- Ema (4/5): - This was a terrible stay. The hotel property itself is really pretty however the service was lacking. We had an issue with our first room with noise, had to fight with them to get them to switch our room. Then when switch they gave us a room that had a shower that would go scolding hot to cold, heat that you couldn’t adjust, when asked for these things to be fixed they just pretended they fixed them. I don’t recommend staying here, the hotel staff was not really that helpful. The location was good, however at night it felt unsafe, a lot of illegal activity every night we walked back in front or near hotel.

It felt a bit unsafe, especially at night, with the line of people waiting to get in and the intimidating faces of those lingering around, seemingly waiting for their turn. - STEVEN (10/5): Jewel box boutique hotel with attentive staff - My beautiful junior suite bathroom floor was constructed with no slant. Every shower flooded the bathroom like a lake. Upon complaining, they upgraded me at no cost to a very lovely suite. The staff couldn't have been more attentive or kind. The hotel itself is quite stunning in its decor. The public areas are endlessly charming. The elevator required a room key card adding an additional later of security. The location of this hotel is supurb for tourism. It would be my pleasure to stay here again.

To my surprise and delight, I was offered a complimentary room upgrade, which truly elevated my stay. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and comfortable bed. The customer service throughout my stay was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, whether it was offering local recommendations or responding promptly to any requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made my visit unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience with outstanding service. - Robin (10/5): - Fantastic quiet bolt hole right between Taksim and Galatasary. Really close to the best shops and bars. The front of house team are v helpful for arranging tours, taxis etc. all in all, a very comfortable stay.
- lee (10/5): - a beautiful conversion of old ottoman mansions melded into new builds, gorgeous decor, huge rooms, fantastic value. Very quirky street in a busy neighborhood with steep hills and stairs so be aware if you have mobility issues, or require generic and predictable surroundings.

- Laleh (6/5): - The hotel interiors are very pretty but the bathroom in the rooms were a disaster because they had very little privacy and also the door to the toilet was so heavy that I was suer scared of opening and closing it especially in the middle of the night. Had to change rooms as a result but it was pretty much the same. Clogged up sink also did not help. Location is great if you are looking to stay in the most crowded street in the world and infact the while city was just so crowded. Overall I would stay somewhere else and also avoid Istanbul all together.

- Sean (10/5): An oasis in a bustling city - The hotel is located at the end of a badly paved narrow street that can be noisy at times. Its exterior is not impressive but once inside everything changes. It is an oasis in a bustling city. I had a large duplex room which was open plan and can sleep four. There are no separate bedrooms! While it has a kitchen no utensils are provided. The hotel has limited facilities but there are lots of options in the vicinity. However, a good breakfast is available in a pleasant dining room until noon each day for €12. Overall, this is an excellent property in a very central location.

Wife lost her phone during check out, and while we were at cruise port, staff searched room and all areas for us. Very cool (was in her luggage).Breakfast was great. Definitely stay again.

The rooms leave a lot to be desired - from lack of water,brown water, to broken and damaged items and furniture it's really far from a 4 star experience. The air conditioner is a ventilation system. Obviously corners have been cut to save on repairs and updates. The view of the suite is a lovely back alley with a dumpster right under. While the location and staff are great this hotel is not worth it.

- Sayeh (10/5): My new favorite hotel - I was throughly pleased with my stay! From check in to check out, everything went smoothly! I booked the duplex for a 10 day start and couldn’t be happier with what I got for the pricing! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even when they couldn’t communicate, they went out of their way to find someone that could. The housekeeping staff is amazing!! I loved the spa downstairs for massage. I never got to go to the breakfast restaurant but hopefully next time! All in all, would definitely recommend!
- Liridon (10/5): - We only stayed there for two nights, but we wished we stayed longer. The place looks brand new. A lot of areas to hang out within the hotel. The room was clean and very modern and got cleaned daily. The rainfall shower was a plus. They also had set up a sofa bed for us as requested. There was also an iron for the clothes which I alway prefer while in vacation. The location is amazing. You have everything within walking distance; cafes, restaurants, shops, galata tower, taksim square. We had a blast with our toddler, it was very quiet. They also have a spa which we didn't use. The only down thing would be a doorman to help with the luggage. Idk if they were short staffed at the time but it was only a receptionist. However it didn't spoil our stay. The wifi is fast which doesn't happen very often in Istanbul. If you have any doubts just book this place!

