- John (9/5): Comfortable hotel in quiet area. - A comfortable usual hotel room, spacious, clean, comfortable bed and a good shower/bathroom and storage space. Very quiet hotel and area at night. Added bonus there is a seven eleven shop on ground floor to acquire drinks and breakfast if not eating at hotel. A few local restaurants/food halls within walking distance. Friendly security men on front door aided by a cat named Milo. Hotel is not in the historic or waterfront area and a long walk to them but Grab taxi into town very cheap.

Room was well maintained, lots of natural light no noise from outside, room is very well lit and spacious. There is 711 store on the ground level, very handy. Also a pharmacy just in case you need any medication. Location is convenient for what we needed done during our visit to George Town MYR 50 for laundry

- Chandra Sekaran (9/5): Value for money. - The location is good. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean. Parking provided was OK. The counter staffs were very friendly and responsive. Overall I am satisfied with the stay . I hope they continue to maintain it as it is. There were some noisy occupants or may be from outside ..Middle of the night distraction on the sleep.

- Farah Nadiah (6/5): - just the location. Despite the name, this place feels more like a 3-star serviced apartment rather than a hotel. Cleanliness was just average—I noticed strands of hair on the carpet. Basic amenities such as an iron and ironing board weren’t available in the room; you had to request them, and they were only loaned out for a limited time. The most disappointing part was the service. I received a call from the receptionist (an Indian lady) at 8AM just to ask about the iron, and the way she spoke came across as quite rude and lacking basic courtesy.

- Xiao (6/5): - This hotel meets most expectations for a budget hotel -- the room is clean and quiet. The staffs did their jobs. The breakfast is not fancy but have something basic. The location is ok -- not many food choices around. But it is close to a major hospital. So, I guess many guests are either patients from other places or patients' families who need to be close to their loved ones. One major problem of my room was the window leakage. After a night of heavy rain, a puddle of water had formed under the window, making our shoes wet.

- Jeremy (8/5): - Location was pefect as we were driving in Penang; ample parking, including basement which was well-lit and secure. Room was clean upon arrival and water pressure was excellent. Room view facing the main street was also very nice. No noise or disruptions at all. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Additionally, the centralised air conditioning was rather mild - it was cold enough throughout the night, but only enough to cool the room during the day. It would have been nicer if the air conditioning was not centralised and/or cooler.

I stayed for 3 nights and a regular customers 2. Our car was bloced by a Van at the entrance coming out of the hotel while checking out. ( Apparently the Van hs no driver inside & look like unloading their stuffs to the pharmacy shop ...they just parked their van beside the shop lot... without consideration of the guests coming out or going into the hotel parking area ( our car cannot come out as the lane is so narrow... quite upset )
