• Lechner Monika (9/5): Sehr liebevoll und freundlich - Es war sehr familiar und durchwegs freundlich. Die Parkplätze waren nicht immer vorhanden, die Straße sehr eng, besser wenn man es vorher weiß dass man besser im Parkplatz in der Nähe parken muss bzw es besser ist ein kleines Auto zu mieten. Diese ist einfach schwierig für das Hotel im Bergdorf, weil es einfach so gebaut ist und den scharm dadurch auch hat.
• Sabine (9/5): Das Hotel ist in jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen, es bietet alles, was man sich wünscht: ruhige Lage, freundliche Menschen, - Die ruhige Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre im Haus, die freundlichen Menschen und das ausgezeichnete Frühstück. Es war alles bestens.
• Katrin (9/5): Eine perfekte Bleibe in einem kleinen, ruhigen Bergort, mit wunderschöner Landschaft - Das kleine Hotel befindet sich in einem alten Haus hoch über der Straße, die das wunderschöne Dorf durchquert. Die wenigen Zimmer des Hotels sind individuell eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem, das Bad groß, alles war sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten zwei Fenster, die sogar einen ausschnitthaften Blick auf das Meer boten. Das Zimmer konnte man zum Glück, bei uns gab es sehr frische Maitage, individuell heizen, auch das Bad. Es gibt eine kleine Hotelterrasse auf der man frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann. Wenn es zu kalt ist, kann man in einem schönen mit Gewölbe überspanntem Raum essen. Zum Frühstück gibt es viele Köstlichkeiten, alles was das Herz begehrt, abends wird hier feine regionale Küche serviert. Alle, der Wirt, die Wirtin und auch deren Hilfen sind sehr nett und hilfbereit, auch der Restaurantpächter. Ein Tipp: Es gibt einen Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel, doch sollte man wirklich nur mit einem kleinen Auto hoch bis zum Hotel fahren, denn die Straße ist sehr eng, es kann Gegenverkehr geben und es gibt eigentlich nur weiter oben eine Wendemöglichkeit. Zum Schluss musste der Wirt und seine Schwester sogar das Einparken übernehmen. (Wir hatten extra einen Kleinwagen gemietet, bekamen dann aber ein Mittelklasseauto, was nach Aussagen des Wirtes leider häufiger passiert.) Also besser unten parken und hochlaufen! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Laura Marie (8/5): Perfekt für einen Wanderzwischenstopp - Nach einem langen Wandertag haben wir uns sehr über die Badewanne im Zimmer gefreut. An sich war das einfach aber hatte alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, wenn man die volle Auswahl haben möchte, sollte man jedoch relativ frühzeitig kommen.

• Anna (9/5): Lovely stay! - The view from our room was spectacular. The breakfast was great with some excellent home made dishes. The host was especially likeable and gave us a very warm welcome. The hotel has a lot of charm. The village itself was very quiet this time of year and choices of restaurants were limited. That said, the meals we had were excellent. I would highly recommend parking the car at the easily accessible parking on the outskirts of Banyalbufar rather than trying to drive all the way to the hotel. The streets are so incredibly narrow that they demand a very confident driver with low stress levels!

• Mélanie (10/5): Un havre de paix avec vue sur mer, dans la Serra Tramuntana - Le séjour a été très appréciable dans un hôtel de famille idéalement situé au cœur de Banyalbufar, aménagé avec goût. Il y règne une atmosphère cosy réconfortante que la musique douce du soir enrobe, sur la jolie terrasse extérieure. L'accueil familial est très chaleureux et la cuisine délicieuse du matin au soir. Toute l'équipe est attentive à la clientèle et aux petits soins. On y trouve ce que l'on était venu y chercher : un pas de côté par rapport à l'effervescence de la côte sud ainsi que l'accès en voiture aux sites remarquables du coin. Gare à ceux qui recherchent des baies ou des criques à l'eau turquoise comme dans le Sud....Si il y a une plage à 25 minutes à pied en bas de la commune, la baignade est différente mais le paysage magnifique! Il faut anticiper les difficultés d'accès en voiture car l'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking privatif. Vous pouvez prudemment décharger vos valises à une rue en contrebas de l'hôtel et vous stationner (sans craindre l'étroitesse des rues), dans un parking gratuit à 7 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, facile d'accès.

Der Parkplatz kann etwas schwierig sein, wenn man mit dem Mietauto unterwegs ist, aber auf Nachfrage werden mehrere Alternativen empfohlen. Auch ein Late Check In ist dank Schlüsseltredor möglich.

Booked specifically a Junior Suit for Hot Spa Bath - they said it's not working, Parking too difficult, there wasn't even basic things in the room - no Water to drink, No Mirror, no table to open luggage for a Junior Suit - they behaved nicely but too expensive for getting just a view and no facilities

Einfach perfekt und geräumig und sweet eingerichtet. Im Haus ein sehr gutes Restaurant, das frische Pilze servierte. Machte schon um 18 Uhr zu, passte aber. Frühstück toll und großzügig. Alles perfekt. Sogar mit Badewanne!

