Simon (9/5): Great place to stay - Lovely modern hotel with excellent facilities and access to the shore. Good coast path for walking. Lovely restaurant with an interesting menu - good breakfast. There is no sandy beach but there are plenty of options for sitting / sunbathing on the shore.

Metka (10/5): A great base to recharge oneself - A nice small hotel with great selection of food, beautiful view, comfortable rooms, nice wellness area, kind staff and nice walking trails nearby. E-car charging stations available in the parking lot. Nothhing negative to mention. Sauna was out of order during our stay, but this was probably just bad luck as it probably functons otherwise.

Karsten (9/5): Almost perfect - gourmet indeed! - The hotel is located in the northern outskirts of Malinska – it’s basically the end of the road, where it makes a one-way loop to reach the last premises. It’s worth the ride – comfortable rooms, nice views, and wonderful food are to be had here. There is free parking on site around the building, but a bit constrained when the hotel is full – get there early if you can... Reception is friendly and efficient; there is a lift to take you to the upper floors. The room sizes are generous; those facing the sea are slightly larger, but the ones to the side are still way above average. Personally, I liked the side view better – apart from looking over a nice old olive grove, they also provide more views onto the Istrian mainland coast (instead of Malinska and the marina, which the full sea view rooms look onto). The rooms have a stylish interior, with enough space to store your clothing and chairs to sit; free WiFi is available. The bathroom has a good size for one person (tight for two), with a generously sized walk-in shower. If you think it is a bit too dark, try the light switch next to the mirror – that switches on the remaining (in fact, the majority of the) luminaries… The beds are good – I just wanted to put my feet up and woke up an hour later… Unfortunately, there is only one pillow type, and one pillow per person. The windows can be pretty much fully darkened, with the exception of a slit at the bottom and some translucency of the curtains. The neighbourhood is blissfully quiet; however, the bell tower next door tolls every half hour, and while it is switched off over night, it will ring for the morning sermon at 6.30 h. Breakfast is nothing to write home about (in stark contrast to the dinner); note you can have you egg made fresh to your liking. Dinner is a great treat (and a real deal – you would easily pay twice that elsewhere for that quality); here is a gourmet menu offered, and that’s not an exaggeration – make sure you don’t miss it. In comparison to everything else (in particular the dinner), breakfast is rather average. Parking is somewhat constrained. There is only one pillow type offered, and one pillow per person.

Mara (10/5): Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als perfekt! - Unser Aufenthalt war top. Man merkt einfach, dass die Qualität an erster Stelle steht. Wir wurden noch nie so zuvorkommend und freundlich empfangen und behandelt. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Abendessen äußerst lecker und vor allem das Frühstück hat uns super gut gefallen (Favorit -> Saftpresse mit dem riesigen Obst-und Gemüsekorb). Der Pool und der private Strandzugang sind obendrauf tolle Goodies! Die Hotellage ist empfehlenswert für jeden, der ein ruhiges Urlaubsziel bevorzugt, aber trotzdem nicht aus dem Schuss sein möchte. Wir kommen wieder!

Oliver (10/5): Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und haben uns alle wohl gefühlt und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen! - Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage in Porat und von den Balkonen hat man einen unfassbar tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Malinska. Unser Zimmer, ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer, geht eigentlich nicht besser. Der Pool ist toll und der Zugang zum Wasser super! Man kann super schwimmen oder auch das Stand Up Paddel benutzen! Sehr lecker war auch das Menü zum Abendessen. Die Hotel Eigentümer und ihre Angestellten waren alle sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. War alles gut!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut. Das Essen war sehr lecker, und die ruhige Lage sowie das gepflegte Ambiente laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Ein Hotel, das seine vier Sterne wirklich verdient – ich empfehle es gerne weiter. Obwohl ich den roten Knopf gedrückt habe, um zu signalisieren, dass ich keine Zimmerreinigung wünsche, kam das Personal trotzdem. An diesem Tag hätte ich gerne einfach meine Ruhe gehabt.

Manfred (9/5): Entspannte 4 Tage in dem etwas abseits gelegenen Hotel in ruhiger Lage. - Sehr schöne Hotel-Anlage. Wir waren in dem Nebengebäude untergebracht, Zimmer 2/EG. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Großes Zimmer mit einer wunderschönen Balkon-Loggia und Blick aufs Meer. Die kleine Strandanlage war super, Liegen und Schirme kostenfrei vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und sehr gut. Alle Waren sind frisch und offen. Angenehm der großzügige Frühstücksraum. Abendmenu ist sehr zu empfehlen (Preis-Leistung top). Personal top. Der Stadtteil Porat liegt etwas abseits, reine Wohnsiedlung. Kleiner Hafen nebenan mit 2 Konobas. Der Pool müsste m.E. nicht unbedingt 25 Grad haben. Ich bin zwar nicht zum Fernsehschauen im Urlaub, aber von den 2 deutschen Sendern ging nur einer. In einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich zum Frühstück auch einmal Fisch erwartet (Lachs, Forelle usw.). Obst reichlich vorhanden, Früchte aber nur im Ganzen. Obstsalat muss man aber selber schneiden. Eigene Getränke im Zimmer und am Strand waren laut Hausordnung eigentlich nicht erlaubt. Es gab keine Preisliste für die Mini-Bar.
