Erről nem.kaptunk információt (sem kódot), így mikor odaertünk elég nagy volt a meglepetés. Több mint fél órán keresztül hivtuk őket telefonon, míg valaki végre felvette és elmondta az instrukciókat. Utána csak vállvetve közölték, hogy nem szóltak, mivel nem volt meg nekik az e-mail címem.

• Vytis (10/5): - The apartment complex is right on the seashore—it’s a wonderful location. Our room overlooked the sea, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The apartments are spacious; there were four of us, so there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There was also plenty of parking space for our car. The complex also has a pool, though unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it. The surroundings are clean and well-maintained.
• Geri (6/5): Missed my expectation from my last stay. - Location, game room and taco Tuesday. Big tub and spacious I selected this property for the spa but it was closed. Then the smoke from people smoking gave me nausea and headache, had to move to another location away. Then the gas fumes from the exhaust from the bush Wackers. Made it worse and had to leave, plus the noise was very unpleasant.

• William (8/5): Everything else was very nice! - Beachfront location, pool and recreation room etc all very nice! Bathroom was in need of updating. It was a little rough around the edges of the sink, counter, tub and mirror. It was clean but worn in those areas.

• Damien (9/5): Family Visit to Indian Harbor Beach - Location was great, on the beach and convenient to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking in and out was a breeze, even after office hours. Apartment was clean and well appointed, perfect for our family of 3, but definitely would be comfortable for more. Parking was below the building allowing for easy and sheltered access to the unit. Not really a dislike, just a little outdated style-wise with an 80-90s beach timeshare feeling. However, TVs were newer LEDs. Mattresses while comfortable are very light, and any movement shifts them off the frame (Twins in the 2nd Br) or will l wake anyone else in the bed (King in the MBr).

If there was anything that could have been better, I would install grab bars in the master bath. Thank you so much!!

Very reasonable in price! Would definitely stay here again, Summer was a delight, friendly and tried to work with us when our flight got cancelled.

The beach was able to been seen from our room and it was so peaceful to sit on the balcony and watch the water. Can not wait to stay again. This is actually the second time we have been to this resort.
• Rachel (10/5): Well done. - MASSIVE playground. King bed, lots fun to be had with a giant shower in and tub. Blinds over the tub, be advised. Shower you could have a party. Ledges on all the the tubs. Great size condo. Great set up and lots to do in campus and around town. ONLY downside: cleaning showed up at 0945 and we needed to be out at 10a. No knock, no doorbell, nothing. A lot surprised.

Not enough space to describe all, but the main ones: - lack of personel in resort(nobody any time) - lack of communication- there was no info that there is nobody in reception, no instructions how to get to appartment - resort very old, renovation is required in all areas, - location in front of ocean means high humidity appartment , so carpet or curtains could be removed completely or replaced by water resistant materials - dark appartments (little natural light even during sunny day) - price - extremely absurd in relation to all above… General impresion from resort was negative. I think that’s enough…

• Vanessa (10/5): - It was a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom condo! There were 2 separate bathrooms which was perfect so we weren’t fighting over one bathroom for the 6 of us! There was a fully equipped kitchen that we used to prepare our meals. It was a very big room!

The room with board games, books, puzzles, ping pong, pool table is only open 9-5 ...... You're in the pool or at the beach all day and then want to play games but it closes at 5..... • Natasha (6/5): Room wonderful. Management not so wonderful. - The overall cleanliness and room itself was wonderful. But upon arrival I was given someone else's room key. We had came in for the weekend and was leaving out on a cruise on Sunday. We had a really late check in so at 2am when I walked in the room and saw someone's shoes by the door... you can imagine how that felt! Plus the added thought what if the people in the room had actually woken up and there was confrontation. I called the number on the paper that was given with the instructions and the manager came to give me the correct room key. I went in the office the next day to ask about being accommodated for the inconvenience and the manager got smart with me and advised that she fixed the issue when she got out of bed and came up to the resort in the middle of the night. Like it was my fault one of the employees gave me the wrong key and put mine and the other people's lives in danger. She had no concern about that tho because she in fact did get out of bed and gave me a key. I feel the security of her guests was not important enough to her. She apologized for me getting the wrong key but didn't offer an explanation or any other incentive for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional.
• Tatyana (9/5): Wonderful stay - Large appartment with all amenities and with the ocean view is the best value. Should be provided extra bath and kitchen soaps. Vacuum cleaner doesn't work good. I tryed to vacuum the carpet and it just don't suck up the sand and dirt.
• Ian (8/5): Despite the negatives we quite enjoyed our stay and felt it was good value. - Location was central, property was right on the beach and the view from the balcony was pretty good to see the water. Walmart plaza and restaurants were very close (even within walking distance). The unit and rooms were spacious and well laid out. Parking was easy for access to room and communication with the staff was easy and responsive. The bath tub appeared to leak into the bedroom and the carpet was wet upon arrival. A huge industrial fan was left in the room to dry this which was not effective and not communicated to us before we arrived. The pool was not available due to replacement of the paving stones around it and the path to the beach was not available one day of 3 due to "the lock being broken by another guest". Also they have a very strict check out policy put in writing where they threaten to charge the guest $75 per hour for any check out later than their 10am check out time beginning at 10.01 am. This seems extremely strict and not very welcoming but may be effective for lingerers.

All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, helpful &accommodating. We’re already planning our next trip to Oceanique! Thank you for making our getaway so memorable 🙏🏼 We liked everything no complaints whatsoever.

• Ricki (10/5): I Discovered a Gem - Oceanique Resort - What a relaxing resort! It was a smaller resort than I have stayed in the past. I enjoyed the closeness of the beach and my daily walks on a nice and safe beach area. They have a nice pool area that I also enjoyed. I definitely hope to stay at Oceanique Resort again next year!

• Sharon (9/5): All in all, it was good and we would consider staying there again. - Great location for the beach. The pool area was nice and large to accommodate the crowd on windy beach days. The unit was clean and spacious. The grill was less than desirable. We cooked on it for 2 nights and just about burnt the meat or the flames kept going out. The elevator being out was a little inconvenient. My husband had difficulty climbing to the 3rd floor but we made it work.

We’ve stayed there twice in 2024 and plan to go back as often as possible ..the very slight downside is that the last time we were there the elevator was out of service for all but one day of our stay..I told myself I needed the exercise anyway to get through it ha! • William (5/5): I won’t return - Property and condo was clean. Pool and hot tub area was nice. Property is right on the beach. Elevator was broke. Person at reception desk was rude and would not give us towels when we asked . She told us to wash our dirty towels.

• Lori (9/5): We plan to return to Oceanique Resort! - Very friendly staff & excellent location of the facility; easy access to the beach & very clean good-sized pool. Condo/unit was clean, spacious & very accommodating with large balcony. Liked having a laundry room in the unit, too. Overall facility isn't too big but isn't too small either. Somewhat disappointed with the location of our condo/unit as it overlooked the pool which hindered our ocean view. It also lacked some privacy when we used the balcony as the pool area was very close. Also the bed (mattress) in the main bedroom was uncomfortable & caused a daily backache.
