- Kelsey93 (7/5): It was a wonderful stay for our get away - We had breakfast at the restaurant connected to the motel and it was quick well priced and delicious Because they had rooms to choose from the staff were great about letting us choose our room I also really appreciated the creamer for coffee in the room Pillows took some getting used to but we're not uncomfortable

- Nils (7/5): Very bad receptionist - Clean Receptionist was an ass. He didn't accept us to say that we arrived in 40 minutes to meet, he wanted us to call 15 minutes before arriving so while driving in the dark without the best signal. After 14-15 minutes driving he called again because we were not here (we were 300m from the motel, clearly seing the sign). I didn't felt like a client, nor respected while I was on time. The receptionist said he was in a hurry for a baseball match, which is not an excuse to be impatient with a client on time that already accepted his stupid terms.

- Susan (10/5): - We stayed in a 2 queen room in the 'newer' building (attached to the office). The room was lovely, clean and new. It had a decent size mini fridge and microwave, and each unit has a outdoor sitting area for 2 wicker chairs, a table with an ashtray (smoking outdoors only). I could hear people in other rooms, so the walls are a little thin, but I was very surprised at how clean, fresh and new the room was. However - our friends stayed in a single queen room in the old section. I didn't see the room, but they said it was awful. Be sure to request a room in the new section! There is an attached restaurant - we didn't try it, but was open early for breakfast. For a small town - this hotel was GREAT!

- Sankalp (10/5): - What can I say about the Inn which, in today’s times, provides every basic amenity which bigger and costlier hotels do not provide. From a bottle of water to toothbrush & toothpaste to actual milk for coffee everything was provided. This was such a refreshing experience to have every usable thing at your disposal. And they have EV chargers available (mind blown). The person overseeing the operation of the Inn was also cordial and polite. Overall an amazing experience and I give this Inn 10/10 for amenities. Book it and you wont be disappointed.

- Peter (10/5): - Leelas Villa Inn was a perfect spot for a weekend stay for my Bruce Trail - Beaver Valley - End to End hike. Clean, newly renovated and quiet (especially if you have a room at the back).

Bathroom was clean, bed and furniture were new, good amenities came with the room, like bottles of water in the fridge, toothpaste and toothbrush Our room faced the septic , buried but still septic. Hounds at the back could need some landscape

You can tell the owners/management take pride in their property! So many wonderful little touches made it a perfect stay!! Will definitely be back!!

Cleanliness was so-so: the floor was somewhat dirty and had some hairs, the bed cover was stained and the sheets didn’t seem clean. There was also an ant poison "box" in the bedroom, and we found dead bugs next to it in the morning... not great.

We were not informed that it was complimentary Bathroom shower needs a safety bar for less young visitors. Toilets are too low for challenged visitors. Pillows are all foam and that is not comfortable for everyone . A fan in the bathroom should be standard

In the refrigerator there was water and actual 10% cream. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Free wifi as well. We will choose this place when in the area. 40 minutes to Collingwood and much more affordable. Comfy chairs for outside sitting. We had zero issues. VERY GOOD!

Manager unaware, or not wanting to admit there is an issue. I told him he should have charged the previous people an extra $250 to do a deep clean on Room 107.

- Jennifer (8/5): Clean, affordable no-nonsense accommodations near the Bruce Trail. Friendly staff too! - Convenient location for hiking the Bruce Trail near Flesherton. Friendly staff. Great price. Simple accommodation for a long hot shower and a good night's sleep. Adjoining restaurant not open for dinner but very handy for a great breakfast before hiking. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for affordable, no nonsense accommodation in the area. We couldn't get the heater to come on in the room. Late April, it wasn't really cold outside, but we wanted to take the chill out of the air before bed. (We were already in our PJs, so didn't bother to seek help with it). Didn't matter in the end, we found the spare blankets in the room and turned out that's all we needed for a comfortable night.

Loved the restaurant - very generous servings but the small pancakes tastier than the large. The location was excellent for me as I was visiting relatives in the area. The room looked smart but the bedding fell apart as soon as I climbed into bed and I had to get up and completely remake the bed.

Restaurant next door for breakfast. The fan from the heater was loud and ran most of the night due to the cold weather outside.

Felt bad for the two children that had to shovel the entire parking lot after the heavy snow fall, especially as our vehicle still got stuck in it several times. Owner should be looking for a snow blower or a plow for the parking lot.
- Drew (8/5): - When I reported that a different guest was in his truck, smoking marijuana, who got stuck in the driveway and blocked me in the driveway, my comments were brushed aside. The staff also did not refill the drinking water and left us without drinking water. The motel itself was fine, nothing exceptional. With staff who listen more and work a little harder to satisfy their guests, the motel would do very well. It's in a nice place, geographically. However, unploughed parking lots, marijuana smoking pickup truck drivers, and empty drinking water bottles left a lot to be desired.
