- Daria (9/5): Comfortable and clean stay in a great location - The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, although we didn’t interact much. The location in Green Point is excellent — safe, convenient, and easy to get around Cape Town from there. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak at times, and occasionally there was no hot water, although it seemed to improve later. The parking is also very limited — there is only one small space on the property. We were lucky it was available, but it’s definitely worth confirming this in advance, which we did.

Интерьер в отеле восхитительный. В каждой мелочи - красота. Интернет хороший, работала без проблем. Завтраки вкусные и обширные. В пешей доступности итальянская лавка Джованни с продуктами и вкуснейшей готовой едой. Там всегда ажиотаж. Огромное спасибо команде отеля! Вы прекрасны и мы уже скучаем❤️

- N. (8/5): Prima maar voldeed niet helemaal aan de verwachting. - Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, ontbijt lekker en de algemene ruimte zag er gezellig uit Onze kamer viel tegen. Wat kleiner dan verwacht en erg donker. De patio was erg somber en niet uitnodigend. Wastafel was veel te klein, niet geschikt als wastafel voor een badkamer. Auto parkeren was wat moeizaam
- Debra (8/5): A very comfortable relaxed stay in a good location. - We enjoyed our stay- it’s very close to the Waterfront and promenade for lovely walks. The room was very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The bathroom was huge and had a great shower. Our balcony looked onto lovely trees and it was quiet. Breakfast was great with a full English or continental breakfast included. The lady who ran the house was very friendly and helpful. We could hear the people in the room next door- so sound insulation could be improved? But otherwise all good.

Die Lage ist ruhig und sicher, unser Auto parkte gesichert direkt vorm Haus. Kurzer Weg bis zur VA Waterfront und zum Park. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll serviert. Für ein zerbrochenes Glas mussten wir bezahlen! So etwas sollte man Gästen mit Kindern nicht berechnen.

Wir fanden das dies eine sichere Gegend ist und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Unser Zimmer war schön, groß und mit Minibar, Safe, Fön, etc.toll ausgestattet. Would have been lovely to have had a larger balcony but to be honest we didn’t stay in the room for long as we were out for most of the day. There is a garden area downstairs to chill in by the small pool.

- Denyse (4/5): Rip off - Location was good. Where is your parking ? It is FAR TOO Complicated TO GET INTO THE PREMISES ! Too many codes ! We got stuck out as the door code would'nt let us in ! Nobody there to assist ! Luckily a visitor on the ground floor heard us knocking and let us in ! Where is the complimentary water in the rooms ?? we were so thirsty !!! We eventually found a fridge in the dining room and took a water. Only to be told we had to pay for it the next day !! what about a complimentary water ?? We paid so much to sleep for literally 6 hours and then left.

- Leoni (7/5): Point B stay - Beds were super comfortable Breakfast was over priced. Paid for a 4 sleeper unit but was charged an extra person although we booked only for 3 people. The unit sleeps 4??? Terrible cat urine smells throughout unit coming from courtyard. Staff weren't very helpful in beginning but then seemed to change approach. Entrance is terrible. Had to offload my disabled husband in the street. No grab rails although we asked if wheelchair friendly.

- Franziska (10/5): Great little guesthouse with lovely staff. - Point B is a lovely little guesthouse run by women. Everything was spotless and the staff were absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed the chitchats with them during breakfast and in the evening. The guesthouse is decorated to make you feel at home. We would definitely stay there again. The location is not very central and you have to take a car to get there/move around to see most of cape town spots. In winter it can get very cold.

It was quiet and the room and bed were very comfortable More attention needs to be made to the pool. Fruit and debris were dropping into it from overhanging trees and not promptly cleaned. Not really clear and inviting. Other than that, everything else was good.

Awesome breakfast adapted to our daily schedule sometimes super early Very cozy and excellent for a BNB experience. The location is just 10mins away from V&A. Highly recommend. Value for money Only improvement is the bathroom basin is too small. The tap is not adapted at all.

- Dean (10/5): We leave our visit from SA with a smile on our face with our stay accommodations and the awareness of Cape Town . - Staff was above expectations with their friendliness and extra needs we needed such as providing power adapters and working with us with our luggage needs. The location is perfect for walking to a beautiful large park , golf course, grocery store and takeout and dining in choices. Hop on off buses stop is across the park and taxis are available. As all have stated your added purchase of Breakfast is very well worth it . Nothing ….. above expectations
- Andy (8/5): Excellent choice, would definitely consider returning. - Breakfast was a limited menu but excellent for our needs, fresh fruit and yoghurt and poached eggs on toast. They offered what I'm sure would have been a very nice full english breakfast but we didn't need that much to start off each day. The location was terrific, we could walk to the V&A and various other locations so didn't have to use the car all the time. Really worked out very well for us. Not much. Staff were cheerful, polite and always super helpful.

- Carmel (10/5): Definitely worth a stay. - The two ladies taking care of the facility were wonderful. They would go out of their way to ensure that they not only met but even anticipated your expectations and needs. They kept the facility immaculately clean and provided us with information about anything that we asked for or that they felt would be of interest to us. I forgot my charge befrs in the guesthouse and they phoned me and came out to give them back to me to save me from having to round back to the one way street. Two of a kind. The only thing that I can fault the facility is the poor sound insulation between the rooms. I could hear the guest in the next door room snoring intermittently at night, and taking with his wife before we went to sleep.

I left my bracelet and they took the time to post it to my onward accommodation. the location was ok but I did have mobility issues so that might have just been me! parking was an issue as we had to park in the street but thankfully all was ok location for waterfront & restaurants wasn’t great as needed a taxi due to mobility issues

- Lai (3/5): The room was not as pictured and refund was a hassle - The staff did their best to help us. the room we got was not the same as the pictured. it was really basic and the bathroom was really small without any windows (unlike wat was shown on the pictures). As other rooms were already booked, they could not switch us to another room. Therefore, we decided to move to another hotel after one night as we were really not satisfied. The refund for the remaining 3 nights was such a hassle. A refund in cash or any other fast refund was not possible, so the refund eventually took about 3 weeks and it also cost us around 25 euros.
