Guest Reviews
- Janelise (7/5): Staff was very nice. Location awesome - Location Need more breakfast items. Remodeling Renovations was in the works
- Kiara (6/5): Overall it was a decent stay - Liked that it was near everything! The construction that was going on, on our floor.
- Vanuvito (4/5): -
- Sandra (9/5): -
- Rita (8/5): - Was charged a $65 deposit after messaging them a day prior to see if a deposit was needed and the answer was no.
- Francisco (4/5): -
- Victor (9/5): Enjoyed my stay - Good location and price
- Kim (9/5): -
- Trameika (1/5): I won’t be staying here ever again. - All amenities were closed during my stay. The property was dirty due to construction. My sink was stopped up and I let the front desk know the first day and it never got fixed. No room service until I called and asked for the room to be cleaned. Everything was terrible. Mold in drains. Everything.
- Ortega (9/5): Good - Good Nothing
- Wilfredo (10/5): Exelente - Si Todo bien

- Discover747288 (2/5): First visit to Houston and was the worst - Our room was full of ants. We were in room 334. Moved us to Room 332 and it has a loud hvac unit. We Got no sleep. Had to be at the airport at 5 a.m. Had to get up at 3 a.m. for this flight. Got no sleep and no one at the front desk ever answered our calls. I’ll take that back. They only answered the first time for the ants in the first room. This was the worst trip ever and my very first time in houston. The hotel lobby furniture has rips and tears. Not very appealing to the eyes if this is the first thing a guest sees.
- Patty (9/5): We were here because of proximity to hospital and this was a great and convenient place to stay. - Although this wasn't a new hotel it was very clean. We booked a suite and it was really roomy and included a desk, sofa and mini-kitchen. The beds were super comfortable! It seemed very well constructed because you couldn't hear other guests in next door rooms. We appreciated the water pressure in the shower also. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing
- oneshotkid (7/5): - The morning front desk guy was awesome and super chill the over all room was clean and the breakfast was super good👌 The floors in the elevators were extremely dirty the floor in my room 408 was also dirty both could use a really good carpet clean there was a few stains on my sheets and leftover hair and one of the towels as a person who manage vacation rentals I know things like this happens from time to time so I really didn't make a big deal about it but the carpet area in the elevators was a big deal because that's the first impression for the guests along with the front desk Team
- Connie (10/5): Very good - We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.
- Oscar (4/5): great but disappointing shower relax time - accomodations were excellent .... space and a/c amazing need new shower head with better flow....Moen is an outstanding one i have at home....also no maid service daily....i would pay extra had i been told it was every other day...
- Cierra (10/5): -
- FABIAN (8/5): - Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Initial check in did not go well because room was not ready. Staff found us another room that was ready to check in.
- Wilson (10/5): -
- Fabian (10/5): -
- Sara (6/5): - Dirtiest Home2 Suite I’ve ever stayed at. Rest room was dirty! Hair all over towels and shower. Also found hair on the bed. Breakfast staff was not friendly at all.
- rashad (10/5): -
- Jeffrey (8/5): Okay, firm beds limited breakfast - Good overall, beds were a little too firm. Breakfast was lacking with self service biscuit bar…would be better with a full breakfast
- Deepak (10/5): -
- victoriarG7786XW (10/5): Home 2 suite willow brook - had an amazing stay Destiny Martinez at the front desk was very kind respectful I give her a 5 star. the rooms where nice smelled very nice breakfast was delicious i will be back next year.
- daddyd137 (2/5): Pick something else, Mayne the HGI next door - So many problems with this stay. First I was given a room with a broken ac unit that was hot and about 100% humidity in the room. They downgraded and sent me to another room which guess what, was occupied with people in the room so I walked in on people. Back to the front desk for a 3rd time and they give me another room that was a double downgrade, from a king one bedroom suite to a basic room with 2 beds in it. There were several other issues that I won't mention here. I emailed the hotel GM and Assistant GM who promised to make it right and give me points equal to one nights stay and they never did. I followed up several times over the next couple weeks and they ghosted me. I ended up calling the lifetime diamond desk who awarded them immediately and fined the hotel. It's disappointing that they didn't keep their promise to make it right.
