А когда приехала мне сказали вы забронировали маленькую студию и если хотите виллу, нужно доплатить. Я им показала что на букинге только ОДИН вариант – вилла. Которую я забронировала и за которую заплатила. Они отмахивались и сказали что это не их вина. Я целый час потратила на выяснение этой ситуации. И возврат они отказались делать. Вообщем, хотела отдохнуть и позагорать у бассейна, а получила сплошной стресс. Решила остаться, так как возврат делать отказывались и я была очень уставшая. Атмосфера ночью жуткая. Куча статуэток с лицами, будто со всех сторон за тобой следят. В общем у меня была бессонница из-за них. Мебель пыльная. На балконе джакузи то включается то выключается, плохо работает. Интерьер – привет из 2000-х. Больше я туда не вернусь.

• Naïm (10/5): Séjour de rêve ! - La villa était magnifique avec sa piscine et son jacuzzi privatifs. L’accueil était également parfait malgré notre arrivée tardive. Rien à dire sur la propreté et les équipements de la villa. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! En bonus, la salle de sport est vraiment très bien équipée, à seulement 2min à pieds de la villa et ouverte 24h/24.

The host was friendly and welcoming when I arrived he also came by at check out to make sure everything was good. This place was 1000/10. I plan on staying here every time I visit Bali

Private pool was fantastic, and the kitchen facilities, dining and living room area made it a home away from home. location very central , just off a main street full of cafes and shops, but the villa was very quiet and peaceful. I tried to extend my stay but it was booked out.

• Carla (9/5): Absolutly perfect 👌 - Prime location, easy walking distance to everything (almost don’t need a bike if you aren’t planning to go far), bars, restaurants, shops, salons and most importantly the beach! Beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable interior, huge walk-in closet, super comfy bed and lounge area, nice bathroom amenities which I really appreciated, fully equipped kitchen to entertain if you wish. Pool area was my favourite!! Surprisingly quiet since it’s quite close to the busy streets. I had only one very stormy weather day and it was so nice to just chill in bed and watch netflix on the HUGE tv! There is another HUGE tv in the lounge. Was good to watch sports on too! Staff members were incredibly friendly too they are one of the main reasons I highly recommend this place and why I would go back!

• mitchell (10/5): Fabulous and exceeded all my expectations - This Villa is one of the nicest i have stayed in during my multiple trips to Bali. It was the little touches like Australian power plugs, Walk in wardrobe and multiple large smart TVs that provided a home away from home. Great for having a relax after a long day of shopping or just when you want a break from the hustle and bustle. Easy and convenient to walk to shops or simple cross the road to a circle K for supplies. I will certainly be staying again.

Hotel next door could see us outside in the pool - see us naked in the shower - see us use the toilet. The pool was cold and little to no sun during the day. Didn’t have hot water for 2 days. Location was poor access and unknown to drivers.

Great restaurants, cafe etc nearby, a short walk down small quiet alley to Seminyak main street, easy 3 min walk. Booking advert shows private pool, studio has a tub but no pool, a bit misleading in its advertising. Difficult for drivers to get to property, one way road but locals use as shortcut so can become stuck.

Staff were very apologetic about the demolition work next door - Very handy to seminyak Unfortunately a water tower was being demolished next so for most of the stay were surrounded by the noise of jackhammers from 9 to 5. Not within the villas control though.

Very modern and clean, and within easy walking distance of everything. We had a couple of maintenance issues. Whilst it would have been better not to have had them, they were handled quickly and without any fuss. Overall, would strongly recommend staying here.

It’s spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly well thought-out — everything you could possibly need for a comfortable life is right here. From the fully equipped kitchen to the large terrace, private pool, luxurious sofa, and two Smart TVs, every detail feels carefully considered. The bed was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace in the peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The location is also great — all the necessary infrastructure is nearby, but you still feel like you’re in your own private retreat. Honestly, we could imagine living here. The only small downside was the fireworks — someone nearby seemed to celebrate every night — but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything felt elegant, relaxing, and just a bit luxurious. Highly recommended — we would definitely love to come back!

Villa was always clean when we came back no matter what time we came back, and all the items were stocked up daily. Really good location close to shops. Laundry, Convenience store, massage and money exchange just a few steps away. The pool and spa entirely were private. There are no buildings around that have view so this adds more privacy. The bathroom being outdoor without complete privacy was a bit awkward. Especially when one Person wants to shower and the other person wants to go to the toilet, can’t really go at same time. There should be some covering on the floor between shower and bathroom as there is a slipping hazard. Also the tile in the pool step that was broken needs to be fixed. Other than that everything was great.

• Adam (10/5): One charming relaxing stay in Seminyak - My wife and I stayed in this villa for almost 3 weeks. It was simply wonderful and relaxing. The villa is modern spacious and comfortable 1Br, 1 living space (with a huge TV) and a well equipped kitchenette. A private pool for those hot days to just chillax and enjoy our home made cocktails 😜 🍸 🍺 Location is central close to everything. There is even a C K minimart 2 steps away. Not to forget the modern Gym attached. The staff are amazing 😁😁😁..very courteous and accommodating. Daily cleaning and change of towels/linens. Just to b***ch a bit: critters again..I know when in Bali there are always these uninvited guests, namely geckos.. but spread enough naphthalene..and problem solved. One design setback related to bathroom: it is in the open 🤭..but you get used to it.
