• Jens-Peter (9/5): Ist jederzeit zu empfehlen - Die Lage des Anwesens ist toll, vor allem, wenn man das Appartement im 1. Stock mit Blick auf das Meer beziehen kann. Die Gastgeber waren überaus herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit und haben uns mit diversen Keksen und sogar mit einem Fischessen überrascht. Man sollte wissen, dass man als Gast selbst für die Reinigung des Appartements zuständig ist.
• Gabriele (8/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeber, schöner Blick aufs Meer. Am Strand kann man aufgrund der Steine und Felsen nicht wirklich schwimmen
• Michèle (8/5): Séjour agréable où l'amabilité des propriétaires fait oublier le côté perfectible du logement. - L'accueil par des propriétaires très aimables. Il y a ce qu'il faut mais l'ensemble du studio est un peu vétuste ( rideau de douche trop court, installation électrique sommaire).

• Andrea (10/5): La vera Rodi, ottima alternativa ai mega resort presenti nell'isola. - Aris e Tota ci hanno fatto sentire parte della loro famiglia. L'ospitalità greca la riconosci fin dall'arrivo con vino, acqua e frutta in frigorifero e appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto quello che vi può servire. La loro struttura si trova in posizione strategica, al centro dell'isola e lontana dalla confusione delle grandi strutture. Aris parla perfettamente l'italiano ed è un piacere bere qualcosa con lui mentre ti racconta della Grecia, della sua vita avventurosa e delle qualità culinarie della sua amata. Tota è una cuoca eccezionale, ci ha viziato offrendoci di tutto: moussaka, biscotti al vino e dolci alle mandorle, fichi essicati al sole e frutta fresca. La spiaggia di fronte a casa è un paradiso, con i lettini a disposizione degli ospiti e l'ombra di due tamerici centenari si respira un'aria che puoi trovare solo in Grecia. CONSIGLIATISSIMO Niente, anzi non ci è piaciuto andarcene dopo una sola settimana!

• sabrina (10/5): - la casa e' bellissima e dotata di ogni confort, all'esterno c'e' uno splendido patio con giardino che da' direttamente sulla spiaggia. Posizione casa in zona tranquilla ma non lontana dai centri abitati. Posizione strategica al centro dell'isola nei pressi di Lindos per visitare le varie spiagge e i siti archeologici. I proprietari della casa sono dei tesori, molto accoglienti premurosi e simpatici. La mussaca e il pesce cucinato dalla Tota non potrete trovarli neanche nelle migliori taverne greche!

• Christian (9/5): Ruhiger, erholsamer Aufenthalt - Das Gastgeber- Ehepaar war sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Der Kühlschrank wurde mit Wasser, O-Saft, Wein, Bier und einer Schüssel frischer Feigen bestückt. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Von der Terrasse hat man/frau einen Ausblick auf den ruhigen Strand (ohne Sonnenschirme!) und den duftenden Frangipani-Baum. Fr. Tota hat für uns ein köstliches Moussaka gemacht :-) Wenn man will kann man viel plaudern mit den Gastgebern, ist aber kein Muss. Klimaanlage ist vielleicht ein bisschen laut, wirkt aber auch beruhigend :-) Der Eingang ins Meer ist etwas erschwert durch die felsigen Steinformationen, aber es gibt Möglichkeiten raus zu schwimmen!

• Eric (8/5): Ruhige Lage, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen in Ordnung - Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, wir haben auch einmal ein komplettes Abendessen (Fisch) geschenkt bekommen! Bei der Ankunft gab es auch Obst und Getränke im Kühlschrank.
• zoltán (7/5): A legkedvesebb vendéglátók a legromantikusabb nyugodtabb part ahol valaha voltam. - Csodálatos vendéglátók. Kedves Tota és Nicholas. Minden ami a Görög szeretet megkaptunk tőletek. Igazi bűbájos kedves jó értelembe vett régi módi idős házaspár, akik képesek voltak a problémákat kezelni, ajándék sütikkel étellel láttak el bennünket, mosolygott az arcuk. A kert előtt a part közvetlen, 2 hatalmas fa árnyékkal saját nyugágy ingyen, A part hihetetlen, kb 50 m széles kavicsos balra jobbra több száz méteren szinte senki , ha nyugalomra vágysz ez a te partod.Hihetetlen de a wifijük a partig leért. Semmi tömeg zsufi. A vízpart kavicsos, 30 méterig sziklás, úszás tudás kell , snorkelezni jó, de vannak befelé kis nyugodt szakaszok. ha trendi sima homokot akarsz büfével kisgyerekkel lehet nem a tied. A lakás méret jó, inkább közepes színvonalú, régi bútorok, dizánj inkább 70 es évek, jó matrac. Első nap rossz szag, de kiderült hogy Rodoszon a legtöbb helyen a wc papírt külön kell tenni egy szemetesbe, gondolom csatornahálózat nincs fejlesztve, az előttünk lévő dugulást csinált, másnapra kijavították. Sajnos a klíma régi tipusú, és nem bírt a 40 fokkal full módon is 29-30 fok volt éjjel a szobába. Szeptemberben biztos nem zavaró. A hely egy aranybánya lokációban, ha enyém lenne lehet felújítanám fürdő, klíma stb és dupla annyiért adnám ki, de biztos van oka, hogy ez még nem valósult meg. Ha valami trendi szuper új szállást keresel akkor lehet nem a tied, kaphatsz ilyet de ilyen part, és Nicholas nélkül dupla annyiért megnéztük a környékbeli árakat, 1500 eur/hét körül

