- wong (5/5): Just making a serious comment - There were four pillows, and the room was clean and satisfactory. Upon entering the hotel, our conversation seemed out of place, our expressions were unfriendly, and the way they spoke was like they were interrogating criminals. When we returned our room key, the receptionist ignored us, making us feel very uncomfortable.

Only slight drawback is the location. - Clean room, comfortable bed, clean toilet, good water pressure shower with hot water The walls in the corridor was painted grey, so as you exit the lifts on your room floor, it felt like entering a basement. Just a small issue. A Row of shops behind the hotel was deserted. Made the area feel a bit seedy at night. But again, this is a small issue.

- Shanthi (8/5): - Value for money and the good location The room i book for my kids suppose to be non smoking room but upon check in very smelly of cigarette smoke smell. Even after fixing diffuser the strong smoky smell still there. We only get one room card which is not so convenient for either one to go out and back to the room. Hotel should implement to give 2 room cards upon check in.

Good location for car travelling and working Is nearby club, few shop beside, sometime will get noisy at night. And hotel didn't provide parking, is a open public car park you need to pay the car park advance or estimate time to avoid been fine.