- Sadaf (2/5): - BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!! They charged me over $162 for doing my laundry for no more than 15 pieces of clothes. The clothes were pajamas so not even anything heavy. they didn’t even tell me how it would be they just charged my account when I left.

Told the staff about it and they were nice enough to offer a change of room the following day when the other suite are check out but was unable to do so because they need me to be around at 11am-12pm but i already have plans. In the end just made do with the room that was given.

- John Michael (10/5): - Staff was just extremely nice. Ibrahim the front desk assisted me the most during check in on two separate occasions as I booked two room type on my 4-night stay. I rate this hotel 5 stars on everything but I’ll mention a couple of things. There’s a sewer smell in the junior suite with terrace category. And the minibar has condoms inside the fridge but as it turns out they really sell those. I brought it to their attention because some guests including myself would have thought they were from previous guests because condoms are not listed in the minibar menu. And why they’re in the fridge I’m not sure. But everything is exceptional and definitely will stay there again on my next visit to Istanbul. Location is nice, walking distance to the busy street in Taksim and yet the street where it is located is very quiet. Most hotels claim their rooms are sound-proof. Well, this hotel really has soundproof rooms and I love it! 5 stars!

- Mohamed (2/5): Stay away!! - I chose this hotel specially because of their large room, i have been on istanbul 6 times, i stayed on more than 10 hotels, this is one if the disappointment stays i ever had. The hotel was 3 times expensive 3 times disappointing! I booked for 6 night - 3 on junior suite, 3 on duplex. When i got to check in, they say their was technical issue with room they will give me duplex (as an upgrade!) i needed the junior suit for the reason it git a bathtub on the room and a balcony for the kids!! Their are many pubs on near the hotel, loud music all the night. And the horns and motor sound can be heard all night! Every hotel on Istanbul offers free break fast, on check out they demanded i pay for 3 breakfasts, i can eat three days with the same price- very absurd. Every hotel i stayed on istanbul, the mini bar was free, they charged me 500 lira for full mini bar for 6 days. If i knew this i would spill the wine i never touched from the window every night! There is 2 stores near the hotel exactly you can buy half of the store with this sum! I would not recommend this hotel for anybody, its far from everything, loud, and i trying not to talk about the staff because some of them were very kind. Take it at your own risk

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows very rare when it comes to hotels. It was my fourth time and can’t wait to be back again as soon as I can.

- Muhanad (8/5): Nice hotel in city center - Very nice hotel, close to Istiklal Caddesi the main shopping street in Istanbul. This is my 4th time staying here. The hotel is still one of my favorite in Istanbul. The rooms are clean and the bed is super comfortable. The only issue is there was a weird smell everytime we entered the room. Seems to be coming from the sewer. Also on our first night, we were sleeping and around 3 am staff member entered the room accidentally attempting to checkin other guests. I understand this was a mistake but it was the same person who checked us in during the day and he should know better. It was a bit scary. Overall it’s not a bad place and I would stay their again.

- SOHAIL (2/5): Complaint - I’d like to make a complaint regarding my stay. The night before my flight I asked someone at reception to book me a taxi to the airport for 6am Thursday. When I came down at 6am the receptionist said it’s not been booked. So he arranged another taxi so I had to wait 5-10 mins. I told the receptionist I wanted it by the meter, he said yes thats okay but it will be around 210-220 Turkish liras. After my bags were in the boot and we sat in the taxi I saw the driver take a some money out the armrest and hand it to the receptionist. Then the receptionist said to me that it will be a fixed amount of 220 Turkish liras. I find that extremely unprofessional that one of your staff is taking money on the side for arranging taxi and fixing amounts with the taxi driver. I don’t expect things like this to happen from your hotel. For such an experience I hope you will deal with this complaint in the correct manner.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great value and location - Stayed here for our last night in Istanbul and when we wanted to "splurge" Although, it was still very reasonably priced. Well located near Taksim, but not in the thick of it (ie, it's quiet) and very close to Cihangir, which is a quieter but equally cool place to explore. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked nice. The fitness area also looked nice, and I wish I took advantage of it after eating all the delicious food of Turkey! The rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable. The front desk was accommodating and helpful.

