The pool was well heated and the sofa was a pool of comfy cushions. When I turned on the TV it said "welome" then my name. The bathroom consists of two towwels and four face towels, plus, there are free towels by the pool. This was a really good experience for me, I will most definitely come again

The hotel is lovely with alot of kids entertainment which my son loved it, the food is fantastic, and the breakfast staff are very attentive and friendly. ❤️❤️

Admittedly the location is not ideal if you’re looking to explore on foot, but I was here for work, so that wasn’t an issue. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the reception staff, restaurant to the chauffeurs. All were extremely professional and personable. Nice pool in the centre and gym facility kept me content during downtime. Good in the buffet was of a very good standard. Problem is there was too much temptation. This led me to opt for the Italian and American option most nights. Lamb chops were first class. Would definitely return if in the area again for business.

- 334maksimb (10/5): Superb - I am settled in Alreema hotel for two weeks quarantine. It is a great hotel with perfect service and staff attitude. Whatever you might need at any given time they are more than welcome to provide. Take the phone hit zero and in no time you’ll hear the knock on the door. Great! Things like coffee, laundry, you name it they will get it. Top class respond and support. Even though the hotel looks like goverment facility (joke) from the outside, inside its like a paradise and they’ve managed to create that microclimate of secure and worm environment. You’re gonna enjoy all the time here. Food is delicious, all in time, their catering could manage different cuisines including European, and again, it tastes wonderful. TV and internet, you’ll enjoy watching and surfing. Bed provides good level of comfort, you touch it ... and you’re gone! Bathroom is clean and fancy. I’m here for fourteen days “locked up” but in great comfort, no doubt about that. I would highly recommend this resort for those who looking for a place to stay in Jubayl or even KSA East cost.

- Botheration (10/5): Perfect for a solo female traveler - I stayed at Alreem hotel for a night on a business trip to Jubail. I loved the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel though secluded is highly secured. There are two check points to get into the hotel. The lobby is very spacious and the staff were very friendly. The room was miserably furnished and had all necessary amenities except for a hair dryer (if there was one, I wasn’t able to locate it). I had a full board reservation complete with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch were buffeted while dinner was a la carte. All dishes tried were delicious. I highly recommend the hotel.
- 672trevorh (6/5): Good Security! Staff very welcoming - Hotels in Saudi are always something of a challenge. Alreem is surrounded by a security wall, which gives something of a depressing effect. It is not recommended , nor is it pleasant, to walk from here. There is the one restaurant. However, the staff make up for the confinement with an excellent welcome and service. The pool is rarely used. Within the walls there is a pleasant walk around the periphery.
- jayD2016245875 (10/5): Smart hotel and friendly staff - Stayed here for 5 weeks on a work trip, I had a great stay. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Safety is on point with 2 safety gates to get in the place. Would definitely stay again if I was here again for work. There’s not much outside of the hotel as your in an industrial city but they’re are shops and malls nearby for amenities and the hotel has its own taxi service with a driver that will wait whilst you shop. Barber’s was also very good and shops next door for your essentials. All in all a really good comfy stay. Oh and the food is spot on also. Wether it be from the buffet or in the two restaurants. The chucks burger was probably one of the best burgers I’ve had anywhere. Thumbs up 👍

I felt entirely safe throughout our visit and the owner Tamer was on hand throughout to ensure we were well looked after. I couldn't recommend this place more if you are visiting Saudi for work or family. Thank you team. Chris
- dwake (10/5): Hidden Gem - I travel...a lot. Advised by client to stay here, an awesome tip. Very attentive staff, very accommodating in every way, a great recruitment strategy. Great facilities such as a well equipped gym and lengthy pool for those wanting to stay on top of their fitness. Food very good and of adequate portions - try the grilled lamb chops. Place is spotless, rooms very roomy and nicely equipped such as the large TV and copious amounts of TV channels available. Wi-fi for those wanting to keep connected easy to connect, and of very good speed. This will be my accommodation of choice on my next visit.
- PJG55 (8/5): Great Staff and Facilities - As other reviewers have noted, this is an excellent choice in the Al Jubail area. It is a very modern hotel within a compound that has great security. Rooms are well appointed with plenty of closet space and a small refrigerator is convenient. The bed is very comfortable and there is no outside noise or from other rooms. The room is very clean and the staff does a great job of freshening the room each day. The restaurants in the hotel are very nice and have a reasonable selection of western style food choices. The breakfast is buffet style with many choices plus omelets to order. The lunch and dinner restaurants share the same kitchen and menu and are spacious and clean. Staff are very courteous and friendly and strive to provide great service. They do get distracted on occasion and you have to remind them of your drink order (no alcohol). Overall I'd recommend this hotel, especially for extended stays.

