• Mihail (2/5): Strict en nonsensical - De gratis drankjes en ijs. Alles is bijbetalen, douchetijd, handdoek, tientallen boetes voor elk klein ding dat je mis kan doen. Zeer strenge regels. Geen opbergruimte voor valiezen, geen lockers en geen verantwoordelijkheid vanuit de zaak voor verloren of gestolen voorwerpen!!! Ze volgen en controleren als je binnen en buiten gaat. Je moet eebmn kaart afgeven om buiten te mogen. Na het uitchecken word je uit het gebouw gezet.

• Aleix V (1/5): Don’t be fooled:“Not everything is as it seems.” - Visually, Booth Netcafe & Capsule looks like it’s straight out of a futuristic Japanese movie: spotless, modern capsules, very nice facilities, and common areas perfect for remote work. The location, central and chaotic, is only good for walking around for a day; staying multiple nights? Forget it. But what really defines the experience is the older gentleman at reception, an absolute disaster in hospitality. He acts like he’s running Jackie Chan’s Martial Arts Academy: cold, rude, unfriendly, and condescending. From the moment you arrive, he makes you feel uncomfortable and belittled. People like this completely ruin what could have been a memorable experience. As long as he’s there, I wouldn’t recommend anyone go. The rules are military-level strict: you pay for 30 minutes in the shower, if you return the key a second late or check out a second late, you get charged extra, every day you have to take your luggage because they clean the capsules and you can’t leave anything in the bed if staying more than one night, and there’s not even a paid luggage storage option. All of this makes what should be a comfortable and enjoyable experience absurd and stressful. In short: beautiful capsules, common areas ideal for remote work, but terrible service, ridiculous rules, and management that ruins the experience. Don’t be fooled by the photos: not everything that glitters is gold.
• seishiron (10/5): コスパの良い滞在 - コスパ的にはちょうどよい 事前にわかっているが、予約時に気付いていない方も良そうなので言うと、シャワーは1回30分200円です。（良くないという意味ではない） 別途、自分は特に言われてないが、（場所柄でややこしいお客様が多いからか、）一部のスタッフが少しきつめの言葉をお客さんに使っているなあと感じることがあったのが少し残念だが、基本満足。

Mi riferisco soprattutto al signore anziano che c'é la mattina. Si arrabbia per la minima cosa e da per scontato che tu sappia tutte le dinamiche dell'ostello. Altro lato negativo è che la doccia é a pagamento, mai visto una cosa del genere. Non tanto per il prezzo che é solo di 200yen ma quanto per la non comunicazione di questo dettaglio e la scomodità per fare una doccia. Bisogna prenotare e sperare che ci sia posto

• Hisataka (4/5): ネカフェスペースでくつろげるカプセルホテルだけど、受付の接客がクソ - カプセルホテルの部屋は人と隣り合わせの状態なので寝る以外のことは基本できないが、ネットカフェも経営しているのでネットカフェのフリースペースでくつろぐことができた。ドリンクサーバーがあるのもありがたい。 受付の接客が悪いです。若い店員の方々はまだいいのですが、壮年ぐらいの店員は高圧的な接客でこちらが質問などをしようとすると食い気味に話しに割り込んできて会話を拒否されます。 またこの方はほぼ全ての時間帯にいたので受付にいくたびにイライラしたし、ホテルの説明なども十分に理解することができませんでした。

• Travis (1/5): Not worth it. Cannot recommend to anyone. Go stay at a different capsule hotel or an APA hotel instead. - I mean it’s close to the train/metro station. Basically everything else I didn’t like. Capsule doesn’t lock, light from the hallway shines through the door, no soundproof. Shower costs money. Also, I checked out and went to sit in one of the chairs only to tie my shoes and leave. The lady came over and told me I checked out and was not allowed to sit in the chair anymore or use any other of the facilities. I mean, what an absolute joke of a place.