- Annick (10/5): Gem of a hotel for quick Istanbul stop/over - Loved the hotel. Location is great, but direct surroundings a little seedy, but did not feel unsafe. The hotel is very charming and comfortable and the service was friendly and efficient.
- Roxanne (10/5): everyone was unfriendly except one person - so i was quite surprised that so many reviews on google and expedia warned about the service because we really liked Muhammad. HOWEVER, everyone else working at the front desk had SUCH an awful attitude like they really didn’t want to be there (we tell them good morning/say hello and they just look up and don’t even acknowledge). So I gave 4 out of 5 smiley face because only Muhammad was amazing. i loved the decor of this place and also the location to amazing restaurant options nearby.

The hotel offered to book transportation from and to hotel which I accepted snd got confirmed in email, but they messed up my return, I paid my check out at the hotel with my last Turkish lira believing my return taxi had been included in the bill as requested, but at the airport the driver wanted money. I managed to get hold of the receptionist who unphased and uninterested told me to just pay, oblivious of the stress and mess this was causing. I ended up having to be driven around at last minute to find a cash machine and take money out with my Amex. it was an awful experience.
- Niusha (8/5): Hip hotel off of Istiklal Ave - The location of the hotel is nice on one side, a little sketchy on the other (neighboring a seedy night club) . Nice, clean-ish, and modern, with beautiful common areas. Breakfast was mediocre, and could be better. We took advantage of the downstairs spa, and got a Turkish Bath (for a charge), which was the highlight of our trip! The sauna and gym are free of charge, but are only open from 10am-10pm; I wish the gym were open earlier in the morning, to hit before breakfast and heading out to explore Istanbul.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Nice enough room, clean, friendly and polite service. However, nowhere as nice as pictures show. Massive TV in the middle of the room, seemed really strange and useless. And when you sit on the sofa, you see the back of the TV! Huge bath in the bathroom, with awkward showerhead. Sides high enough that you'll struggle to get in and out if short or aged. Disappointing breakfast, compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Istanbul.

In room 11, bath tub plug is too big, curtains are too small for windows, toilet door is hard to open/close, noticeable noise from automatic door downstairs at night. Also, hotel reception didn't tell us that we had to go to meeting point 3E for our booked shuttle service and neither did we see any one holding a sign with my name on it. It took a long time for us to locate our chauffeur at the end.

- Marianne (10/5): Love love love - This was our third time at this hotel. We love it. The rooms are huge and the bed is super comfortable. Also the style of the entire place is gorgeous.

- Lesley (8/5): Beautiful hotel,great area,needs some improvements - It's a beautifully designed hotel and very comfortable.. Unfortunately things didn't always work as well as they could and the TV selection is poor. I was not happy with the housekeeping - there were dirty clothes in the wardrobe when I arrived and the toiletries weren't topped up, I'm not sure that bathroom/shower area was cleaned every day.

Some points should be improved: bathroom amenities haven't been changed in 4 days eventhough they were empty, the bathtub wasn't fixed, half of the reception staff wasn't able to smile, no outlets for lunch and diner.
- Sara (10/5): - The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful as well and quiet. It's in a great area. The staff are very kind and accommodating, especially the chef and the one who is at the front desk, he's fluent in English too. The only two things I struggled with: figuring out the shower knobs, and repeatedly asking them to turn off whatever was making rumbling sounds on the roof (still not sure what the machine was). They have a hammam/spa, run separately, but I don't recommend it, it was super rushed as an experience and certain steps were skipped altogether.
