- Paola (10/5): Excelente servicio y ubicación - Excelente trato del personal, muy amable y servicial. Mi vuelo se retrasó y llegué casi a medianoche, pero pude hacer check-in y el hotel respetó la reservación. El servicio de traslado aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto es muy conveniente y puntual. Aun cuando el hotel está cerca del Palacio de los Deportes y el Estadio GNP, las habitaciones son tranquilas y no se afecta el sonido. El desayuno incluido es práctico, pero me parece que le falta variedad; todos los días el menú es lo mismo. En las habitaciones me parece que falta un espacio donde colgar las toallas húmedas. Solo hay un lugar dentro de la regadera, pero es poco conveniente.

El traslado al aeropuerto era a horas en punto y se tardaba unos 20-30 min ir al aeropuerto, pasando por ambas terminales.

En la atención al cliente 10/10 solamente el precio, al reservar te hacen el cobro pero te retienen el dinero, y debes hacer otro pago exacto mientras que el primer pago te l o regresan 10 días después si no es que mas. Así que es importante ir preparado para estos imprevistos.

Gerne wieder 🫶 Das Zimmer war gut aber sehr dunkel, da auch die Einrichtung schwarz war. Beim Frühstück fanden wir nicht gut, dass alles separat in Plastik verpackt war, das ist nicht sehr nachhaltig und haben wir auch nicht verstanden.

- Piedra (10/5): Excelente. Todo muy bien. Sin duda volvería. - Íbamos al concierto de Shakira al GNP y el hotel estaba muy cerca, pudimos ir y venir caminando. Así que la ubicación para ese fin estuvo perfecta. Cerca del aeropuerto también. Un poco más alejado del centro pero en Uber te manejas perfecto. Instalaciones limpias, personal muy amable, desayuno buffet muy rico y variado. Cama cómoda, disponen de jabón líquido y shampoo en la ducha y jabón líquido y crema corporal en el lavamanos. En general la experiencia fue satisfactoria. No podría mencionar nada en particular que no me gustara. Sin embargo, el único detalle que me molestó en su momento fue que vía WhatsApp días previos pregunte varias veces si todo estaba en orden con la reserva y a pesar de que me preguntaban a nombre de quién estaba y yo les daba mi nombre y número de reserva nunca me respondían si estaba o no en orden. Pero bueno al final todo resultó excelente no tuve problema, quizá era nerviosismo mío por que era la primera reserva que hacía en booking.

- Olivia (8/5): Good breakfast, good gym, large room - Beds were very large, the room was big, there was a desk to work at. The AC Worked well. The gym has a great selection for a hotel gym, dumbells,, a row machine, etc. It had a water cooler and access to the rooftop area. The breakfast each morning had good selection and the breakfast staff were very helpful. The blackout blinds in the room work very well if you need to sleep during the day. Even though we booked for 4 people, there were only 3 towels provided. We had to ask the cleaning staff for more. The toilet and shower doors are glass and don't lock. I feel like the price was quite high for the room but it was EDC weekend so that's probably why. The hot tub was under maintenance while I stayed here.