• Jon-snow (9/5): Superb - Great location just 20 meters from the beach! The hosts are very kind and always happy to chat about the island. The area is quiet and peaceful, with shops nearby. The apartment is well-equipped and has a nice terrace. We really enjoyed our stay
• Zoltan (5/5): Kind host, spacious apartment with disappointing beach beyond the gates - Kind and helpful host with excellent English. Welcome goodies on arrival and a very kind offer of excellent home made moussaka one afternoon. The lovely old tree on the beach offering a long shadow is a blessing, so are the plentiful sun beds at the end of the garden. One can get these and take down to the water, soak the sun or cool in the shade any time. The bigger downstairs apartment is spacious, fairly well equipped though furnishing is definitely tired, bit old and far to much paraphernalia taking up spaces. Our main disappointment was the beach in front of the garden, the very reason we chose this property. For about 200 meters left and right the it's a sea of underwater rocks. Even in motionless calm water it's challenging to get through the first 60-80 meters in the water and only from there can one swim without the fear of hitting the rocks. With the slightest wind it's positively risky. Unfortunately once you reach open waters you also reach the area where the motorised local entertainment industry loves roaming up and down, speedboats pulling 'doughnuts' waterskis, even the Lindos passenger ferry comes down towards the beach quite often. It's about 250 meters towards the busy hotel-beach are where one can find easy access to open waters. However, the beach is narrow there and you wouldn't want to drag a sun bed over there. The other issue is how dirty, messy the beach is. Not unbearable but certainly spoilt by negligence, piles of rubble left around which starts right as you step outside the gate.
• Věrka (10/5): Exceptional - We really liked the location - very close to the sea. The apartment was well equipped and nice. There were air conditioning, wifi, comfortable beds.... The balcony was big and we have enjoyed our breakfast there. We arrived to the accomodation in the late night and we appreciated that there was a bottle of water, juice, wine and water lemon. Our hosts were absolutly amazing! Not just like our hosts but also as people. They were friendly, warmhearted and helpful. Dear Aris and Tota, thank you so much for everything. • Kim (8/5): A relaxing holiday that met our expectations - The hosts, Aris and Tota, were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble even cooking for us on a couple of occasions- food was delicious. Location was perfect, 2 minute walk to our own beach with sunbeds provided. 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and supermarkets.

• Laurence (10/5): A Super apartment near a quiet beach - The 3 rooms apartment is large and comfortable, with 2 bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. Equipment is very complete. Our hosts Aris and Tota were very attentive. we received good Greek wine when we arrived, and Tota made us discover some typical Greek dishes... sunbeds are available free of charge on the beach, a shower is provided in the garden. the Mediterranean garden is very well maintained and contains some beautiful flowering and fragrant trees... Nothing, everything was ok
• Lubos (10/5): Extraordinary hosts and nice accomodation - Location is very good, only few meters from the beach and good restaurants, we had privacy for our relaxing stay. Comfortable apartment with aircondition in every room, two bathrooms, easy access by car and parking. What else we can expect? Nothing. But the hosts Tota and Aris are extraordinary people with big heart. We felt like we were visiting good friends. I´ve never experienced that before. I want to thank Tota and Artis for their hospitality, gifts, traditional tasty food and all nice words and smiles you had for our family. Very impressive and unforgetable. -
• Algirdas (10/5): I will rent it again if I will return bact to Rhodes. - Everything, especially hostess, place and quietness. One bottle of water, one bottle of wine and cake on arrive. One evening in the middle served mussaka was excellent. Sunbeds for free. Nice beaches close to the house. Tree just behind the wicket for shadow on the beach. Nothing.
• Karlis (9/5): Great value for money - The greatest value of the property were its hosts Aris and Tota. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with honey cake and wine, on the third day of our stay Tota made a wonderful mossaka for us and traditional Greek sweets at farewell. Another value for those, who like morning swimming after wake up and/or swimming before sleep, is location of the property on the beach side. Although stony, the beach is almost private, as the property is not located within any resort. The place is calm and perfect for families, which wish to enjoy peace and good views after busy days visiting treasures of Rhodes. The property may require some small improvements in functionality of facilities, although one could find everything what is necessary in apartments - fridge, oven, air conditioning
