• amitpaulchowdhury (4/5): Not a hotel if you wish to relax and not for family - “A slam bang thank u mam types hotel ” The best part of the hotel is its location , probably that’s the reason it survives . You have plethora of options for food and with 7/11 just bang opposite the hotel owner boastfully orders the guest get the basic provision like soap from there . The beach is just less than 200mts and walking street is actually a stone throw . That’s all the positives you could think of . As a guest with prepaid booking a polite request for an early check in was rudely ordered to cancel as rooms were not available . That shows the approach of the hotel owner a lady in her mid 50s towards her customer . May be my polite reply to counter her rudeness was persuasive enough to accommodate me in a corner room with a window which was even smaller than an fire exit but yes that was the room for my stay for a day . The rooms are tiny may be a big fat family like mine wouldn’t have fit although it was with 2 single beds . That could be all as a restaurant which is just about 2mts adjancent suddenly starts the tandoori oven and the thud will just wake u up from your noon siesta . So think about it in case you planned for a rest to keep you awake for a good night out in walking street 😊. Oh yes unlike the owner who would throw off her attitude a little girl at the reception who said was the niece to the arrogant lady was pretty sweet and was rubbed often for being naive and gentle to the customers . Overall I just took this as I had to check out right at 3.30 in the next morning , otherwise as a customer you wish to have a delight . Cheers

Staff got annoyed if I stayed in my room for more that 16 hours, becuase it used electricity. bedding was not changed daily. towels and toilets rolls were not given on occasions. T.V. locked out to all English speaking channels and subtiles locked. bluetooth on T.V. locked all done to encourage guests to vacate the rooms to save electric. Breakfast not included as stated. 300 baht deposit and only 200 Baht given back. Night receptionist rarely at his post, so no access to room key. Staff day and night were rude and unwelcoming. Swimming pool was a joke, about 12 foot length and 3 foot width, big enough for 1 person. If I hadn't already paid for a month in advance, I would haved vacated this hotel after the first night. Hated it and wont make the same mistake again. Never stay here.

• 586sais (8/5): Budget, Good location, Basic rooms - The room is quite OK at this cheap price in a prime location. The beach is just across the road and Walking street is at a walking distance, around 8 minutes. 7-11 is just opposite the hotel. There is a safe and a fridge inside the room but I didnt use it as just a one night stay. The amenity is not much, just a soap bar and a couple of drinking water but why should we expect more at this price !!!! Close to the shopping mall and chill out walking on the beach at night.
• crescenzo (2/5): They should call this place the construction hotel - Not good at all our driver dropped us off and we arrived to a huge construction site. The entire downstairs under construction the pool full of dust and dirt because of the construction there was no television working. We were not happy. If you like the sound of saws and drills running all day and dirt and dust everywhere extension cords to step over to get to the elevator this is the place for you. We didn't stay on our way out they said if you want some place nice go to a 5-star hotel. Just what I wanted some smart-ass comment as I had to take all my bags and get in a cab after my driver drop me off where I was supposed to be. Not too happy with hotels.com either for the difficulty level of getting a hold of anybody help center does not work. Can't make a phone call because I'm in a foreign country.

• Saz8877 (10/5): Great location, friendly staff, looks wonderful after renovation - Really appreciate the care they provide. The hotel is literally next to the beach with unbeatable prices. Alot of reviews seem to scare me off initially, but did not regret booking. One down thing is it is under renovation but should be done soon and should look much better than ever!! Will definitely come back!!

