• Inge (8/5): Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen 😀 - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr nette und freundliche Personal sowie die herzlichen Vermieter. Die Lage in der Nähe des Hopfensees ist ideal für Ausflüge und Spaziergänge. Praktisch waren auch der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und der Getränkeautomat. Das Frühstück war lecker und mit frischen Waffeln top, nicht nur für Kinder. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Ferienwohnung im Nebenhaus. Frühstück im Haupthaus. Allerdings nur kurzer Weg. Daher nicht tragisch.

However we feel like we much overpaid for the similar stay. The apartment didn’t offer any toiletries. No shampoo or shower gel. Dog stay was charged for but had no dog bowl or dog towels for 15 Euro per night/ charge not been displayed at booking.com Nice kitchen but nothing being put complementary as Coffee or milk. Asking for simple little things here. Standard things as salt and pepper would be a nice add on. Administration team is ok, I felt very unwelcome.

• Tímea (9/5): Good apartment in a good location - The location of the apartmenthouse is wonderful, the lake is very close, the surroundings of the building is quiet and peaceful. If you want to organize parties, well, it is not your choice, but for everyone else it is. We arrived after the reception opening hours, but the check in was very comfortable and we got everything we needed. (keycards, information). It was not so easy for us to find out where is the other building (2 mins walk), but it is not the host's fault. Our apartment was on the ground floor with a terrace, but when we booked it, t was not clear to us that it was on the ground floor; it was not a very good surprise but we got used to it. The apartment is well-equipped, you can find everything what you need in a standard household. In a word or two: it is a very good apartment what I recommend you if you want to spend a few quiet days in this beautiful location. we have not experienced this

• Vishal (7/5): - The room I was allocated was located below ground level, with very limited natural light and ventilation, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable. It seems that other rooms in the property may have balconies, which would likely offer a better experience. The beds were acceptable, but the layout of the apartment was not very convenient for moving around or relaxing. One of the bedrooms does not have an external window it opens into the living room which further affects ventilation and privacy. The kitchen equipment appeared quite old, and some items were not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. The most uncomfortable aspect was the bathroom being located right next to the kitchen, which did not feel appropriate. Additionally, the bathroom itself was not very user-friendly. Overall, my experience in Room 18 was not very satisfactory, and I would not recommend this specific room.

The apartment has all the amenities people would need . I have read reviews about the host being rude but generally I didnt feel like he was rude . He was helpful with questions we had and accommodated our requests . Nothing really I felt that our money was spent well on this property .

Die Wohnung selbst war ordentlich, an alles wurde gedacht und es war sehr sauber! Tolle Wege nach unten zum See, allgemein sehr gute Lage, besonders mit Hund. Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau, ein paar mehr Utensilien zum kochen wären super, aber wie gesagt - meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

• Trudy (9/5): Fantastisch - We hadden een heel mooi, schoon appartement met keuken en tuintje. Op loopafstand van de Hopfensee waar je om heen kon wandelen en daar was een heel mooi terras met uitzicht op het meer. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw waren erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker. De auto konden we ook gewoon kwijt bij het appartement. Achteraf hadden we nog wat langer moeten blijven omdat juist rondom Füssen erg veel te zien was op korte afstand met de auto. Wellicht voor een andere keer. Een aanrader!! voor ons was alles goed we zijn niks tegen gekomen waar we kritiek op hebben.

Nicht zu empfehlen. - Nichts, rein gar nichts Alt, abgewohnt, schmutzig, Bad Schimmelbildung, Kanalgeruch in der ganzen Wohnung, vornehmlich im Bad, der durch die Türlüftungsgitter in der Wohnung verteilt war. Laut, nicht entkoppelte Decken und Treppen, wir hatten Souterrain, so dass die Schritte über uns und das Treppenhaus gut, nein sehr gut, gehört haben.Die morsche Eingangstüre hatte weder Dämpfung noch Stopper oder Gummi und fiel sehr laut zu. Wir haben noch nie so schlecht gewohnt und 1350 Euro für 1 Woche ist kein Schnäppchen. Der VERMIETER war alles andere als hilfsbereit oder freundlich. Parkplätze waren so eng, dass der erste alles zuparkte. Wir hatten unseren SUV an der Strasse stehen, was zur Folge hatte, dass er an der Seite verkratzt war, unschöner Beigeschmack nach dem Urlaub. Wir hatten auch keine Kurkarte, so dass wir verschiedene Einrichtungen zwar besuchen konnten, aber ohne Vergünstigungen. Wir hatten, obwohl wir zu zweit die Wohnung gemietet hatten, nur einen Sessel! Am Küchentisch waren 2 mega verdreckte Stühle, auch das Geschirr war sehr spärlich, wir mussten uns zwei Gläser nachordern. Alles in allem, nie wieder. Das kann man sich sparen, sich im Urlaub zu ärgern. Es war die Hölle!

