Durante los 5 días de alojamiento hubo ruidos constantes de obra desde primera hora de la mañana, lo que hizo imposible descansar o disfrutar de la habitación. Al comunicarlo en recepción, los propietarios reconocieron el problema y nos prometieron una compensación por las molestias. Sin embargo, una vez finalizada la estancia, han dejado de responder a nuestros mensajes y no hemos recibido ninguna solución ni explicación. Falta de transparencia y de cumplimiento de lo prometido. No corresponde con lo que se anuncia ni con el precio pagado.

• Wolfgang (7/5): - Leider war direkt über dem Zimmer eine Baustelle, welche auf Grund der Lautstärke es leider nicht möglich machte das Zimmer nach 10 Uhr morgens noch zu nutzen. Da kann die Unterkunft zwar nichts dafür, aber man hätte im Vorfeld zumindest drauf hinweisen können. Sonst hat alles gepasst.

• Lubiane (10/5): Excellent - Spotless clean, both room, bathroom and common areas. It’s 5 min walking from the train station and walking distance from all the tourist sights I wanted to visit. It’s quiet and very comfortable. The terrace in the back is nice. The contact with staff is only virtual, but it was good, very polite. If you come from out of EU is a bit trick to make the call to open the door. I tried called via What’s App but didn’t work, only calling via phone.

• Mario (10/5): Perfettissimo! È un dovere andarci. - Mi è piaciuto che capissero che sarei arrivato alle 22.30 e loro furono pronti ad aiutarmi prima di arrivare. C'erano cose che non capivo col «check in» e mi si aiutò moltissimo! Non c'era la carta igienica nella mia stanza.

La habitación con espacio (perchero). Comodidad de la cama. Tranquilidad del entorno. Dada la estación y climatología, no tener espacio para comer, etc afuera. La sala conjunta un poco limitada por ello, más comodidad comer en la habitación. El problema con lo irregular del agua caliente

• Ferrao (9/5): - O anfitrião este sempre disponível para ajudar, os quartos são cómodos, têm um terraço para conviver perfeito. Local perto do centro e silencioso. Cama confortável. Não limparam o espelho do quarto e o no meu quarto o aquecedor não funcionava. Mas foi o mínimo. Super recomendo.

O chuveiro é moderno, mas tomar banho quase de água fria, é lamentável. A água do chuveiro não ficava com uma temperatura estável. Tivemos de tomar banho de água fria. Não recomendo!

• Ariadna (9/5): Alojamiento confortable y acogedor - El lugar se encontraba muy bien ubicado, todas las instalaciones eran prácticamente nuevas y un ambiente limpio y tranquilo. Pudimos dejar las maletas gratis luego del check out. La atención del personal fue muy agradable. La habitación doble y el baño eran pequeños por lo que entorpecía la movilidad dentro del cuarto y aún más si tienes maletas grandes. Al momento del check in hay dos números de contacto, uno corporativo y otro privado. El primero demoraba muchas horas en responder por lo que terminamos contactándonos por el otro canal. Estaría bueno centralizar la comunicación solo en uno.

• Aidan (1/5): Smelly room - Great location near centre of town. I visited with my son at the start of our camino. The place looked good, seemed reasonable value and was in a good location.The facilities were very limited, the coffee machine didn't work. We weren't bothered by this too much. Unfortunately our room (no 3) smelled strongly of damp. It's window opened onto an airless internal courtyard/lightwell. The only way to air the room was to leave the room door open, obviously not something we wanted to do for very long. I complained to the hotel and was told the only other available room was a single room (no 3). This also was smelly, it's window opened on to another airless internal courtyard/lightwell. We reluctantly stayed put in no 3. Early the following morning whilst leaving I noticed the door to room 6 was slightly open. I had a look in and discovered another double room. It very obviously had not been used the previous night. It had an outside window and didn't smell. Not sure why I wasn't offered this room. I will not be returning!

• Mauricio (1/5): Unacceptable being in business in these conditions. Mold exposure can cause serious health disorders - 2 nights here. First night stayed in Room 1, that had no natural light, we appreciated that the owner changed us to room 6. However room 6 was worst, smelt terrible because of the WC full of mold, like shown in the photos. Unacceptable being in business in these conditions. Mold exposure can cause serious health disorders.

• Kelly (4/5): Not convenient to Camino travelers. - The room window only opens 2 inches at the top. With only a fan and no A/C it is like a sauna. The hallway and common areas are much cooler and I noticed other rooms had large windows, so it might just be room 7 that has an issue. There was an unpleasant smell upon arrival but I purchased some deodorizer and it seemed to help.

Y lo que menos nos gustó: se oyen demasiado los ruidos de los otros inquilinos por estar las habitaciones tan pegadas( deberían insonorizar un poco).

• H&a (6/5): It worked for us because it's close to old town, and where we can start our Camino walk. - The entire apartment floor, including our room, seemed/felt very clean. We like the minimalist decor as well, makes our room feel a little bit lighter. The common area where the espresso machine with milk and water (well-stocked) are kept is clean and bright, and so is the very cute, spacious balcony with lots of plants. We think it deserves a 6.5. The room, especially the bathroom, is too small for comfort or simply hanging around. The towels need to be replaced; they're rough and worn. The stairs leading up to the apartment floor needs more lighting.

• Kyle (8/5): Unexpected room, but comfortable and quiet. Meets basic needs. - It was affordable and very near the train station. It was comfortable and quiet. It was more of a hostel, which I didn't expect. There were 7 rooms total on one wing of a building. While it had everything we needed (towels, soap, hairdryer, tv, coffee and tea) the room had bare walls and was very small. No pictures at all. No closets or drawers, but pegs on the wall with hangers. The bed was comfortable and it met our needs.
• Teodor (9/5): Superb - Quiet place, convenient neighbourhood. Fast WiFi. Interesting idea behind the feel and interior of the place. The hosti is helpful and easy to talk to. Overall a very pleasant and frictionless stay in the city of Vigo. A bit too small.

• Karen (9/5): Very pleasant and restful stay. - I had a great stay. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfy. I didn't meet the host in person but they were very helpful over whatsapp :-) The app to open doors took getting used but it was actually fine. As my only suggestion, a little fridge in the common area to keep drinks cool would be great.
