- Hildegard (7/5): Standard Japanese hotel, but unfortunately with no vegetarian breakfast option! - Breakfast was included in the price. The breakfast box had to be picked up at reception and eaten in the room. There was no breakfast room and no breakfast buffet. There was also no breakfast box for vegetarians. According to the staff, it was not possible to organise a vegetarian option!

- Amanda (7/5): Conveniently located comfortable cheap hotel - Reasonable cost per night. Close to Kasai bus and train station. There is a convenience store very close to buy tea/coffee/milk and snacks for my room. There was a kettle, fridge and microwave which was very helpful. The provision of a hairdryer and mirrors was very useful. The staff of the hotel and shop were friendly & helpful but you will need Google Translate to make yourself understood. My small ensuite double bed room was very small so don't take more than one big suitcase but it was quiet, warm and the mattress very comfortable which was one thing I was worried about having had a hip replacement. There were plenty of clean fresh towels, soap, body wash and shampoo provided together with a bath sponge, hair brush, toothbrush, shaver and tissues and a comfortable night shirt. Plenty of hot water too for a nice hot bath every night. The housekeeping staff were friendly and will clean your room when asked. The easy to use laundry machines (300 Yen for the washer + 100 Yen for the dryer + 50 Yen for sachet washing liquid you buy at reception) was very useful to me. The lift always worked. No stair option only lift. My window didn't open so the room atmosphere was dependent on air conditioner and humidifier unit and this caused problems with my breathing and made me feel claustrophobic. I asked for an extra blanket and pillow at reception but was told no which seemed unfair and bad service for a hotel especially as i was staying there for 2 weeks. The hotel decoration is very dark and miserable and needs brightening up.

Housekeeping are always on point. Check in and check out process are very simple and easy. Speaks english. Cant open the windows for some fresh air flow. Feels clogged in (claustrophobic) especially with the small size room.

- Joanna marie (8/5): Not good and not bad - It is convenient because it is near to train station, family mart and yakiniku store. The blanket so thin so cold inside the room even the heater is on. My room door smart lock is broken and had to go back to front desk and he tried a couple of times and still didnt work, he is in rush because he said hes alone. I feel he felt annoyed because we ask him for help.

De plus, à notre arrivée : personne n’était là pour nous accueillir, seulement un numéro de téléphone à appeler mais ayant une E-sim cela semble impossible.

- Yiling (5/5): 因為要去迪士尼，所以選擇住這裡，忍耐兩晚尚可 - 1、地點離迪士尼很近 2、附近有lawson100、燒肉店 3、服務人員給很多毛巾浴巾盥洗用品 4、房間有微波爐 5、一樓有免費飲水機，要付費的洗衣機、烘衣機、飲料販賣機、啤酒販賣機 1、清潔度不太好，例如： 浴室門口的門條發霉 房間地板是地毯式的清潔度不佳、有灰塵 2、房間的床較小、空間也很小 3、雖然是日本連鎖品牌住宿，但與運送行李的Airporter無法配合，非常傻眼

- Daniel (8/5): Highly Recommended stay - The hotel overall was great and worth the funds spent. The placement of the facility was good with it being near various shops, restaurants, and the Kasai Train Station. You are also only 10 minutes from Tokyo Disney which allows you to take a $8 train versus a $35-$40 taxi. For me the room was fine but for my wife the room was too compact. There was one issue where a staff could have been perceived as rude, but it could have been due to a busy schedule. The only real flaw I had with my stay is how dusty items and portions of the bathroom were. Everything outside of the bathroom was very well kept and clean.

- Luiziana (4/5): Poderia ser melhor - Os atendentes em sua grande maioria não falam inglês, tive um problema com a minha reserva e foi bem difícil conseguir resolver, tivemos que recorrer ao google tradutor. Os quartos eram limpos, mas já fiquei em acomodações melhores, por ser um hotel lowcost muito da responsabilidade fica na mão do hóspede. A portaria muitas vezes não tem ninguém então, por vezes passei bastante tempo esperando alguém aparecer para me ajudar com algo.
