Francis (9/5): - Can't beat the location. Safe and conveniently close to boutiques and cafes. The staff was helpful and nice. They have a great scent in the lobby that makes you want to hang out. I loved how there were no hallways, the elevator stopped at your specific room. Room is small for the price, it felt more like a pod than anything. However, it was laid out well.

Explorer20655923296 (10/5): Hidden gem in Le Marais - I almost always stay at a single chain of hotels when I travel - get the points and status, etc. for this trip I decided I wanted to stay in Le Marais and at a boutique. First the price point was great. Far more reasonable than lots of other spots. Second, the location is awesome. The street is vibrant but not noisy. Restaurants. Cafes. Art galleries. Third, the hotel itself is very small and charming. Funky art on the walls. The room I was in was set back off the street (only windows were to an internal courtyard) so zero noise. Room was small-ish but had a side table I could work from and more than enough closet space. The shower was fantastic rain shower with lots of pressure and hot water. The bathroom more than enough room with a wide sink. There was a great little bar inside which I didn’t use but seemed to be enjoyed by others. I’m told the breakfast is good but didn’t try it. Location incredible — I walked to 3 different nearby metro lines. Ubers everywhere around too. And of course walking distance to everywhere in Paris if you’re inspired. I’d absolutely stay here again for work or business.

Adrien (10/5): A great weekend well spend in Paris coming from Australia. This hotel has made me want to come back - Everything about my stay was top notch ! Staff are very helpful and available when I need their advice. The room was spacious enough compared to other rooms in Paris. The bed was comfortable and well air conditioned. The hotel is walking distance to everywhere. Facilities in the room was excellent and bonus for the mini chocolates provided. The bar outside is a gem and great cocktails. Hard to find something wrong. I regret that I am Not staying longer.
Desiree (10/5): Super fijne locatie in de Haut Marais, geweldig vriendelijk personeel. 100% mijn nieuwe favoriete adres in Parijs - Echt een geweldig hotel, de apart ontworpen knusse kamer met balkon en uitzicht op de binnenplaats was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is super rustig maar je staat wel meteen in de Haut Marais. Het straatje is geweldig met veel leuke boutiques en cafeetjes. De restaurant en ontbijtruimte was ook mooi ingericht met verschillende zitjes en een overkapt terras met schattige ‘kerstlampjes’ Iedereen van het personeel was super vriendelijk, bedankt voor een heel fijn verblijf. Ik kom zeker terug. Alles was geweldig !

De kamer die wij geboekt hadden was niet beschikbaar, hadden een grote kamer geboekt en kregen een mini kamertje. hadden geboekt met zicht op de tuin, maar het werd met zicht op de straat. Geen frigo op de kamer, geen waterkoker, de ramen konden niet geopend worden. en dat voor €450 per dag een pure schande

When my luggage didn’t arrive on time, the staff went above and beyond by assisting me with the delivery company and the airline until it was safely brought to my room.

The friendliest staff who were happy to help with anything we needed. And the room was larger than we expected! On an adorable and fairly quiet street in the Marais with great coffee, restaurants, galleries, and shops all around. Good access to many Metro lines via Arts et Métiers and Republique stations nearby.

Barbara (9/5): Camera fantastica, ma colazione altrove. - Camera piccola ma ben riscaldata, molto piacevole visto il freddo della città, e cosa molto rara a Parigi dove solitamente le camere d’albergo non vengono mai riscaldate a dovere. Staff gentilissimo, camera completa di tutti i comfort soprattutto nelle piccole cose. La colazione è incredibilmente scarsa, poca scelta e qualità mediocre. Una colazione identica la trovo in hotel 3 stelle o nei b&b. Inaccettabile in un 4 stelle. Non conviene acquistare la colazione in hotel, meglio una delle due ottime boulangerie a 10 metri dall’hotel.

Andrea (9/5): Schönes Refugium für ein Wochenende in Paris - Wunderbare Lage mitten in Le Marais, Anbindung an U-bahn, Bus, Geschäfte, Restaurants perfekt. Wir hatten eines der Dachzimmer, die einen sehr besonderen Charme haben mit kleinem Balkon zum Hinterhof. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist solide, als günstigere Variante gibt es ein kleines Frühstück.

The bar downstairs was convenient and offered good drinks, as well as some basic bar food. Front desk staff was friendly with one exception. Our only complaint was we could not turn on air conditioning and the room was extremely hot overnight.

The breakfast didn’t have another kind of except boiled egg. So, I think it didn’t worth to reserve it including the breakfast because we often went out to have our first meal of the day. Also, they don’t have a bidê/bidet.

However, the room seems a little smaller than expected, especially the space for luggage is very limited. Breakfast was good, but it was the same every day. Still, overall a good experience for cleanliness and comfortable bedding.

Hotellet tog bara 33 gäster. En egen siffra i hissen, vårt rumsnummer. Ett atrium på innergården för frukost o avkoppling. Toan var separat utan spegel eller handfat. Dusch o handfat i eget utrymme i andra sidan av rummet.

A.Chris.C. (9/5): Awesome hotel in the heart of Le Merais - Bed was super comfortable. It was comfortable for one or two travellers. Bathroom was also nice. Love the design, room was quiet. Love that it had air conditioning in the middle of summer. Staff was accommodating. Location was superb. Only one bottle of water in the room and cost 5 eur for another one. No tea or coffee in the room. no washlet or bidet in water closet.
Nicholas (10/5): - I feel super lucky to have picked this hotel. The rooms are nice - beds comfortable - rooms are a bit compact but not unexpected for the area. Hotel staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The real amazing aspect of this place is the location. There are some pretty amazing food options just a few doors down - including a fluffy Japanese pancake place, a vegan restaurant, and a bakery that had the most delicious chocolate ginger cookies. It’s also close to the metro and totally walkable to all the major attractions.
Nicholas (1/5): Sadly very disappointing spoiling my short holiday trip to Paris - I have stayed at J and J several times over the years - and have always chosen the hotel for its location price and people My room was the most expensive room as it was the only one left available in this August holiday period - my room smelt of drains and it didn’t go away - I was told by staff it was a toilet cleaning product - but it was a rancid smelly drain smell I had 2 other guests confirm before I complained - the staff on duty confirmed the bad smell but could t help - I could not move to another alternative room - it was suggested I leave the window open fully - but when I returned later in the evening the room was still just as stinky - I had to stay the night in the room - but the bad smell has made me feel v nauseous - I can’t wait to have an early exit big what an expensive bad experience

The shower was very modern and the AC worked great. Additionally, the staff was wonderful including the few different gentlemen we interacted with at the front desk. They helped us make a call to an airline since we couldn’t figure it out with our cell phone. Additionally, the hotel provided us a steamer which was very convenient for us clothes. Lastly, the area is great and very safe. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. We walked around late night without any trouble.

Don (10/5): Absolutely wonderful place in the Marais - The place is ideally located in the Marais. We could walk to everything. The staff were incredible and bent over backwards to help. The breakfast was lovely- really liked the soft boiled eggs option! The rooms though small were really comfortable! Because its the Marais, arranging for a car was quite an effort. If a gym is important to you, though, this isn't the place. They have an area to work-out in but no weights; just a treadmill, rowing machine, and wall apparatus. Beyond that, the hotel was everything I hoped it would be and more! The staff really were the best.
