- Ute (2/5): Ganz sicher - nie wieder! - Das Gebäude im Palaststil gehalten ist insgesamt ansprechend. Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in keinster Weise erfüllt. Der Empfang begann eher unfreundlich. Teilweise war das Personal nicht englischsprachig. Unsere Zimmerkarte erhielten wir in einem abgegriffenen, bereits mehrfach benutzten Umschlag. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, ließ an Sauberkeit jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Im Bad unter der Toilette stand jedoch ständig Wasser, was zwar auf Anfrage immer wieder weggewischt wurde, die Ursache jedoch nicht behoben wurde. Die Handtücher waren gräulich und fleckig. Das große Hotel selbst ist sehr herrschaftlich, liegt am Rande der Wüste, abgelegen, durchaus idyllisch, war allerdings kaum belegt und somit insgesamt recht gespenstisch. Mehrere Angestellte kehrten ständig die sauberen Wege, während es z. B. am Pool keinen Service gab.. Sonnenschirme waren ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Handtücher mussten bestellt werden und wurden dann gebracht. Die Sonnenliegen, ohne Auflagen waren verdreckt. Der Pool war eher eine Tauben-Tränke, zig Vögel badeten darin, die Mosaikfliesen waren zum Teil beschädigt bzw. abgefallen und lagen im Wasser. Der überaus hohe Einstieg in den Pool war durch ein wackliges, mäßig befestigtes Geländer eher gefährlich. Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich, jedoch ausreichend. Das Personal dort, freundlich und weitgehend hilfsbereit. Auf dem Hotelgelände fand in unserer 2. Nacht eine Großveranstaltung statt, die bis Mitternacht durch extreme Lautstärke an Schlaf nicht denken ließ, der Abbau der Bühne etc., der ebenfalls in der Nacht stattfand war genau so laut. Eine Beschwerde unsererseits blieb erfolglos und der Mitarbeiter, Herr Sushil Kumar blieb währenddessen hartnäckig unfreundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen, zumal das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht stimmt.
- Klaus (4/5): Nie mehr; - Das Hotel war leer, wie ausgestorben, trotz Hauptsaisson; Empfang durch einen Hotelmanager sehr kühl bis unfreundlich; Zimmer war groß und in Ordnung, Badezimmer ok aber ohne Ablagefläche; Frühstück war mittelmässig. An einem Abend war eine große Veranstaltung von externen mit furchtbarem Lärm bis 12 Uhr nachts, anschliessende Aufräumarbeiten gingen die ganze Nacht durch. Auf Beschwerde am nächstem Morgen keine Entschuldigung oder gar Kompensation. Am Pool keinerlei Service, Handtücher nur auf Aufforderung. Das Gebäude ist sehr beeindruckend im indischen Stil gebaut, und weckt Erwartungen, die in keinster Weise erfüllt werden. So gut wie alles;

- Wandering (9/5): Superb - Beautiful property. Very good service and friendly staff. Good water pressure in the bathrooms and well appointed rooms. Wi fi speed is decent. Restaurant food quality and the breakfast spread is pretty good. The rooms could be improved by including a bit more furniture, ideally a larger table and an additional chair (instead of one chair).

It is out from the city but that makes it easy to travel to various other places without having to commute through the city. Would recommend anyone to stay here. Nothing we didn't like. - Jack (4/5): Overpriced and dirty - Friendly staff, good fitness centre, decent tasting food. Cold, dirty and bad value for money. The restaurant was very cold, meaning we had to eat wearing coats. Staff did not replace empty water on the tables or in the rooms. We notice our sheets were visibly dirty, with what looked like lumps of green snot under the pillows. When we explained the situation and asked for the sheets to be changed, only the duvet cover was changed. We had to ask again for the entire bed linen to be replaced. Food was expensive for what it was and the portions.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jaisalmer 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. 03. I had a wonderful experience at jaisalkot Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! 04. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. 05. Took advantage of the location to walk to kuldhara check out the dunes which are way closer from this place than the city 06. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in. The area on the suburbs are best kept secret and jaisalkot offers everything you need. 07. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation. 08. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in ( India This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine.

Rooms size is so big that you can actaully enjoy with your family. Facilties are restricted due to covid so not able to enjoy pool and spa as they were close. We tried food and found that the taste is super though at present they are working with very selective menu due to covid. The pool and spa were great but not operational. The room is very tastefully decorated in traditional Rajasthan colors. We found them just beautiful. I personally like to stay in a traditional hotel and feel the culture. Hotel staff helped us feel comfortable in every way possible. Staff is also taking care against corona virus spread by wearing mask and providing sanitizer. Location of the hotel was also great. The food quality is miserable and billing is a mess. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place and consider is no more than a 2 star.