- babyboy7 (10/5): Business Stay - I stayed at the Alreem for four months from December 2017 through March 2018. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very modern, comfortable, with lots of space, and very clean. My room was on the third floor overlooking the entrance to the compound. I had a huge balcony with my own table and chairs. The room has two huge TV's, a couch, a chair and a desk. Vey well equipped. As I said I stayed here for four months, so I ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel almost every day. The breakfast buffet at Elements is fantastic. Fresh fruit, nice selection of hot dishes, pastries and made to order omelets. Elements is only open for breakfast. whether you eat in the Italian restaurant Tutto Bello, or at the hamburger place Chuck's, doesn't really matter because you can order off of either menu. I probably ate everything off of both menus. The pizzas are delicious, the steaks may have been the best steak in Jubail. Prices are reasonably and everything is freshly made. The salmon is excellent, the tomato soup is without a doubt the best I ever had. What really makes the Alreem work is the staff. I can't say enough about these guys. From Security, to the front desk, to housekeeping, they are great. But, the restaurant staff is remarkable. They are top notch. They all learn your name quickly, they are attentive, extremely personable, just a great group of guys. My only negative about AlReem is you are away from everything. You can't just walk out the front and go to a store. Well you can, but it would be a long walk. The trade off is you definitely feel safe and secure. I highly recommend AlReem for a few nights, or long term. Really enjoyed my stay.

Not the max rating because I could bot figure out how to find the tv programming. ;) Loved this hotel and all its facilities!
- K1276TCpaulh (8/5): Good hotel - I stayed at Alreem in March. I was impressed by the atmosphere, which was friendly and attentive. Any problems were immediately fixed. The hotel accommodation is aimed at the international business community. Room quality was of good quality and nicely decorated. Good quality bed and air conditioning effective but a bit noisy, if on when sleeping. The hotel has a number of good dining locations, Formal breakfast/dining area, cafe restaurant and informal American style coffee/eating place. Breakfast was always good and more than I needed, with regular coffee/ tea refills. The lunch/dinners were very good but sometimes if you ate dinner at the cafe upstairs you might wait if it was crowded downstairs. Furniture was of good quality and relatively new. There is a small reading area and quiet zone. The conference room was excellent with modern AV features. The location is effectively remote from any communities, as it is a gated hotel and apartment complex. The gated security is top end with double check points and controlled access. You need a car to go to or leave the complex and the surrounding area is undeveloped with no houses or buildings nearby. There is a small shop in the compound providing for daily items and food items. If you are in the area for an extended time then this hotel is definitely worth checking out.
- wanderingteddy (8/5): Great place for gathering - We often come here for group breakfast or dinner. It has a nice ambiance, clean facility, polite staff and great variety of food to choose from. They even have cinema where you can choose a movie from their list. One should booked prior to visit.
- 716wolfgango (8/5): Nice and safe hotel in remote location - I was first time in Alreem. Immediately obvious are the safety measures (two inlet check points with security guards). Inside the outer wall it is a nice arrangement of houses/appartments with the hotel in central position. The rooms are modern, nice and clean. The employess are very friendly and service is excellent. Breakfast is above average (limited sortiment of bread and sausages) but ok. The restaurant at lobby level is excellent. The fitness center is nicely equipped with all required machines and gym options (aslthough a bit crowded sometimes). Some minor trade-offs are: missing hair dryer (in my room), no coffee on the room (while tea and hot water boiler is available) and the pretty noisy air conditioning Is it a recommendation ? A clear and unlimited "yes" Can it compete with e.g. Interconti: in some areas it is even better (rooms, sevice, restaurant, money for value) while breakfast and fitness room could be improved. The location unfortunately can't be changed and if you want to go somewhere you need a car.