- Tawana (10/5): - One of my fav hotel stays
- Gabrielle (8/5): - While personally, not the biggest dealbreaker, I had several moments where room required maintenance and multiple instances of roaches. All in all, a pleasant experience due to kind staff and nice overall facility.
- Gloria (1/5): Horrible - Nothing The sofas were stained ! Smell ! Room dirty
Elevators
Smoke
Weed
- Tammye (10/5): Great experience - My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We will certainly stay again when visiting your area. Nothing
- Ashley (10/5): - needed to stay close to the area and It fit my needs
- Patrisha (10/5): - I loved the spaciousness of the room. A/C was a little loud but overall enjoyed our stay.
- unknown (10/5): - Love it! Clean room!! Comfortable bedding
- Brett (5/5): Just a blah visit - Staff was nice The couch felt like it was damp and nasty to sit on. When you came out of our room there was heat blasting at us in the hallway. The shower head had calcium buildup.
- Muresan (5/5): Passable -
- Valerie (8/5): - Stayed for a week in the 1 bedroom with my family (including a kindergartener). The space and layout were great, with nice natural light in the living area. Fitness room was in good shape, with treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike, and weights. There is a P.F. Chang's within walking distance, and this place is a bit quieter and nicer than some of the other suite type hotels nearby. My daughter loved the pool. Area seemed safe.
One caveat is that we came back the next week for just one night, booking directly through the hotel, and that room had quite a few broken things and a very loud AC. So not all rooms here are equally good.
- Madelyn (2/5): - I didn't like the customer service. The sanitation and the lack of hot water.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brenna (6/5): - The bathrooms have been mostly updated but the rooms need some TLC. The beds are very old and the I wouldn’t get near the couch. For some reason the curtains are electric, and broken… so we had parking lot lights beaming in our room.
Room was spacious and had a nice work space and kitchen.
- Thomas (4/5): - Good location, but it is very run down and needs a lot of updating.
Will not stay there again.
- Carlos (4/5): - I re quested a double bed room , and the hotel called and told me that you had overbooked them and they only had a room with a king bed and a sofa.
One member of my family woke up sore for sleeping in the sofa.
Who's fault was it I don't know.
I won't book that hotel again.
- Kristopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jakeshia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tuck (6/5): Would not recommend to others - Convenient Dirty floor
- Chiara (10/5): - It was awesome the staff was so kind and my puppy even enjoyed his stay
- Nairobys (10/5): - Staff were super friendly, helpful and it was clean. Will definitely recommend to anyone!
- LaToya (10/5): - Everything was great
- Patricia (8/5): - I liked all the amenities and overall cleanliness, but at the same time the sofa in my room had dirty spots on it and there were spots on the run between the beds. Although the bedspeads were both white in color, they didn't match. The cleaning crew didn't restock the shampoo. The lobby has great flow, but the couch needs refiburished as it's wore down to the foam. Due to the above mentioned, i couldn't give a score of a ten, but enjoyed all the amenities!
- Abraham Rais (8/5): - It has everything for a 2 nitestay
- Ruben (2/5): - Had a prepaid reservation. Hotel gave my reservation to another party. When I arrived near 11 pm they said they had secure a reservation at another hotel. However it was only one queen bed and a sofa bed I’m traveling with 4 adults. Had to secure my own room at a third hotel.
- Nashelle (5/5): Passable - Good Have two roaches in my bathroom
- Anthony (6/5): - I liked that the property was close to restaurants. I did not like that there was a brown stain on the sheets that looked like old blood stain, that was really gross. Would not stay again.
