location close to everything in Banff Probably more a booking issue caused by myself, however there were three of us in the one room (2 adults and a baby in a cot). This was included on the booking however we were unable to book a room with 1 king bed and a cot and were instead told our party could only be accommodated in a double queen room which had two queen beds. This made fitting the cot in the room extremely difficult. We had other family staying in the hotel as well that had a single king room which would have suited our requirements far better.

• 732tomt (10/5): Idyllic return stay in Banff - Our annual family tradition ski trip to Banff just completed and as with our prior stays, Moose Hotel and Suites was stellar as always. In terms of location, comfort, cleanliness of rooms, amenities and a lot of attentive and friendly service, this hotel excels across the board and why it has become a favorite for our family stay each year. Truly a gem in a stunning destination. Thanks go out to the super helpful, friendly and efficient front desk team.

We especially enjoyed the private fireplace, which added a nice touch, and the water pressure was excellent throughout our stay. Little loud as located close to the from door of the hotel and you could hear people talking in the night and early morning when boarding the busses.

No complimentary breakfast for the price paid is also a bit ridiculous

• Vanessa (10/5): Great hotel, great staff, great location, great !! - Loved the location, loved the room, loved the facilities, loved the vibe of the hotel, loved the outdoor spa, loved the gym. Unfortunately you could hear the noise from the neighbours, thin walls. Doors opening on and off during the night were very loud. Also the heater came on and off during the night even though we had the heating turned off.

• Warren (7/5): - Staff: outstanding Room: Set up with two Queens and a sofa bed, hence possibility of 5 sharing. Only two hooks in bathroom???? Where is the logic in that? Insufficient hooks and storage also in bedroom. Would have preferred one queen and a double bed which would have given far more room to move in such a tiny space. Marketing made it sound like room was huge which was definitely not the case. Kitchenette barely adequate, toaster had insufficient depth to toast anything fully without lifting and rotating. Spend some money to buy decent equipment. Rating icons above in survey not working.

The pool/sauna/tub on the roof surrounded by mountains is fantastic - Very nice hotel with a fantastic outdoor hot pool/tub on the roof, surrounded by mountains. The rooms are comfortable. They have a parking so very useful to go in and out easily with kids and skis. The bar is small and one cannot have a drink in the lobby unfortunately.
