- yumiko (6/5): 価格と施設の高級感を考えれば満足です。 できればユニットバスのトイレの配置かサイズ、もしくはトイレットペーパーホルダーの位置を変更いただけるようご検討いただければリピートもありだと思っています。 - 朝食が美味しかった 喫煙室が１階にあるので喫煙者が同伴でも安心して宿泊できた 館内は高級感があり満足できた 部屋のＴＶでＹｏｕＴｕｂｅを見ることができたので子どもが満足していた 玄関にホテル名が出てなかったので入るときに不安だった 部屋のトイレは狭く、トイレットペーパーの位置が後ろすぎて便座から下りないとペーパーを取り出すことができなくて不便だった 別室の物音が響いてくるので部屋で過ごすとドンドンという音を何度も感じてしまった 冷蔵庫をオンにしてもあまり冷えてくれなかった。

- tatsuya (8/5): 寝るだけの宿泊になってしまったのが残念、連泊したかった。 - 閑散期のせいか？ たった一泊の車椅子の私達夫婦には不釣り合いなほど立派な最上階の部屋が当てがわれて恐縮した。 よって寝室以外や不要備品は使用しなかった(ミーティングルームの様なリビングルームと2番目のトイレや全て3人分のベッドやアミニティー) 設備よし、サービス良し、朝食に満足できた。 特にないがあえていえば部屋が広過ぎて室内温度が場所によって寒かったり暑かったりでコントロールが難しかった。

- Ian (7/5): Good location with compact but comfortable rooms - Hotel is in the centre of Machida close to the station and shopping/restaurant areas. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Rooms are very compact as are most hotels in Japan

- Jonathan (5/5): Clearly showing its age - There was an Indian staff who could speak good English and he took the initiative to bring up an additional fan when we said it was too hot. The other staff were not able to converse in English. Hotel was also linked to Mina mall via the 2nd level walkway. Also walking distance (about 8 mins) to Machida Station Hotel was very old and clearly showing its age such as analog buttons in the room. Booked the corner double room and it was still small. No facilities to speak of.
- Carl (1/5): Good location but poor internet and communication - Location is good. We stayed at this hotel for over a week and had a decent time, however due to other commitments, we needed to cancel our booking for the following week. We were then charged a ‘no show’ fee despite the booking.com page showing ‘booking canceled for 2 adults, 1 child’. Trying to find a customer service e-mail address for booking.com is a nightmare, the website tells you to call the hotel. Instead of doing this, we travelled across Tokyo so we could show the hotel our cancelations face-to-face and their reply was contact booking.com. After lots of toing and froing, the hotel said they would contact booking.com and said booking.com would be in touch with us in 3 to 4 days to sort this out. Well, it’s now almost 2 weeks later and nothing. In future I’ll neither use this hotel nor use booking.com as I feel they have badly let us down. Customer service with Booking.com appears to be nonexistent. Why is there no longer a contact e-mail on their webpages? Not good!

- Pei-En (9/5): Great stay at a reasonable price for upscale staying. - Fantastic location slightly off the beaten path that makes it easy to travel to other popular locations in Japan. Comfortable rooms that allowed for ample space for solo travelers on a bit more of a premium budget. Particularly good for travelers looking for a home base that has plenty of shopping. Restaurant information could have been more accessible - I would have enjoyed more varied options. This hotel is not particularly foreigner friendly but you shouldn't have problems regardless. Not for people hunting for night life. Luxury amenities are somewhat lacking.
- CHRISTOPHER (9/5): Comfortable stay - The hotel is near Machida station. The rooms are comfortably spacious and clran. We could not checkout on time but we were not charged extra. No English speaking staff at the front desk.
