- stevefK7688GM (6/5): Overall Resort Medium Quality - Upon arrival at the property, we noticed the resort looks dated and was in need of upgrades as far as overall look. It looks run down and needs to be cleaned up. Check in is on the 19th floor and parking doesnt look secure. Our bedding had blood from prior occupants, so not sure the bedding was washed. We will not stay here again!
- tedison2 (6/5): Margaritaville is showing signs of wear - We have been staying here for four years in a row for cruising the coast. When you first enter the lobby, it’s is very nice and clean. We were on the 12th floor. When walking down the halls, I noticed the carpet was stained. Every door had marks on them. First impression of the room was nice and clean. Then noticed stains on three of the towels. The bed was very lumpy. You could only sleep in the middle of the bed because of the way it was worn. Baseboards were dirty. Floors in the bathroom were dirty. We were sadly disappointed with this stay.

- Wade L (6/5): - I checked in 20 minutes before 4 o’clock and was charged $25, ridiculous right? The room I reserved was a king suite, I was expecting a small kitchen or a couch to sit on to watch tv, but no. It was only a king bed with a bunk bed and mini fridge.

Im sure it is due to people acting like the lose and give it to another person. But why not take a pic of who the bracelet belongs too. There has to be a better system than threatening people of the cost to replace it. The knob in the fridge is broken…. Should be reported by housekeeping. Also the breakfast needs to be available during the week at the cafe or have a continental free one. We had to leave to go find food. Food and service was delicious for dinner at the cafe. We did not try the pizza place.

- Amanda (4/5): Unimpressed - The staff failed to inform us at check in that the power had been off to the building, when my young daughter got in tub, she sat in dirty yellow water, when we called to complain the maintence informed us that they were aware of the issue and did not know why we were not informed. My daugther has bad ecezma and senstive skin and she did develop a break out. The front desk appolized and refunded 19$ wow not impressed. When we took my daughter to aracade the things she wanted to do most opened hour after posted time

- Dyamond (6/5): - After reading all of the other reviews I would have to say that my experience was the same ! I wouldn’t want to come back. My child enjoyed himself so I guess that’s all that matter. Check in took a while but that’s to be expected. I ended up seeing a bug crawl super fast under my pillow. I couldn’t tell if it was a bed bug or roach. I expressed my concern and the manager had a weird look on his face but ended up giving me another room which was upgraded. I was grateful. I was so paranoid from the last room that I didn’t sleep well . The rooms could use a better cleaning. The food was disgusting as well. Everything is expensive but to be honest I always spend a great amount so I’m not complaining. Overall I rate my experience a 2 and that’s only because they accommodated me.

I got a balcony and wished they put us in front of paradise view or city view not a parking lot one. :( Paradise only open on weekends which I’m not aware, that’s the only downside. We came here for a night because of the paradise but didn’t experience. No free breakfast.
- STEPHANIE (8/5): Perfect Short Getaway - My daughter and I spent the night at Margaritaville in honor of a career promotion. I loved everything about the hotel except for the sink in our room did not function properly. The water would not drain.
- Ashlee (6/5): Mediocre - It was ok. Pool area was great. The restaurants are good. Coffee shop has awful coffee. The cocktails across the board leave a lot to be desired. Arcade was great, but extremely expensive and prizes were lackluster. The couch bed was terrible. Kids had a good time, so that is what matters most.

- 798calir (10/5): Margaritaville- loving - I had never stayed somewhere like this before. The buildings smell like coconut and are very clean. The keys are bracelets which are so handy if you have your hands full. My husband loved being able to watch the sunrise from our balcony. We had our toddler with us and the waterpark was her place. She went down the splash pad slide like 100 times. We went to the arcade and duck-pin bowled and played a few games but that wasn't really our scene. Nothing wrong with it. It just wasn't for us. We had a Cheeseburger in Paradise and it was amazing. Since we went during the week, the boardwalk wasn't open but the ferris wheel was pretty at night. It is by no means a cheap place to stay and play but if you're only doing it once, it's worth it.

- Debrina (6/5): Our review. - The hotel is beautiful. The 12th floor smelled like wet carpet that was closed up for a long time. The hall way was warm. This was our room. There were dogs on this floor too. The dogs were barking last night We were given a shared large balcony Dogs were on the balcony too). The 11th floor was fresh, good smell, cold and clean. Lobby smelled fresh. Ice machine was broken. No microwave in room- surprising for a resort. Late check out $59 more. Pool area nice. Front desk staff was very pleasant on the phone.

- lanette (10/5): Always a great time! - Our group is a regular at Margaritaville for a few reasons, those being we can park on arrival and never have to leave the site. Everything is onsite, coffee shop restaurants huge gameroom, pool/slides/and lazy river and much more. The Staff is great in all areas!

I just hate that things were setup for weekend stay and so we didnt get to do things there at the resort as we stayed on Friday to do Paradise Pier and said opened at 11am and it wasnt and then seenopened at 4pm and it wasnt. Enjoyed the waterpark and it was great! The bartender at margaritaville was great! The pizza place we wnt to eat and they were open for another 30-45 mins but was told as soon as we sat down No pizza dough which was upsetting as a pizza place with no dough. Overall it was a nice place and our room was great for our little family getaway! Thanks for the nice stay!

- Kristen (10/5): - We loved our weekend getaway at Margaritraville Resort Biloxi. It’s perfect for a family, the only issue we really had were the elevators. Not enough to service how tall the building is. Other than that, our kids loved the rooftop waterpark and arcade.
- Ami (10/5): - They overbooked our room so we were upgraded to a great suite that was HUGE! Fantastic bar and friendly staff make this a resort to visit again. It is walking distance to Golden Nugget and next to pleasure pier for family fan. We will be back!

- Patrick (6/5): Ok visit. - For the most part it was pretty clean. Place was Empty with minimal staff due to time of season. Our Fitted sheet had a 6” hole in it and it DID NOT cover the mattress as it kept coming apart and wrapping our feet up as we slept. The towels smelled fresh but had blast stains on them and The air condition sounded like a leer jet every time it started up and the 24 hour music on the “patio” made it difficult to rest at bed time. If quiet hours start at 10:00pm for hotel guests then why is there music playing 24/7 ? The staff that was there were friendly and accommodating and the coffee shop on the 10th floor was pretty amazing.
