Aimee (3/5): No pool. No communication. Gross, dirty dishes. - The breakfast is amazing. There is plenty of space. The pool was closed and I didn't get notified. The entire reason we went was for the pool. My son had 2 friends sleep over at the hotel with us for pizza and swimming. We have goggles, and matching floats ready and were excited to swim. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and had food stuck to them. I expected the dishes to be in the cupboard and clean. It was pretty gross having to hand wash someone else's stuck-on-food plates!

Dana (8/5): Hard beds and nasty breakfast - Cleanliness. Big suited Bed was very hard. Half of the dishes were missing in the suite. Breakfast was horrible. Out of bagels, no eggs, everything was paper plates, bowels, plastic silverware, only juice and apple juice,. For the money I paid it was definitely not worth for the Breakfast. Housekeeping staff were not friendly.

slarson127 (4/5): Probably good for Augusta but bad for me - There is no housekeeping service. Rugs are dirty. I was a guest for 4 days and never saw a housekeeper. I asked for service but none appeared. Trash and wet towels built up in the corner of the room. Hotel is newly renovated, very pleasant. Enjoyed my stay but had get toilet paper at the lobby desk along with a few fresh towels. Never stay here again.

Limpieza y desayuno mejorable. - La habitacion era muy amplia y comoda, el personal de recepcion de hotel excelente , nos han ayudado en todo y mas . Para una celebracion familiar nos ofrecieron un comedor privado . la limpieza era regular , porque segun quien limpiaba se lo hacia a medias , 1 dia no limpiaron suelo por ej y estaba sucio , el bater se limpiaron 1 vez al 5to dia de nuestra estancia de 6 dias . El desayuno era muy escaso . No se si es normal segun el sitio donde estamos, yo comparo con los hoteles europeos , era mi primera experiencia en este estado y sitio.
Todd (10/5): Great stay! - These rooms are some of the cleanest rooms ive stayed in. The staff was amazing and made our stay stress free. Only thing I didn't like was there wasnt really any gluten-free options for the breakfast. So we'll probably skip that next time.

Ashlee (9/5): Overall great. - It was clean and the staff were kind I did not have any cash on me and there was no other way to obtain coins to use the washer and dryer.
Wysocki (5/5): Not sure if we will be back to this location - It was nicely decorated and spacious rooms The cleanliness. There was mold spots in the shower, the duvet was covering a dirty comforter it was covered in the yellowing brown stains, there was dirty pots left under the cabinet literally still had pasta stuck in it, and we didn’t even cook.. not to mention when I was standing in the kitchenette area making some tea as I went to take a step the floor literally started peeling off and sticking to the bottom of my bare feet. You could literally see the outline of my foot on the floor as I peeled whatever was on the floor off my feet. (Pictures attached) The pool was freezing and so was the pool room the pool was definitely not heated which would be fine if they had kept the pool room at a decent temperature not the same as rest of the hotel.

lycarica (10/5): Social hour on Wednesdays 5-6:30pm - We had a good experience at this hotel. Check-in was smooth, and the lady at the reception was friendly and informative. Our room was clean, and we really appreciated the kitchenette — it came stocked with basic utensils, pots, pans suitable for 2 people. However, if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, it’s best to bring your own supplies since the selection is limited (for instance, only small spoons were provided, no deep bowls for soup). The kitchenette also included a large fridge with freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and complimentary coffee. In the lobby, there was a coffee station available 24/7. Bonus is every Wednesdays 5-6:30pm, the hotel hosts a social hour. During our stay, they served broccoli and cheese soup with garden salad. There was ice vending machines on every floor, plus a gym, swimming pool, and coin-operated guest laundry. The front desk could exchange bills for coins, and they even provided complimentary Tide detergent upon request. The bed was comfortable and the room felt spacious. The hallway featured a floral-patterned carpet, which gave the place bit of character. I believe breakfast was served 6:30-9:30am, and included oatmeal, a waffle station, scrambled eggs, and omelets — overall, a nice way to start the day.

martin (3/5): disappointing, over priced at £250 a night. would i stay there again.......100% NO - the reception area was good. the staff were pleasant. the pool was clean and tidy. breakfast was good the bedroom was TIRED. there was damaged furniture, microwave was dirty, carpet was frayed, lampshades and curtains stained, ice bucket mouldy, no shower gel. very poor for what i had hoped would be a great hotel to end our holiday.

