• Alexander (9/5): Hat alles gepasst - Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin Diana. Für mein Motorrad habe ich einen überdachten Parkplatz im Hof bekommen. Frühstück gibt es unten im Restaurant, war alles gut. Leckeres Omelett. Der Kellner im Restaurant hat die Karte gebracht und war dann nicht mehr gesehen.

• Salahudin (1/5): Avoid this property! The owner was shockingly rude, dismissive and completely lacking basic hospitality skills. - Nothing ,terrible experience Very disappointing experience. The receptionist was kind, polite and helpful, and I want to clearly acknowledge her professionalism. Unfortunately, the owner’s behavior was the complete opposite. When I contacted him regarding the cancellation (after the receptionist had indicated it should not be a problem since the apartment was available), he was extremely unfriendly, arrogant, and dismissive. His attitude showed a clear lack of basic manners and professional hospitality ethics. He simply told me to pay again and said he did not care about the reason. This is not how guests should be treated. Parking is also a serious issue — the area is overcrowded, disorganized, and very stressful to use. During my very short stay, there were frequently intoxicated guests coming out of the bar located directly below the rooms, which negatively affected the sense of safety and comfort. Unfortunately, my car was also scratched while parked there. Overall, due to the owner’s behavior and the problematic parking situation, I cannot recommend this property.

• Dacil (9/5): - Nos gustó mucho la ubicación,a unos minutos caminando al centro de Split. El apartamento tiene todo lo indispensable ,el restaurante de la parte baja es excelente.El desayuno está bastante completo.Diana nos recibió muy bien y fue muy atenta y detallista en todo momento.

• Петрунина (8/5): Апартаменты неудобно расположены непосредственно над рестораном. - Вход в апартаменты по узкой крутой лестнице над кухней, запах готовки везде. Окна номера также выходят на дворик ресторана на первом этаже, шум и гомон обедающих, запахи еды.

Walls between rooms could be better isolated, you hear your neighbours very well🙂. But you don't stay in room in Split at all, so this is not a big thing.

Parking is not ideal, very narrow space close to the restaurant. Rooms are above the restaurant, sometimes it could be a disadvantage. View from window to the main road.

Teşekkürler Diana. Kahvaltı tesisin altı katındaki Restaurant'ta sunulmakta. Bol çeşit ve özellikle omlet harika. Servis personeli hamarat ve hızlı. Split merkez "Pazar"a yaya 20 dakika, tesisin hemen önünden geçen tüm otobüsler ile 3 dakika. Personelin hamaratlığı ve yardım severliği, özellikle Diana'ya teşekkürlerimizi sunarız. Alt kattaki restaurant'ta öğle ve akşam yemeklerimizi aldık, mutfak zengindi. , Yol gürültüsü camlar ve panjurlar kapatılınca biraz azalıyor.

I servizi sono discreti, puliscono il bagno e cambiano gli asciugamani, ma non rifanno i letti, x me non è un problema! la posizione non è centrale sono un 30 m a piedi dal centro, ma ci sono fermate bus ovunque.

Zamiast tego siada się przy stoliku i Pani przynosi tak wiele i dobrej jakości produktów, że nie sposób tego zjeść. Czystość w pokoju bez zastrzeżeń, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa. Byłoby bardzo dobrze, gdyby nie WiFi. Niestety, w w moim pokoju WiFi nie działało. Jedyny punkt, w którym było w miarę dobre połączenie to recepcja.

• Andreas (5/5): Bessere Klimaanlage hätte hier gut getan.. - Direkte Anbindung an ein Lokal, free parking, sehr netter Empfang, top Frühstück bekommen, Zimmer war geräumig, mit TV und kleinem Schreibtisch Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht klimatisiert, trotz vorhandener Klimaanlage, Klimaanlage konnte, nach Anschaltung , das Zimmer nicht herunterkühlen, Im Bad und im WC herrschten dauerhaft extreme Wärme.. nicht klar warum.. was für die Zimmertemperatur nicht dienlich war. sind trotz Buchung von 2 Nächten am nächsten Tag weitergereist.. leider wurde kein Ausgleich angeboten..

• Manuela (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft, um Split zu erkunden. - Sehr gute Lage, um die Altstadt von Split zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Restaurant direkt im Hotel. Sehr gutes, umfangreiches, individuelles Frühstück. Alles bestens!
