Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend heerlijk: uitgebreid, vers en divers, met zowel westerse gerechten als lokale specialiteiten. Manager Swara maakte het extra bijzonder door ons persoonlijk mee te nemen op een culinaire ontdekkingsreis langs alle smaken en gerechten. Het hele personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en warm in de omgang. Je voelde je echt welkom door de persoonlijke benadering van iedereen. Swara deed er alles aan om ons verblijf onvergetelijk te maken en verraste ons zelfs met VIP-tickets voor Surabaya Vaganza — een fantastische ervaring! De kamers waren ruim, netjes en brandschoon. Iedere dag werd alles perfect schoongemaakt en zorgvuldig aangevuld. Ook het zwembad was heerlijk: ruim, fris en prachtig omringd door groen. Ook daar werden we uitstekend verzorgd en geholpen met alles wat we nodig hadden. Kortom: een fantastisch verblijf met geweldige service, lieve mensen en oog voor detail. Wij komen hier met veel plezier terug!

I really enjoyed my time here, particularly during breakfast—it was a great way to start the day. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They even remembered our preferences and what to serve us, which made the experience feel very personal. A special thanks to the hotel manager for fixing the room door lock so quickly. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The lobby area was often crowded with too many cars, which caused congestion and made the space feel quite jammed at times

Good hotel atmosphere- family friendly. Huge room with great view and clean Not really cheap but worth it! We managed to get corner room - very quiet. Good service from all the staff - always greeting us. Special shout out to FRISKA at front desk who welcomed us warmly and recommended us to upgrade to a better view room with additional cost. We managed to see the city firework from our room with full glass windows. FRISKA also arrange a special surprise cake for us during our 37th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you! Special thanks to PUTRI too at front desk - she let us checked out at 3:00pm just nice for our flight out at 7:00pm. Also to DAUD at Lime Restaurant who is always cheerful and always chat with us during breakfast. Overall it was a great stay!

Overall, it was a highly enjoyable and memorable experience. The hotel stands out for its exceptional hospitality, among the best I have encountered during my time in Surabaya. The property is modern, well maintained, and consistently clean, with facilities and services operating smoothly throughout the stay. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the service team. The staff are not only warm and approachable but also attentive, respectful, and genuinely engaged in ensuring guest satisfaction. Special recognition goes to Valda, Al, Rico, Oreo, Jelita, and Limbang, along with many others, for their professionalism and dedication in making guests feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel’s location is another major advantage, situated directly next to Tunjungan Plaza, one of the city’s largest shopping malls. With an extensive selection of dining and retail options just steps away, convenience is unmatched. Within the hotel, Botanica Restaurant is also worth visiting for its quality offerings. Dining at the hotel further reinforced the strong hospitality experience. Over the course of the stay, I enjoyed four breakfasts and one dinner at Lime Restaurant, each visit marked by attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere that reflected the hotel’s service culture. In summary, Four Points by Sheraton Tunjungan delivers excellent value, outstanding service, and a prime location. It is a hotel I would confidently recommend and will certainly choose again on my next visit to Surabaya.

Especially for Friska in FO (she has been very helpful since last year i visited this hotel). Daud was also very helpful in the restaurant. Room is spacious and extremely clean. Location is very strategic.

All the amenities worked well, from the air conditioning and hot shower to the Wi-Fi. The staff was also friendly—always helpful when asked. The hotel grounds were quite quiet, perfect for resting after a long day. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, my stay here was quite enjoyable.

Excellent service throughout with warm greetings on arrival, personal greetings on room call and also very helpful staff throughout. Breakfast was outstanding with mix of local and international/continental buffet. Price is on the high side for 4Star hotel in Surabaya but the service felt like a 5 star hotel.

Truly a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

They didn’t just serve the meals with a smile, but even offered to prepare my food for takeaway. This level of hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Despite only stay for one night, again a warm sending off upon check out by Rangga, Agung and Hera. They dont see you as guest but more of family member. Definitely the Fourpoints standard.