- Kyle (4/5): - So a previous stay in home 2 suites (3/25/25) I was kept up all night due to someone on the 2nd floor (my room was ground level) was playing human bowling until it either stopped or I was so tired I just fell asleep. So that was my first experience, then for this stay (3/26-3/28) I noticed the hot water in the shower was warm but not hot…probably 90°F-100°F, which normally I would’ve just not said anything and gone about my day & I honestly thought maybe it was just due to the hotel being at capacity & it was late & maybe the hot water was run out due to the fact that there were a lot of people there. But when I woke up in the morning (3/27) it still wasn’t hot. So I mentioned it to the staff thru a text message that they sent me asking about my stay. To Shelby’s credit, she immediately rectified the situation by getting me another room for my last night. Which I was grateful for. However, when I got everything moved over & got back from getting dinner, I walked in to my air conditioning units blower motor making a terrible high pitched noise. I’m a Senior HVAC Technician/Engineer, so I thought about grabbing my tools & just fixing the issue, but didn’t. So overall, the people at both locations were very helpful & accommodating, but I wasn’t quite able to relax or get the rest I needed. I will be returning back to the area next wk & will need somewhere to stay & I like this style of hotel. But I’m unsure that it will be worth it for the cost of the hotel unfortunately. Thanks
- Roycesietta (6/5): Pleasant - It was okay An incident happened, wasn’t the cleanest
- Alex (8/5): Very good -
- Heather (8/5): - The room was not bad, but we had no hot water in the shower and the phone in the room didn’t work. We were so tired after a long work day we decided it was not worth addressing the situation issues. Oh and well before 10 the housekeeper knocked on our door to ask if we were checking out. This was on our checkout morning. Don’t they have a list?
- jean (10/5): Comfortable Place - Nice, spacious, and clean hotel . Staff are friendly . Breakfast is ok.
- Banks (10/5): Exceptional - The breakfast was overall good, with a lot of healthier choices than I expected. The location was close to the mall and restaurants which was great! Room was clean, spacious and the kitchenette was a plus. I wanted to stay longer! Great for a couple! Wish the breakfast had hash browns.
- Jakeshia (10/5): Exceptional - The location, the comfort, the price, availability. This location is great for a staycation. Please let me know if u have last minute deals... Nothing. We loved everything
- Lakesia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was wonderful.
- Maria (8/5): - No house keeping in 3 days
- Kahjitha (10/5): Great customer service, cleanliness, and great price. - Everything NA
- Jakeshia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oatavia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paula (10/5): - Nice stay for my family after a day of baseball.
- Graciela (10/5): - Staffers were very kind
- Darmita (6/5): - Yes, the staff were very nice building fairly clean however, there were cockroaches in the microwave and in the bathroom staff offered something off of the snack stand to accommodate us and the manager was supposed to meet with us and never did
- Carlos (8/5): Good hotel - Comfortable, clean and great service. My only gripe was the overly loud A/C unit in room 219, Made it hard to sleep.
- Ricardo (10/5): Great value, high quality stay - Bed, breakfast and location All good
- Asjia (6/5): It was ok. Maintenance can do a better job at upkeeps - The suite style room offered space and privacy between me and my children during our stay The knob to cut on the water for the bath tub was broken, the toilet had pee on the seat when we first got in the room
- sarah (6/5): They overbooked the king suite and gave us queens. - We booked a king suite, and when we got there they gave us a room of 2 doubles/queens. We didn't realize until we opened the door, so we came back downstairs, and they were like "Oh. Sorry. We're out of kings. They've been overbooking the kings lately."
That's definitely not a fitting excuse, but they not only weren't up front about it until we asked but the manager also tried to say "It's so strange, because it's usually our queens running out." -- As if this was any better. That's fine, we made due without causing a hubbub, because what's the point when clearly they were so blase about customer service. They were nice enough - just don't expect to get what you pay for.
- Lanora (1/5): Bad - It was a roach and the bell tub
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice short term stay with friendly staff and clean accomodations.
- Crystal (10/5): - Front desk staff very professional, I alway book here when staying in Houston!
- Sherry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marco (10/5): - Second time we stay at this hotel.. close to family house, perfect for us.. very confortable, clean and the even we stay during Christmas time the rate was considerably low considering is “high season”
- Julio (10/5): - Great services
- Yasuto (6/5): - Hotel is constructing now.
