- Wesley E Badillo (8/5): Las 5 estrellas se las debo - Un hotel como ese no debiera ser tan tacaño. Los tubitos de baño son un insulto. Deberían de instalar envases de shampoo, condicionador, gel de baño en la pared. La excusa de no proveer botellas de agua no la entendí. Lo que me saco de mis cabales fue como el staff del front desk te dice que te espera un postre complementario de bienvenida. Para aprovecharlo, indique mi numero de cuarto y el dia. Bajo al restaurant y me informan que tengo que ir a la pagina social @Imhotelph he indicar un like/folllow y someter un review de 5 estrellas, y entonces hacer un screenshot del review y presentarlo en el restaurant. Para mi eso es "cheating," un golpe bajo a lo que es un sistema de promoción muy dudoso. En las dos noches que estuve ahi no había nadie en el restaurant. Si la administración del hotel acepta ese tipo de practica, les recomendaría que la suspendan. Después de salir de Makati, estuve unos días en Phuket y Boracay y el servicio en eso dos hoteles fue magnifico.

This is probably the best hotel i've ever stayed at. Every employee is nice and efficient. Housekeeping is excellent. Denzel is a very professional, courteous, really good person, and I really helped my reservation. Thank you, favorite hotel! Ps Denzel and crew customer service is great. Really appreciate it. Awesome reflection on great hotel.

- Bernhard Winkler (9/5): Insgesamt war es aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr komfortabel und mit tollem Wellness. - Das Zimmer entsprach auf jeden Fall den Erwartungen. Leider sind wir nicht dazugekommen, die Badewanne auszuprobieren. Das machen wir dann beim nächsten Mal. Beim Zimmerservice gab es leider Beanstandungen. Am ersten Tag fehlten kleine Handtücher, es waren nur große Badetücher da. Wir haben dann auf Anfrage welche bekommen, sie fehlten aber wieder am Tag vor Abreise. Nachdem wir die Bademäntel einmal benutzt hatten, wurden diese beim Zimmerservice zum waschen mitgenommen, leider aber nicht durch frische ersetzt.

- Richard (7/5): Nice hotel, but not a 5 star - Location is perfect, located in a very live neighborhood , close to a mall and many facilities. They are polite but kind of distant. Room was good and quite big, the view from the terrace very nice To have full access to the spa during the stay is a plus. Breakfast too much into asian style and not very much into westernn taste. Antidote quite lack of drinks, we went with some friends and many of drinks in the menu were unavailabl and the lights on the stairs only during week end which is a pity considering that these lights appeal you to to go to the bar. It is a pity that after check out they do not let you use the SPA free of charge (even after 9 nights at the hotel) Normal WIFI was very slow, almost impossible to watch you tube, whatsapp calls were blurred, considering 5 star hotel teh wifi should be fast and allow you to work. It should not be a plus in the room charge when booking. Very confortable hotel, well located, however lack of personal touch.

There are many panhandlers in the local area, but not a lot can be done to decrease that considering the location.
- Udaya Wickramasinghe (5/5): Nice hotel, but unexpected unproven charge for damage (Hotel Claim)left a sour taste - Location and easy access to everything you need. I cannot tell too much since I stayed at this hotel only one night. I am coming back, for three more days. (reluctantly as I cannot cancel with a refund). The attitude with one staff member. They certainly need some PR training. I was charged for water container (Pitcher) which the receptionist claim was damaged. I am not sure how I could damage a water container, but the receptionist claims I poured hot water in it. I did not make coffee or tea and in any case why would I pour hot water in this container? Hotel expects us to use this container to get water from a water dispense in the corridor. This water dispenser, dispense hot can cold water, but I only took cold water twice during my one day stay. I am not sure of the condition of the pitcher when ! arrived, and I didn't take any note of it. I feel like this is a scam/trick to charge more? Why would a reputable hotel do this for 5 buck? The charge was 250PHP (A$6). five bucks compared to A$150+ for the price for the day. Is it worth getting a bad review for simplest possible thing.

- Alan (5/5): This was our first and last stay the I'M. - The room we had is big with a great view. Bed is comfortable. Room was clean. There are no hand towels in the bathroom. They do not supply bottled water but give you a carafe to fill with water for the room to help save the planet, all good there. However the soap was wrapped in plastic. The shampoo comes in small plastic bottles. So work to be done there. The pool, on the second floor, is close to the main road and there is traffic noise constantly. Not relaxing at all. The pool side bar has very limited food available and if you wish a glass of wine you have to purchase a whole bottle and the cost is P2,800. The rooftop bar does not open until 5 pm. As we were hungry due to the poolside having limited choices, we went there to eat. However they do not serve food till 6pm but we did not see this listed anywhere. So we went across the road to the City Garden Grand Hotel rooftop bar which is open all day. The rooftop music was also a bit loud for us at the I'M rooftop. Within an hour of checking in there was a phone call asking if we wished to avail of the free 10 minutes massage for one person. I have never been in an hotel with telemarketing for its services before. They would not have been able to massage much in 10 minutes. Check in and out is very commercial and the staff are hiding behind the high monitors on the counter. Not very welcoming. They have a sign showing their best possible rates if booked directly. We paid less booking through Booking.com

Zimmer nicht so sauber. WIFI sehr unstabil bedienungsunfreundlich, man musste sich ständig wieder Überreinloggen. Überrissene Preis an der Pool-Bar! Die hoteleigene Osteria ist dieser Bezeichnung unwürdig.

The property was unable to pre book a car for me when I needed to be at the airport. Which was a bit stressful as I normally like to guarantee I can depart at a certain time, but everything was fine.

Hotel ammenities (gym, pool, rooftop) were all lovely and made our stay very enjoyable. The staff were lovely and always accomodating. Everything was great.