• 800dash (8/5): The beach is across the street - The location is so good! It is like right across the street from the beach, a McDonalds and a Starbucks. It is also a short 8 min walk to walking street where all the bars and clubs and everything is. The rooms are a good size and pretty average. Everything but the wall was clean. I believe there was like a dead bug on the wall and it looked like it had been there for a long time. The front desk staff is really nice and I loved their breakfast.
• mnjit007 (8/5): Clean budget hotel with rude night staff - It is a budget hotel just a mint walk away from the beach. 7 eleven is opposite to the hotel and the street is filled with food shops, stalls, bars and massage parlours. Though the street is buzzing with activity, we did not find it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious enough for two and every extra guest is charged 300 Baht extra everytime. The rooms are clean with clean attached bathrooms. The rooms have fully functional ac and fridge. They serve English breakfast which is complementary with the rooms taken. You get clean towels, sheets and a bottle of water for each guest. The hotel also has a pool which is clean. The behaviour of the morning staff is very polite and helpful while that of the night staff is somewhat rude. The cleaning team does a fantastic job of keeping the hotel and the rooms very clean. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to people on a budget and looking for great location. The actual price per night is 750 baht for standard room and 1000 for delux.

• tongtongpsc (8/5): Great value. My third(?) Stay here - I keep coming back to this place when I'm on a short vacation in Pattaya. It's about 15 minutes away from the Pier/Walking Street. There's also malls within walking distance and a lot of restaurants. The staffs were very accommodating and their newly renovated room looks great and they also have a smart TV with Netflix.

Staff us oleasant, laundry is fast and inexpensive, breakfast is basic, but starts the day right. Convenient to Walking Street (5 minute walk or take Baht bus for 10 baht). Nirvana Spa is next door for a terrific massage (ask for Mint).
• 232samuelh (8/5): A very sunny time we had on the beach less than 350 ft from our hotel!! - This hotel just upgraded by installing an elevator and adding several new rooms due to construction. My wife and I had selected a room on the fifth floor and everything was brand in these newly complet rooms. The weatherman chipped in with great weather, the staff could not have been any more helpful as they went out of their way to see that every detail was made better. The breakfast was very good and was given with a large smile. I have seen the other Reviews as to pass this hotel by, due to the elevator upgrade, but it is complete and well worth this upgrade due to the location. One of my reasons for selecting this hotel was the location, It is on top of everything in Pattaya City, along with very filling breakfast all at a price that is great on the pocked book. Yes we were happy with our stay at the Sureena Hotel

• LIMPBML (6/5): Great budget hotel - Its been around many years hotel is old and competion is hard from many simmular hotels. Renevation is in progress elevator and rooms 1 bye one repairs. Breakfast is wherry basic but do its whorks in few houers. Location is great staf is great and rooms are clean. Rather slow aircon good whifi and not much wharm whater in shower.

Friendly staff and good location but this is really really impossible to rest while they use hammers and heavy dril right inside this small building.

I expected a room with a balcony as advertised but was given a room with a window with a view of a back wall of a building. The room had a broken TV, so I asked to change room. The second room given had a broken air-conditioner, so I had to change room again! However, none of the staff apologised for this!The male receptionist and the old lady were rude and arrogant. They needed to learn how to treat customers better no matter who they are and where they are from.

• 986jakkiw (4/5): Very near the beach, right in the middle of everything - We arrived in Pattaya late at night and booked in here. The night manager is a bit weird. The daytime staff are friendly. The rooms do not have any windows, but do have aircon and a fridge. Certainly not a 5 star accommodation, but it was ok for a night

Сам район шумноват, рядом массажки и бары, но в номере тихо. Как таковой парковки у отеля нет, но приткнуть мотобайк можно. Отель фактически в самом сердце Паттайи, все в шаговой доступности: Волкин стрит, бары, массажки, Централ фестиваль и прочее. До моря 50 метров, но на бичке не купаются, до пирса Бали Хай , чтобы уплат на остров Кооан около километра.

• Short timers (4/5): Cheap but you get what you pay for - The hotel was situated on a soi with lots of massage girls and small gogo bars. The room was large but cleanliness was a concern and the strong odor made the room barely stay able. We ended up using the room more for storage and just couldn't stay there because of the horrible smell in the room.
• Md_Himel (6/5): Budget hotel with great location - Though it is an old fashioned hotel but it has an excellent location and offers u very cheap rate. it just 1 min walking distance from the beach and 4-5 min from the walking street. individual rooms with attached bath and other accessories. Rooms are clean and front desk persons are well behaved. you can taste street foods in a very cheap rate just front of the hotels. Few problems no window, narrow stairs, no english channels on TV etc. but though it is a nice hotel for solo or budget travelers.