• LucaGF (2/5): PROPRIETARIO INOSPITALE - Appartamentino carino, cucina attrezzata. Bella posizione, in zona tranquilla, a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungolago. La camera non era pulitissima, con polvere e ragnatele negli angoli un po più nascosti. Inoltre abbiamo dovuto togliere un drappo decorativo presente a parete sopra la testiera perché completamente impolverato. Dotazione da bagno un po' scarsa, 2 asciugamani e 2 teli doccia per 2 persone, sostituiti 1 volta in 1 settimana. Non presente il phon. Un solo rotolo di carta igienica di scorta. Una scopa da interno usurata e nessuna paletta. Ma non è questo il vero problema della struttura. Il problema è il proprietario, assolutamente indisponibile e di nessuna empatia. Il giorno del nostro arrivo abbiamo avvertito per tempo la struttua che non saremmo riusciti ad arrivare entro l'orario limite del check-in (le 17.00) a causa di un incidente con lunga coda trovato sull'autobrennero. Il proprietario non ha voluto sentire ragioni, e anche quando gi abbiamo proposto di lasciarci la chiave sulla toppa o di dirci un altro luogo dove poterla recuperare si è rifiutato, dicendo che era scritto chiaramente che il check-in era entro le 17:00. Ora, io penso che se dei clienti ti affittano una stanza per una settimana e pagano con un mese di anticipo si può anche essere più gentili nei loro confronti e venirgli incontro se è capitato un problema, invece che fregarsene obbligandoli a cercare un'altra sistemazione lungo la strada. La tassa di soggiorno però ci è stata fatta pagare anche per la notte che non abbiamo fatto in strutura, e questo lo ritengo grave. Io penso che questi comportamenti siano vergognosi, e inadeguati in chi sceglie di fare come professione l'albergatore. Booking dovrebbe cancellare questa struttura dalla sua piattaforma.

The beds were comfortable although it did make creaking sounds 4 parking spots available, perhaps more on the other side of the hotel. Functional kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and an oven The service in this hotel is basic. Only two packs of tea were served in the room. We didn't ask for more, but I would've expected atleast 6 packs of tea for the two of us for three nights to be already provided in the room when we entered. The bin had no garbage bag. We used the ones we packed ourselves for the vacation, just to maintain cleanliness. This was the case when we first entered the room and also after the staff cleaned the room on the next day. I was inclined towards not using the bags altogether since that is probably what they were asking for, but we used our garbage bags anyway

• Niels (7/5): Great option if you're looking for a traditional place to stay! - This is a very traditional kind of guesthouse. The decor is decidedly stuck in the 90s. The apartment has everything you need if you want to cook your own meals and enjoy some evening time 'at home'. Restaurants and shops are a 10min walk away and the view from the shore to the mountain tops is stunning. The lightening in apartment is too bright so in the evening its not very cozy. Needs better pillows.
• Veaceslav (9/5): Superb - Verry clean room. Nice and quiet surroundings. In a walking distance from the main street and lake side. Unflexible check-in. We've been late and on the way to , were asking the owners to arrange, in some manner, and leave the keys for us in the key box outside, which they had. We've got a firm refuse. We were lucky that our friends that arrived earlier passed and collected the keys for us. I don't see the personal (the owner) very customer oriented. At the same time, I have to remark that he has a very good English and was easy to communicate. The squeaky bed was another annoying thing.

• Ilia (4/5): Disappointing - We rarely leave bad reviews, but in this case this absolutely necessary so that future users know what they deal with. Starting with the check in time. The check in is only possible untill 17.00 (how is this possible on a working day?). The man from the reception called us and made it clear in quite insistive form that if we are late even for one minute, we will not get the key...we had to drive over the speed limit to be on time and came exactly at 17:00 (was very stressful...). But he still was complaining....he said that we still need a few minutes to fill in the data and thus we are late:(...i had a feeling that he thinks that we owe him something....soo bad and irritating to pay so much money for such unfriendly service.... Than the apartment itself ..what can i say.... The dishes are not clean, the freezer in the refrigirator is blocked and can not be opened. Soap is missing..., only one small knfife...the frying pan is missing...plus it was quite cold in the apartment. I hope that the management of the apartment takes this review and takes measures. We will definitely not be visiting this hotel ever again...

• Brian (10/5): Beautiful rustic room with a view that feels like you've stepped into a fairy tale as painted by Bob Ross - The view was spectacular, we could literally sit and look at Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles from our balcony, day or night (the castles are brightly illuminated at night). The room and the building were beautiful. We were on the top floor, and getting to our room involved walking up a beautiful gently circular staircase, to get to the room which opened with an on theme old timey skeleton key. The place was also wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Bed was harder than I prefer. Busses only run until about 6ish so if you go late to the castles for some night photography or something plan to take a taxi if you don't have a rental. Neither of these would prevent me from staying in the future given the opportunity. Riding the bus you even get to enjoy a fantastic mountain lake view from the bus stop while you wait