• Laura (9/5): Fantástico - Fuimos con mi pareja y el hotel nos pareció muy bonito. La habitación es super amplia, linda cama, muebles y decoración. El agua salía bien calentita (fuimos a final del otoño, así que era importante) y tenía buena calefacción. Penny madre e hija muy amables y Randa, quien nos atendió en la cena y el desayuno, súper agradable. Nos sirvieron el desayuno en el restaurante de al lado y fue excelente. Rico y abundante. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo! Lo único un poco incómodo es el parking, pero no es algo solo del alojamiento sino que es algo del pueblo en general. Recomiendo pedir consejo sobre dónde dejar el coche.

Immer alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstück. Evtl. wäre die Parkmöglichkeit zu bemängeln, was in diesem Ort aber auch nicht so einfach ist, da sehr schmale schräge Gassen.

• Oliver (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft auf dem GR221 - Ich hatte das Hotel für eine Übernachtung auf dem GR221 gebucht und mochte es sehr. Der Check-in kann vorab unkompliziert per WhatsApp-Kontakt mit der sehr herzlichen Eigentümerin abgesprochen werden. Das Zimmer war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Obwohl es keinen Balkon gibt konnte ich aus dem Fenster dennoch das Meer sehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll! Das im Haus befindliche Restaurant ist darüber hinaus ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.

• bill (9/5): Great guest house with excellent restaurant - Lovely, characterful guest house in quiet village located on the GR221 trans Tramuntana hiking trail. Fantastic breakfast with loads of choice to set you up for a day's hiking. Excellent restaurant for dinner in the evening using local produce. Friendly and helpful hosts who speak very good English. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea at the end of a long walk.

It's super narrow to get there, I would not recommend to park at their parking. Better to live it at the free public parking located 2mins away by car (almost at the end of the town).

• Nils (10/5): - Byn Banyalbufar är en liten söt by som (i alla fall såhär i slutet av september) inte är proppfull av turister - som Deia, Valldemossa och Soller. Det finns flera bra restauranger men bara en affär. Läget är perfekt för att ta sig runt på ön - med bil eller buss. Hotellet var jättebra. Ett familjedrivet hotell med en bra restaurang i samma lokaler. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. De har egen parkering men det kan vara en utmaning att komma dit om man inte är erfaren förare och har stor bil (stor bil är för övrigt en mycket dålig idé generellt på Mallorca. Både för framkomlighet och parkering) Lite dyrt att äta på restaurang. På hela Mallorca.
• Darby (10/5): - We had a great stay at Son Borguny, and Banyalbufar! This is a stunning destination and the family-run hotel fit into the town beautifully. We really appreciated how friendly everybody was, the recommendations we received for local sights and free areas to park nearby. The room was spacious, air conditioned, and the shower was warm with good pressure. The breakfast was also delicious (homemade breads, yogurt/granola, sweets, fruit, and your choice of eggs). The terrace is really beautiful, and the restaurant that does dinner there was excellent too (best of our trip!) We would highly recommend staying, enjoying the sunset somewhere, and having dinner in the restaurant!

• Els (8/5): Leuk verblijf . - Onbijt , lekker eenvoudig. Mocht wat meer keuze zijn... Zee vriendelijke eigenaars , koffie bediend aan tafel , eitje naar wens. We voelden ons welkom. Het bijhorend restaurant een aanrader met suoer vriendelijke obers en zee leeket en verzorgd eten. In het dorp wel niet veel te doen. Wel prachtige omgeving. Onbijt mss iets meer keuze... Airco was wat luidruchig.

• Anastasiia (8/5): Charming hotel stay on the west side of the island - The hotel is located in a very charming village, perfect destination if you want to explore little villages around the island. The closest beach is a steep journey downhill, however 100% worth the effort - the water is transparent and blue. The staff is very accommodating and helpful - they would offer us breakfast even after it has already officially closed. The room is airy and nice with a side sea view. Breakfast was quite modest with bad coffee (might be my personal taste). A bit of a surprise was that the tourist tax is higher than communicated earlier on Booking.com. It's 2.20 euros per person per night and not for the whole trip - I believe hotel should request Booking to properly reflect this info to the tourists when booking a hotel stay, so this doesn't come as a surprise. It would also be great to have a fridge and a coffee/tea station available in the room as after 22:00 it's hard to find an open restaurant in the city if you are coming back late after travels around the island and want a drink/a bit of a snack. Free parking near the hotel is limited to small cars so you'll probably have to take advantage of the municipal free parking 500m away from the hotel which sometimes can be tricky to find a free space in, especially for the night.

La chambre était parfaite, avec une literie très confortable et tout ce qu'il faut pour ranger les affaires et en plus nous avons été surclassés (un grand merci à Sebastian qui a été très patient lors de notre arrivée pour nous trouver une solution pour se garer) Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très varié et surtout très bon (autant pour le salé que pour le sucré) et servi par un personnel adorable. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander l'hôtel Son Borguny à nos amis et familles s'ils viennent à Majorque Rien.
