El lugar es hermoso para compartir con la familia, súper tranquilo y seguro, las cabañas familiares son muy confortables, y muy limpias. las instalaciones muy bien conservadas. Vale la pena regresar. • Padilla (8/5): Vivencia en la naturaleza - El lugar es muy bonito para descansar, es amplio y cómodo. Las habitaciones estaban un poco sucias , se podría mejorar las instalaciones.
• Alvaro (6/5): Recomiendo ir desde jueves ya que los productos se les acaba fin de semana. Reabastecen miércoles - Lo mejor: la ubicación, las instalaciones externas, la piscina y el entorno de la hostería y del lugar. Los dueños tienen una joya en bruto, pero ..... no la cuidan lo suficiente. La hostería tiene poco mantenimiento y renovación. Da la impresión de que le están sacando el máximo provecho posible en el corto plazo sin invertir nada ni dar importancia al cliente ni al futuro. La comida estuvo bien, pero muy pocas cosas de la carta estaban disponibles debido a que su propietario vive en otra ciudad y no abastece a tiempo los productos para un adecuado funcionamiento integral de la Hostería.

• Stewart (6/5): Nice pool and nature but in need of refurbishment. - Nice nature and it was really good for the dog. The pool was good and nice and clean. It's in need of lots of repair, the place is showing its age. The breakfast wasn't ready until 8.30 and you had to ask for coffee before this. No botellones to fill up bottles with water. The restaurant didn't have many options which is disappointing as you have to get a canoe to elsewhere to eat.

• Powell (10/5): Exceptional - Very cool experience crossing the river to get there. A very authentic Amazon experience and the staff was amazing. I forgot my cards at my prior lodging and they helped me out in a huge emergency. Can't say thank you enough to them and want to give this place the best recommendation possible.

• René (8/5): Recommended (outside weekends) - Staff super welcoming !!! Easy access with canoe across the river. Beautiful setting high above the river. Exotic birds in the trees - and lodgeowned forrest just outside the door. Weekends attract many people to the beach at the other side of the river and creates noise from screaming and loud music even at late evenings. The manager Andy is super friendly and helpsom !!

• Grace (7/5): Nice, relaxing break in nature. - It's a great location - across the river from town so nice and quiet at night, you can just hear the jungle insects/frogs. Loved the very chill 2 dogs and cat on the property :) The rooms were nice and very clean (we stayed in one of the cabins). We did a tour with Edwin the boat operator down the river to see the caiman lagoon and then the tapir/monkey lagoon - he is really nice and was patient with our non-fluent Spanish. We also loved swimming in the pool and the river. We had issues paying - they couldn't charge through booking.com - they sent us a link to pay online but that required us to receive a security code by text from our Canadian bank - obviously tricky to receive when in another country. The one ATM in town did not work with our foreign bank cards either. Make sure you take enough cash with you to pay for everything. Also, although the grass/flower beds are well maintained, some areas of the grounds give off a bit of a vibe of an abandoned summer camp (especially the area around the pool and tennis court) - they could use some upkeep.
• Irina (8/5): Very good - It is a nice and clean lodge. We were only two people in the lodge for one night (plus hotel personnel - 1 and the dog). It was nice but very unusual. Internet works only in the lobby. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The lodge needs more funding. The entertainment place (above the lobby) needs work. The pool table was in the wrong spot and covered with dust and spiders net. This place was not attended by anyone by sometimes, it was very dusty. The dog is very nice but need to be washed and fed.

• Peter (9/5): Enjoy a beautiful jungle lodge with an amazing staff! - Amazing location, sunsets, and an amazing staff . . . Wonderful place to get away from everything! nothing!
• Manuel (5/5): Enjoyed the city and view but hotel was dated and - View from location You hade to pay 50 cents per person everytime to cross river to hotel. Hotel did not have dedicated canoe to cross for guests. Bathroom was dated, game room was run down, pool was not clean.
• Alexander (9/5): Superb - Very nice place with a good swimming pool. We had a nice bungalow and made a nice trip into the jungle and tubbing. Breakfast was good with an ice view over the river. It was quiet on the premises and you can see they had/have a hard time during covid. We had a great time and personal is very friendly and helpfull.