Mikaela K (2/5): - During the early morning hours, roughly 2 am to 6 am, there is no cold water available!!!! There is hot, hot water when you turn shower handle to either the cold or hot!!! I'm talking so hot you can't even stand under it!!! The desk clerk finally let me go down to the first floor, basically under the room I was already in on the second floor, and again, the water was so freaking hot, you couldn't use the shower!! Also, the water in the bathroom sink, kitchen sink and toilet were very, very warm!!
Maribeth (4/5): - They were not able to find our reservation made through Expedia. We had no sheets for the fold out bed, not enough towels or coffee. Our reservation was made for 4 people in the suite, but it was set up for 2-3 people. Front desk couldn't help us with these issues right away due to low staffing.

Virginia E (6/5): - I discovered that zoom was not working on the Wi-Fi even though I had signed in as a Hilton honors member. An error message came up that either there was a firewall or insufficient signal I believe. So I went down to the front desk and was told that there was a little slip of paper in the Envelope with my key card that gave the phone number of someone to call for help with this. Needless to say, it shouldn’t be the responsibility of the customer to solve this problem. Another staff explained that they had no one to help. They pointed out that the router was in the ceiling, just in front of the front desk And that you could get signal there. Well, I was going to have a private Zoom session with a patient. I am a mental health therapist so needless to say I wasn’t going to conduct it from the lobby of the hotel. I guess it is a sign of the times that there isn’t either sufficient Wi-Fi or staff to manage these issues.
LORETO (10/5): - Great hotel & comfortable rooms. Evening front desk clerk was always super helpful and attentive Al thought the last day we encounter and issue with the front desk clerk, and older gentlemen. We have requested something the night before. We were told it won’t be a problem. I even see how they took note of it for the morning shift and in the morning they said no and totally dismiss the fact that other staff had said yes. It was not a big or crazy request so that kind of ruined our last day.

Sonica (2/5): - My room was extremely dirty. There was empty wrappers around the corners of the room, behind the couch and kitchen. The lamp had trash in it, as well as very dusty. The bill out sofa bed was badly stained and rip. Also there was a foul ordor in the room that wouldn't leave even after trying to air it out. The shower had no body wash and when i requested from guest services it took them over a hour to come. After 30 minutes of waiting i drove about 7 minutes to Target to buy some. I would never ever stay there again.

Voyager490259 (8/5): - This hotel is new and the facilities are nice. The rooms are large and bright, the lobby area is clean and spacious. We especially appreciated the breakfast staff keeping things organized and clean. However, there were a few things we experienced that are of concern. The shower curtain in our room had a stain at head level that was either a blood stain or worse. the conditioner & shower gel bottles were completely empty. we asked the front desk for refills in the morning, but no one came. During one of the days that had no housekeeping, we requested clean towels. They were brought in while we were gone, but they didn't take the dirty towels that we put on the floor. They ran out many items at breakfast the second day, even when there's a full hour left, including oatmeal. Overall, this hotel was nice, staff were friendly. We just wished Hilton brands can continue their attention to details.

Erik (9/5): Just shy of excellent...the bed was hard. - I loved the location of the hotel And the great breakfasts provided were an added bonus. If I had to give a negative review about anything it would be the bed. My bed at home is soft. Opposite of the hotel bed. Bed

Thomas (8/5): - Room was spacious. Breakfast was nice. The gym was fairly adequate. I wished they had more up to date equipment. I didn’t try the pool so I don’t know. Staff was professional. I liked that they had a social event on Wednesday night with free alcohol, very nice gesture.

joeboo16 (8/5): Good hotel - Room was spacious, clean as well as the kitchen. Breakfast was solid. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed on 1st floor and backed up to the highway. Trucks are loud. lol. Air conditioning drown out the sound. Would stay there again but in a different room.

It's clear that his team has a strong leader who leads by example, creating a positive and efficient environment. The entire staff reflects his leadership, and it really shows in the level of service provided.

JimWeeder (10/5): Will use again - Wonderful staff, we added an extra day and the front desk clerk did it without comlaint, she even went out of her way to make it that we stayed in the same room. Then I asked for my Hilton honors account number and she did this also. The breakfast was good, plenty of choices.
Diana (8/5): - The room was very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen was very convenient. The breakfast was really good. The only issues were the sink in the bathroom did not have hot water and the TV could only be seen from the dining table. It would have been better if the TV was on a swivel stand so I could watch from the very nice sofa.

kevinjN5200IN (10/5): Excellent! - Love it here. We have been here twice already, and it is our favorite place to stay. The rooms are so comfortable, and well equipped (kitchen, etc). This place is so much nicer than older basic motels in the area. Excellent breakfast buffet!!

Norwood (10/5): One of the best in Augusta - I grew up in the area, so when I return home this is the #1 hotel I choose for my family when I'm visiting relatives. I personally think it's one of the best hotels in the area. My son calls it his home every time we drive past it.
