- Kate (10/5): Perfect, loved your stay here and we will always return. - Love the cottages. They have everything you need and set up beautifully. Location is great and you have places to eat very close. They are private and we love staying here when in town. Owners are very friendly and quick to respond, very professional.

- Charlotte (10/5): Comfy, great location, and would definitely come back again! - Really comfy cottage, well fitted out helping make it feel like home away from home. Loved the outdoor seating and tables by the river with a great fire pit to keep you warm as the weather starts to cool down. Easy and quick communication with the host. Really loved our stay!
- Raelene (9/5): Very happy, will stay again. - Stayed twice here now and will stay again. Perfect sized cottage for our family of 4. Has all the amenities we needed, 2 bathrooms and full sized kitchen so we could cook meals.
- Sonya (10/5): -
- Kristy (9/5): Fabulous stay with everything you could ever need., - Clean and had everything you could need for a great stay. So close to the mountains and a short drive to Mansfield. The outdoor creek area was stunning.! Another set of plates and bowls would have been handy.

- Jude (10/5): Amazing and wonderful. - Amazing location with all the comforts and facilities to enjoy the time with family.
Please keep up the great service and maintain the property well. We will be booking again and recommend it to all our friends. May consider to install a lock for the doors internally and the bathroom floor mopped.
- Lenny (10/5): We had a great stay and we really appreciate that we are allowed to leave our luggage in their garage till 4 pm on the d - It was clean and a nice cabin
- Adam (9/5): - It met every expectation we had and was perfectly located for what we had planned.
- Sue (10/5): A really relaxing stay in a lovely cottage that included everything we could ever need. - The location at Merrijig was great, particularly as the property had a lovely area set up for their guests on the Delatite river. The short drive from Mansfield was very worthwhile given the much lower rate we paid here than for properties there.
- Amanda (9/5): Cosy, family-friendly, very clean cottage in an amazing location. - Love the homely feel of the cottage and great location, fantastic, attentive service from the hosts. Wasn't private or secluded.
- Beate (9/5): - Toen wij binnen kwamen voelden wij ons gelijk thuis.
De ruime lichte kamers, die zeer smaakvol zijn ingericht. De keuken was voorzien van alle apparatuur kookbenodigdheden en servies. Weinig privacy op de veranda.

- Matthew (10/5): Picture Perfect. - Location, beautiful clean cottage, such a lovely back drop with the river running through the bottom of the yard. Picture perfect. Nothing, there was nothing to be negative about.

- Tracey (10/5): - The cottage was fantastic! Beautifully appointed. The hosts were very proactive had very thoughtful - lovely to have coffee and a range of teas left for our use. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area :) Nothing - it was all good :)
- Lisa (10/5): Fantastic. Highly recommend. - Spotlessly clean. Towels and bedding quality were gorgeous. Very comfortable bed. Nothing
- Lisa (10/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): - clean, modern yet cosy furnishings, spacious, both bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. walking distance to pub. well equipped home. right near the river. was nice to have a wine on the front deck listening to the river. it's a fairly quiet area as very small township. we used as a base for Mount buller which is only about 20 mins away mattress is harder than I would prefer
- Linda (9/5): - Great location 👌
- Jack (10/5): -
- May (10/5): -
- Giuliana (9/5): - I liked that it was easy to get to and find, it also had all modern appliances. The place had a homely feel to it. The pub was just across the road so we got something to eat that night. The stairs to the house were at the front, yet the door to the house was at the side. Its not to far to walk, but it would have made it more convenient if there were some stair near the entrance of the main door of the house.
- Grace (10/5): Exceptional - The whole cottage is bright, spotless, and well-kept. The beds are very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and even the baking tray is already lined with foil. In the garage, there are mountain bikes, a stroller, a washer and dryer; on the fridge there’s a speaker, and the TV comes with Netflix. The coffee table has tasteful photography books, and the house guide lists attractions more complete than what I found myself — it even includes info for vets and dentists. If you’re coming with a group, there are board games and playing cards in the TV cabinet.
The master bedroom has a shower, while the second bedroom has a bath. The toiletries smell wonderful. Just a one-minute walk from the cottage takes you to a creek, where there’s a BBQ and a circle of lounge chairs around a firepit. Having breakfast there in the morning with the sound of birds and running water is pure bliss 😌.
The location is excellent — only half an hour’s drive down from Mt Buller. Just 2 minutes away by car is the Merrijig Motor Inn, where you can rent ski gear. If you don’t want to drive, the bus stop is also there — just book your tickets in advance and take the bus up to Mt Buller. Across the road, the Hunter Hotel has good food, and there are also two wineries and two horse-riding places nearby. Staying here is much more comfortable and better value than staying up on the mountain!
If you’re visiting with kids, note that the Zoo feeding lions activity only runs on weekends, and winery restaurants also open only on weekends — so plan your timing well to make the most of it.
Brett was very helpful and responded promptly. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality — I would definitely comeback again next time!:) Nothing

We had dinner at the Hunt Club Hotel which is across the road and had perfectly cooked steaks. Nothing
- Penelope (10/5): Delightful new cottage with historic touches in decor, lovely to wake up and smell the fresh lavender - Beautiful new clean cottage, with a quaint Australian pub right over the road, stream running by and 15 minute drive to Watson’s Horse Riding Perhaps for when two adults are booked for 2 beds, it would be handy to place the two smaller beds together in the second room. However I will remember to add this to the initial booking request going forward also
- H&b (10/5): Relaxing great location - Great location. Everything we needed in unit to make our stay comfortable. Beautiful deco. River walking distance.
