The host Lorentzo, was really kind and help us a lot with information. We would definately book again. None.

• Tomáš (10/5): Great vacation, the owner also gave advice and tips for trips around the area - Accommodation easily accessible near a metro station, the apartment was excellently equipped, in a quiet area, with several restaurants nearby Italy, the country of wine, and there was no wine opener :-)
• Nea (10/5): Modern and comfortable stay - A modern apartment near metro, the host was very nice and friendly, he explained everything that we needed to know. Parking was private and safe and the whole building is very safe because theres cameras everywhere and its secured by fence.

• Jevgenij (10/5): Sehr gut! - Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine gute Schalldämmung. Die Lage ist sehr gut und dennoch relativ ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Apotheke, verschiedene Lokale sowie ein Kinderspielplatz. Auch die U-Bahn-Station ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der U-Bahn gelangt man in etwa 20 Minuten zum Domplatz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, erklärt alles ausführlich und geht auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste ein.

• Galya (8/5): Sehr freundlicher Service und saubere Unterkunft. - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, hatten einen Parkplatz vor Ort und U-Bahn Station ganz in der Nähe. Der Appartement war sauber und die Deko war schön. Der WLAN Empfang war wackelig und die Kaffeemaschine war unten im Erdgeschoss, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer.
• Julie Kruse (9/5): Super fint sted tæt på metro - Værten var meget venlig, informerende og imødekommende da vi ankom 😊 Super fin lejlighed. Størrelsen var perfekt til to personer. Lejligheden ligger tæt på metro, super fin adgang til centrum. M1 går direkte ind til Duomo og andre steder der er værd at besøge i Milano. Man skal vitterligt ned forenden af vejen. Dejligt med mulighed for at bilen kunne stå sikkert og låst inde ved lejligheden. Der er to fine altaner til, på hver side af lejligheden. Den ene ud til vejen den anden om til gården, hvor der er helt ro. Generelt et fint sted 👌 Vi kommer gerne igen, trods nedenstående. Vi sætter blot pris på ærlighed når vi selv læser anmeldelser. Desværre var sengene meget bløde, og sengen knirkede helt ekstremt bare man lagde sig i den. Rengøring var ok på de store flader, men ikke i hjørnerne, ovenpå skabene og fodlisterne. Badet bar præg af fugt i hjørnerne. På trods af dette, et rigtig fint sted.

• Renata (10/5): Lovely Stay in Milan - Lorenzo was very friendly, the room was super spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a nice and big bathroom with a bathtub. Our room had 2 beautiful balconies and we could even enjoy a meal outside. The hotel is located near public transportation - metro and bus stop - and has some nice grocery shops and supermarket around. We had a really nice pizza at the pizza place in the same street.

• Филип (10/5): Alfa Biccoca Aprtament is your place to stay in Milano - Clean, cozy, comfortable.The host Lorenzo is very kind and willing to help. The apartment is on 5 minutes from metro red line 1. There is a grocery store, a mall and many restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect!

It was quite well equipped. The member of staff who greeted us was very pleasant and very helpful. Not a very scenic setting and not very convenient for shops and restaurants. The toiletries and kettle were not originally available in the apartment but were sourced on request. Although we informed them of our arrival time the apartment wasn’t ready and we had to wait a while but did receive a bottle of wine as compensation.

• Dea (10/5): Amazing stay thanks to a great host! - Our host was absolutely amazing! He was very helpful and he made us feel very welcome and safe. The apartments are located in a nice neighborhood, the building is under surveillance and there are two doors that require keycards so unwanted visitors are off the limits. Police station is close which made us feel even safer. Metro and bus stations are on the edge of the block, 2 minute walk away. The apartment has 2 ACs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom is nice and spacious. The host included 2 bottles of water in the fridge.

The metro was not even 5 minutes away! A bigger grocery shopping store was also only a 15 min. walk (or less than 10 min. with the metro).