• Nam Ninh (5/5): - Convenient location, clean, earlier check-in time than other places. The elderly receptionist was very grumpy and impolite, making me feel really uncomfortable. It was a bad experience right after arriving in Tokyo, so I only stayed one day.

• YAMANAKA (7/5): リピあり - 駅から近い。周りにお店が多く便利。漫画が読める。周囲が繁華街だが音などは特に気にならなかった。 宿泊階への移動が階段だったためキャリーがあると大変。カプセル内のライトがつかなかった（そういう仕様なのか故障なのかは不明）。カプセルの出入口を閉めるためのロールスクリーンのようなものが編み物でできていて隙間から少し明かりが入ってくる。女性専用ゾーンの張り紙に清掃等で男性スタッフが出入りすることがあると書いてあったが、清掃でもなんでもない時間に入ってきて特になにをするわけでもなく出ていったことが不思議だった。

• COLM JOSEPH (10/5): - I read some negative reviews of this place after booking, and even considered canceling my reservation. However, my experience here was very positive! The premises were spotlessly clean. The reception/lounge area was very pleasant and the location is fantastic! I feel that some of the negative reviews are from people with unrealistic expectations. You are staying in central Tokyo for an incredibly reasonable price! Yes, you do have to pay extra for a shower, but it is inexpensive and the whole process is more about efficiency, so you can have your own private, locked shower booth. Many reviews note that the staff were unfriendly. While i wouldn't describe it as the "warmest of welcomes" everyone was perfectly courteous. Other reviewers complained about the noise, but it's a capsule hotel! This wasn't really wasnt an issue for me. If you are looking for 5 star accommodation, then this probably isn't the place for you. But if you are looking for an affordable option in a great location, then I really can't fault this place.

• HIROSHI (8/5): 経営方針変わったなら今後宿泊はしません - ロビーの本をベッドに持ち込みOK、外から食事持込OK ロビーで外国客が1時間以上スマホで話したり、日本人2人組男女がずーっと会話してました。以前はロビーでは静かにする様にスタッフが注意してました。営業方針が変わったのでしょうか？ロビーでうるさい客を注意しないなら、今後の宿泊は止めます。

The tedious process of taking a bath, having to pay at reception, ask for the key, only having 30 minutes for the shower and then immediately going back up to reception to hand over the shower key.

• Kingston (1/5): Staff sucked ass - Location was decent Zero hospitality at check-in, very rude staff. Enjoy the symphony of alarms that go off between 5:30-10am. Check out is 10am, we returned our keys at 9:50 an sat in the common area for a cup of coffee, when 10am hit the bell they told us we are not allowed to finish our drink and “The space is completely off limits to us” no hospitality. Then I used the common area bathroom before a days travelling, and on my way out they tried to charge us a fine for staying 5 minutes past check out time. This place is good for one reason. Tokyo is expensive this place is the cheapest. Pay for what you get.. Cheap stay cheap hospitality. Sad people.

A estadia estava 100% até isso acontecer, até tinha indicado pra algumas pessoas. Mas agora pedi pra ninguém ir porque ninguém merece pagar pra ser mal tratado. Claramente ele não gosta de estrangeiros.

• う (8/5): お値段安く泊まれて助かったし、お値段より良いクオリティだと思いました。秘密基地みたいで楽しかったです笑 - 外は騒がしいのに不思議と中は静かでした、防音がしっかりされているようです。 お安いのにドリンクバーもあり、ソフトクリームも食べられるし、ソフトクリームはトッピングもいろいろあって良かったです。 夜職の子？や外国の方の一部のマナーが悪く、階段で大きな声で笑いながら電話がうるさかったり、パウダールームで綿棒や紙コップなどのゴミを捨てずに出て行ったりが何度かありました。

• Mario (7/5): Buena localización y limpieza. La ducha se paga a parte y son extrictos con el checkout. - El lobby es espacioso y te dan café y helado gratis. La cápsula espaciosa y en general silenciosa. No se puede dejar la maleta el dia del checkout, y hay que pagar las duchas.