- Gumar. (10/5): Exceptional -
- Young (10/5): Exceptional -
- russell (6/5): - The ac in my room was noisy every time it kicked start , and the desk chair has had its days, please get a new one
- Alexis (7/5): Was A Pleasant Experience Overall. - There were plenty of towels! They also had body wash and lotion, plus a kitchen with everything except a stove. They also had plates and cups. The water pressure was excellent and the water was actually very hot. I was pleasantly surprised. Shower doors needed to be cleaned properly, spider webs were in corners of the ceiling. The couch needed to be replaced, and the office chair. I hate that people dirty things up and damage things as well, but when it becomes like that it’s time to replace it.
- Abrionne (9/5): I enjoy my stay had a good time - The location was nice The property had parking lot block and it rain so we park far and was soaked
- Avalos (9/5): Superb -
- Elvia (3/5): Poor - Location Run out of toilet paper and didn’t take out trash
- Polintan (10/5): comfy - the staff
- Roberto S. (10/5): - Nice area
- S6560ZImp (2/5): Break ins - Out first night here and we had our window broken into. Multiple of other cars windows broken into as well. Would not recommend. No cameras at the hotel, staff is non chalant when you tell them that you got broken into like if they don’t care and it’s a regular thing happening there. Cops are also a no go, never showed up.
- 360jaqueliner (4/5): Your trucks are not safe!! - Do not stay at this place!!!
Our entire team recently stayed at this hotel, and we had an awful experience regarding security. Over the course of our stay, three of our trucks were either broken into or had attempts made to steal them. It was incredibly frustrating and made us all feel unsafe. Despite informing the hotel staff, there was little done to address the issue or ensure that similar incidents wouldn’t happen again. We expected better security measures and support from the hotel, especially when staying as a large group. We won’t be returning here and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a safe for your vehicle!
- Alexis (10/5): Exceptional - I was so surprised arriving at this hotel. Me and my partner practically melted into the king sized bed. We had some of the best sleep we've had in a while and it was an easy seamless time. A wonderful stay indeed. no dislikes
- LaKeitha (4/5): - Shelby was extremely rude and I spoke with the manager at check out and he pretty much blew it off...
- Jessica (10/5): - Very nice hotel. Will use this again in other cities if available
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional - I like everything, nice bed, was clean, breakfast was good
- Michael (10/5): Confortable Stay - It was a great place to stay, very conveniently close to various restaurants to eat.
- Mike (7/5): Good - good value free parking room unfortunately not fully cleaned.
- 1993cv (4/5): Hotel needs to make some updates. - This hotel needs some serious updates. The pull out sofa has really bad stains on it and is torn. The bathroom has some rust stains in the sink and tub area. The bed skirt was not changed/ washed. It has a nasty stain on it. The office chair also has stains on it. I understand things get dirty but if you see some OBVIOUS stains I think you should replace it. The lobby area looked clean and the girl who checked us in was friendly. I took photos as prof of what we saw. Luckily we were only staying one night and I always bring cleaning supplies so was able to clean the room .
- patricksN3162QL (2/5): Never again ... - Whew, this was a rough one. We stayed there as part of a room block and it was a disaster. Our group had issues with bugs, blood stains, mold, extremely noisy air conditioners and we were warned of vehicle break-ins in the adjacent parking lot. Not a good experience, will never ever stay there again.
- Audreu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paradise45232952139 (2/5): Bedbugs! - First I have to say the staff was very nice, but our stay was awful. My family stayed here for a night because we had a tournament to attend the next day. When we got to the room, it smelled like pee, and the carpet was sticky like there was a lot of cleaning residue left behind. Then, I go to make the pull out bed and find out the couch cushion is wet, it turns out to be pee. I'm assuming from an animal since they are allowed here. I take it down to the front so they can clean it.
Since we were only staying one night I just let it go. But then after all my kids are sleeping, I'm laying in bed with my baby, and see a bug crawling on the pillow, just to realize it was a tick/ or a bedbug... I move my child and check the bed. The bed was infested with them!! We end up moving all the kids to a new room in the middle of the night, it was a nightmare and disgusting. The next day I talk with management, they can't refund me because I went through a 3rd party... so they give me hotel points.... which end up not even being enough for one night at the hotel.... needless to say, I won't ever be going back here.
