Montse (10/5): Excelente apartamento cerca del centro de Olot - Apartamento excelente muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. Aunque se encuentre en una calle con ruido no se oye nada en el interior. La piscina estaba a una temperatura excelente y muy limpio todo. Ideal para repetir! Nada. Solo que teníamos una cafetera Nespresso Vertuo de la que no venden capsulas en los supermercados y tuvimos que pedirlas. Por lo demás nada a destacar.

Noelia (8/5): Buenas instalaciones y cerca de los volcanes. - Todo estuvo muy bien, el apartamento muy bonito y limpio. La piscina climatizada muy limpia y tenía chaleco para los peques, que fue muy bien porque no llevábamos. El check-in fue bien aunque la máquina no escaneaba bien los DNI y al final tuvimos que ponerlo a mano, así que fue un rato y con el niño llorando se hizo largo, pero en general muy bien.

I would like to highlight the help with the parking which was a big extra for us, because sometimes it’s tricky in Spain. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario. Explicación clara de toda la información. Por poner una pega diría que las vistas desde el apartamento están muy limitadas . El edificio de delante es muy próximo y si quieres intimidad debes tener las persianas bajadas

El echo de venir a la habitación diciendo que hay mas gente de lo que eramos, vamos dos personas y no nos creía al principio, después la tele se desconecto TODA LA NOCHE y nos desconectaron la tarjeta del apartamento cuando teníamos dos noches reservadas. No nos gustó el trato para nada.

Maria (10/5): Cómodo, limpio y estético - Ubicación en barrio próximo al centro. Alojamiento muy cómodo, estancias muy grandes. A destacar la limpieza, lo bonito y cuidado que estaba todo, y las comodidades que ofrecían (cápsulas de café de cortesía, cocina completa con vajilla, sartenes y ollas para cocinar, aceite y sal para aliñar, jabón y trapos...) que en muchos sitios no ofrecen y hacen de la estancia el doble de agradable y cómoda. La piscina va aparte e incluye un kit completo con albornoz, toallas, gorro y zapatillas también muy prácticos y cómodos. Se puede acceder a cualquier hora y es súper bonita y limpia. Pudimos hacer el check-in fácilmente (no sabíamos cómo sería tras ver comentarios negativos respecto a este tema), y tuvimos un problema con una tarjeta de entrada que se resolvió al momento por la atención del anfitrión. Como único punto a mejorar diría que el agua de la piscina nos hubiera gutado un poco más caliente. La verdad es que estuvimos súper bien y repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Su situación es ligeramente alejada del centro , pero a su favor es que se puede aparcar sin problema el fin de semana.

Raquel (7/5): Nuevo y céntrico - La cocina estaba bien equipada, había cápsulas de café de cortesía, una botella de agua, el baño muy bien con champu y gel de baño de cortesía Los vecinos de arriba hicieron fiesta toda la noche y no pudimos dormir nada, se oía todo, no está bien insonorizada la casa. Un poco impersonal el modelo de acceso a la tarjeta de acceso a la puerta.

Lourdes (10/5): Súper recomendable - Un alojamiento muy cómodo, con todo tipo de detalles, súper bien equipado, aparcamiento en la misma calle y la piscina muy top. Tuvimos un problema con el check-in, pero llamamos al teléfono de contacto y, al momento, nos lo solucionaron, así que el personal muy atento y servicial. El tema del check-in, al ser todo informatizado, puede dar error, como nos pasó. Después de rellenarlo todo y hacer el pago, no salieron las tarjetas. Pero, como he comentado, nos lo pudieron solucionar rápidamente. El tema del pago de la piscina se debería informar antes, no cuando ya has hecho el pago. De todas maneras, vale la pena pagarlo.

Hanae1996 (9/5): Recomendable si quieres cocina bien equipada - Ofrece la posibilidad de realizar el checkin incluso si llegas tarde. El alojamiento está muy completo y en la cocina tienes absolutamente todo lo que necesitas para poder cocinas y prepararte tus comidas. Todos los electrodomésticos están nuevos y el baño es perfecto. Está muy cerca del centro de Olot y puedes ir andando para dar paseos por la zona. Se puede aparcar fácil. Aina fue muy simpática y muy amable en todo momento. Siempre estaba disponible por whatsapp. El checkin se realiza en unas pantallas que hay al exterior del edificio. Te piden rellenar muchos datos por cada huésped, además de realizar una fotografía y escanear documentos de identidad. Es un proceso un poco tedioso la verdad, ya que en nuestro caso tuvimos que rellenar los formularios de cuatro personas mientras estaba lloviendo y teníamos el equipaje fuera. En el apartamento la calefacción hace algo de ruido y puede molestar a la hora de dormir. La piscina no está incluida en el precio del alojamiento, hay que pagar a parte. Cuando estuvimos las luces no funcionaban y lo alumbraban con un foco.

Maria Isabel (8/5): - Todo super nuevo, super limpio, super bonito, todo blanco, la cama y almohadas comodisimas, la tele enorme y con Netflix, con cafetera nexpreso y cafe y agua incluidos, el plato de ducha una pasada para una ducha relajante efecto lluvia. El checking un horror, pasas más de media hora registrandote en una maquina tipo cajero, por suerte nos ayudo la chica de la limpieza sino no entramos. Te cobran 100 €en deposito a la hora del Checking. Muy bonito la verdad, pero un poquito caro para no tener ni recepción.
Climent Sensada Macià (9/5): Perfecto para una estancia en Olot. - El apartamento está nuevo y todo perfecto. La cama y el baño, muy bien. No está lejos del centro y es fácil encontrar apartamento por los alrededores. No utilizamos la piscina, pero nos parece espléndido que disponga de ese servicio. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la cortina de la habitación que solucionaron enseguida. Siendo un espacio de nueva construcción, nos sorprendió que la insonorización con los otros apartamentos no es mucha. Si te tocan unos vecinos ruidosos y con niños (como fue nuestro caso los dos primeros días) se oye bastante. Los otros días, con gente no tan ruidosa, ningún problema.

В коридоре есть общая зона с микроволновкой и чашечками. Не очень хорошая звукоизоляция. Очень шумели соседи, было все слышно. Бассейн был прохладный. Хотелось искупаться и погреться после холодного дня, но не получилось. Сауны нет, только бассейн.