• X5663OQjoew (10/5): Helpful staff made up for weaknesses - Sureena Hotel feels more like a quality one star hotel than a three star. There is currently construction, so perhaps it will improve in the future. I had a great stay, and the attention and kindness of the staff made up for all the weaknesses and warnings I'm about to describe. None of these things should dissuade you from staying here, as long as you know to expect them. No elevator, so the rooms on higher floors can be a chore to get to. The neighborhood is typically colorful for Pattaya. The blankets on the beds seemed to be jumbo-sized towels. Worked fine. No bottled water or shampoo. No biggie. Breakfast was unexpectedly fine.

• leo 49 jaar (8/5): Het is wat gedateerd hotel maar wel schoon - In eerste instantie dacht ik toen ik in mijn hotel kwam het is wel wat oud en gedateerd maar dat is eigenlijk niet zo belangrijk. Het is er netjes en schoon zorg wel dat je een kamer met raam of balkon heb anders is het erg benauwd ik had gelukkig een balkon. Elke dag woord je kamer schoon gemaakt. Er is geen zwembad bij maar 100 meter verder op het winkelcentrum Maiks is een mooi zwembad op het dak waar je lekker kan zwemmen. Je zit op 50 meter van het strand. Ik heb het er goed naar mijn zin gehad maar het ontbijt is heel simpel een ei twee geroosterde boterhammen en elke dag zelfde jam en koffie of thee. Verder vriendelijke mensen en personeel en nacht portier.

Aircon is very effective. Stayed for 6 nights with great comfort and hospitality. House keeping team is spot on with cleaning. Laundry on time. Nice place. Will stay again.

• Lester1999 (8/5): A terrific small Hotel in a great location - Good sized rooms, cleaned every day with clean bedding and the beds were very comfortable, also the staff were very nice and helpful. Fabulous location, only 25 mtrs from the beach, has a restaurant and a laundry and is opposite to a 7/11. Has free WIFI and TV but only Thai channels available. All in all a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay there again because for the low price this is a bargain.
• J5335ISandyt (6/5): Small Hotel with very good location and best price for economic travellers - - very good location : near the beach, McDonald, Pizza Hut, 7 eleven mart is opposite to hotel. Spa, bars, restaurants are around hotel. close to the Walking Street 7mins by walk. - Room & room service : room is acceptable with low price, but no lift here ( i used to stay here on the 4th floor ), small breakfast including (just sandwich, egg, jam, banana and tea or coffee) - Facility : everything here look old ,maybe this hotel is too old already.
• Benjamin (10/5): perfect stay - friendly staff, clean good rooms, good service, wifi and breakfast with coffee!! :-)
• Sornluck (10/5): Close to the beach, nice complimentary breakfast - The hotel provides a really warm feeling when you step in. Its not like other accommodations in its class where the place is pretty lifeless. This place gives you the warm feeling that you can actually stay here and feel like home during a longterm or short term stay. Feel bad that I was able to stay here just short term.
• สุปรียา (10/5): สะดวกสบาย ห้องสะอาด ไว้จะมาเที่ยวอีก - บรรยกาศเป็นกันเองเหมือนครอบครัว ทะเลไกล้มาก เซเว่นฝั่งตรงข้าม มีแม็คพิซซ่าครบห้างใหญ่ๆก็ไกล้ ราคาดีค่ะ
• Gerald (10/5): Center Hotel with a good price - Good price for a centralized location. Staffs are friendly and rooms are clean.
• Kulvinder Singh (2/5): Very bad experience never recommended - This is not recommendable hotel.It should be delegated from ur site.
