• Kristina (6/5): Kommer inte bo där igen även om utsikten var något extra så var inredningen, personalen & faciliteterna inte värt pr - Utsikten Inte värt pengarna för det man får. Frukosten var lite dålig där det inte fylldes på när något tog slut trots att det var nästan 2 timmar kvar på frukosten. Klibbigt på matborden & ingen som dukade av bord när någon gick, trots att det inte var fullt i matsalen.

• Utku (9/5): - I loved the hotel. We stayed in a sea view room and the view was amazing. The breakfast was good. The location is also good. If I come again, it will be my first choice. They offer the option of leaving our luggage at check-out. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed during the week, breakfast was included, and the price-to-value ratio was high.

• John (7/5): - Tæt på koncerthus. Restauranten var for tæt besat ved morgenmaden uanset der var fastlagt perioder gennem morgenen. Desuden var det vanskeligt at få noget valgfrit at spise efter koncerten, hvor restauranten også fortrinsvis var besøgt af unge ude fra byen til høj musik og tam tam. Mere diskofredag end spisested. Har ikke noget imod unge, men kunne også godt have lidt rigtig mad. Lige selvkørende nok ...

• Alessandro (5/5): Disappointing experience despite the view - The view from the room The photos do not accurately reflect the reality of the hotel. The property feels poorly maintained, both in the hallways and in the room. The carpets are old and stained, the furniture is scratched, and many of the fixtures and accessories look very worn. Cleanliness was also not exceptional. The room was very cold, and there was no option to control the temperature with a thermostat. When I went to reception to ask about it, I was told that the system was working silently and that I should wait for the temperature to stabilize. I was also told that if the issue continued, I could come back and they would provide a small mobile heater. For a hotel in 2026, and especially at this price point, that is simply not acceptable. As a result, I ended up getting sick. The shower temperature was also inconsistent. The water mixer did not work properly, so the water kept switching between very hot and cold. Check-in was another frustrating experience. I had to wait around 20 minutes, as there was no self check-in option and I had to queue at reception. Breakfast was quite limited and disappointing. There were only a few cold cuts, some vegetables and yogurts. The bacon was overcooked and left in a heated bowl, which made it soft rather than fresh. The waffle machines looked very old, blackened and rusty, and the waffles came out with burnt pieces in them. I also found it unusual that guests had to specify a breakfast time slot. I understand the need for planning, but this is the only hotel where I have experienced this. Overall, at €150 per night, the hotel is absolutely not worth it. Apart from the typical sea view, there is very little that justifies the price.

Kunne ikke få et værelse og personalet var helt uvillige til at hjælpe med at finde et andet hotel. Fik ikke mine penge tilbage. Argumentet var at jeg havde skrevet og udskudt ankomst til en forkert mailadresse, men det var den adresse jeg tidligere havde kommunikeret med hotellet på. Ringede flere gange til booking com, der heller ikke ville hjælpe. Synes i det hele taget jeg oplevede en elendig service.

• Harry (8/5): Verzorgd hotel en heerlijk ontbijt. - Nette schone kamers en heerlijk ontbijt! De restaurant was op de bovenste verdieping en gaf zicht op de haven en zee. De locatie is gelegen langs een zeer drukke weg en lastig met de auto te bereiken. Een garage is op loopafstand.

Près de la gare centrale, accès à pied très agréable en longeant le quai donc sans circulation. Réparation à faire au niveau du rideau pour occulter plus la lumière du jour!

Dørpumpe defekt til indgangsdøren (tung dør, gammel skade). Personale modtog mine observationer men intet blev gjort og vi fik desværre ingen information.

Ruime hoekkamer. Uitgebreid goed ontbijt. Het bed had beter gekund, wel groot maar erg laag en voor de prijs van de kamer beetje tegenvallend.

• Žarko (3/5): Razocaravajuci boravak - Samo pogled iz sobe i restorana u kome se sluzi dorucak. Nedovoljno zagrijana soba. Nedostatak prostora za odlaganje stvari. U sobi ne postoji nijedna fioka, nema nocnih stocica, koje su zamijenili stone lampe. Jedina ravna povrsina gdje mozete drzati stvari je jedan maleni sto. Svoju odjecu drzati u koferima, jer je nemate prakricno gdje poslioziti. Kupatilo nema svu kozmetiku koju treba da ima. U sobi, kao ni na recepciji ne mozete naci papuce za kretanje u sobi. Dorucak je bio prilicno los. Nedovoljan sadrzaj, hladna jela. Enterijer restorana u kome se sluzi dirucak poprilicno istrosen. Nema kafe aparata u restoranu. Za putnike koji zele zapoceti dan sa dobrom kafom, isto ne mozete naci bilo gdje u hotelu, jer hotel nema aperitiv bar. Generalno nemate osjecaj da ste uopste boravite u hotelu, a posebno ne u hotelu sa 4 zvezdice.

• Anicha (4/5): Meget larm fra gange, tom morgenmad men god beliggenhed - Lækker beliggenhed med god udsigt Da vi kom til morgenmad kl 9 var den helt tom. Ingen yoghurt, ingen dej til vafler, intet juice og der var intet personale, før 15 minutter inde i morgenmaden. Derudover står hotellet som “lydisoleret” men man kunne høre hver eneste samtale på gangene og hver gang en dør smækkede gav det er smæk i eget værelse
