Guest Reviews
- Kathleen (7/5): - The pools were very nice
The staff was very nice The unit was very under supplied. I needed to purchase toilet paper, there was no Kleenex and only a few towels.
Not as i thought for the $.

- Lisa (9/5): We have stayed at Palm Bay Club several times and always enjoy ourselves. We will be back just maybe a newer unit - Location was wonderful the view from the courtyard was beautiful. Loved the pool on the bayside.
Very clean, beds are comfortable lots of hooks to hang clothes and towels. Loved the wagon, chairs and cooler for the beach. Loved all the mirrors for the girls to get ready. The microwave door was broke
Patio handle was broke
Couch very worn uncomfortable
Ice maker broke
Some baseboards were cracked missing doorstops.
Could use more drying racks since you can’t hang wet towels over balconies.

- Elizabeth (9/5): Absolutely great! - Location great. Love intercoastal and beach access.👍. Room very nice. Bed very comfortable. Great bed pillows. Balcony was lovely. Hot tub didn’t always work and other guests mentioned that it’s been like that for years👎 Hot tub is wonderful when it works!
Wish there was laundry in unit.
- John Robert (10/5): - Property sits right on Siesta. Key Beach has its own beach that they rake every morning keeping it in great shape.
- Clark (9/5): Excellent, we might come back sometime. - We stayed on the bayside and loved the pool and hot tub! Long way to the ocean and no restroom for us to use when at the beach.
- Richard (3/5): Do Not Rent Unit 343 - Nice property ,but the they did not fix anything that was wrong. Do not rent unit 343 ! The complex was beautiful, the unit 343 was not . So many things needed repaired or replaced and was not .Every time someone came they didn’t have the right tools or equipment to repair, this went on for two weeks. Living room furniture very old and broken down. The sofa you sunk in it and couldn’t get out . The storm door did not close properly and drag on the ground,it’s been needed to be replaced for a long time.
- Olivia (10/5): Would definitely come back and stay here if we come back to siesta key! Overall felt it was a great condo for our needs. - Easy access to private beach, close to everything (in between siesta key village and downtown), easy to access, clean, more than adequate for vacation home, pools were never overcrowded and there were two. Parking was limited, we were able to find a spot but sometimes it was not always in front of our condo, however it wasn’t a far walk.
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Soraya (1/5): Bad -
- Mike (4/5): The stay was great, upkeep of unit was poor. - Everything was easy access Microwave on the counter top the entire stay. Was told it would be taken care of but never was. Patched holes on wall behind main door looked tacky & never painted over. Bathroom fan had no cover, paint touch up needed throughout entire unit.
- Michael (8/5): all in all a good stay - close to beach. Security guards were very helpful and nice lock on front door was touchey you had to fool with it to get it to lock
- Jody (1/5): Bad - Siesta key is beautiful and no bad fine could take away from that! When you book on here you use a third party, this third party gives you your codes and parking passes. The property security beats the door down like you are being sought out for a string of hideous murders, then tells at your children who answer the door for not having parking permits. Even though the third party have us parking permits. The property managers did apologize and explain that the third party deals with numerous properties and doesn't follow their rules, but never reprimanded the security guy because he did it again when we rented a golf cart and it was after hours so we couldn't go get parking permits. These security guys are on glorified power trips and they should be taught how to treat people! If your third party doesn't do their job correctly( by the way, the third party was much nicer and easier and more pleasant to deal with) maybe you should think about finding a new third party. I will stay in siesta key again, it's so beautiful and calm and peaceful there, but I'll stay somewhere else next time even if it cost me more. By the way if you book through third party don't think the laundry machines are torn up, they don't take debit cards, you have to go buy a laundry card, no one could tell us this for 3 days when we called 3 times a day to see why they were not fixed we were told they were sending someone out. The third party didn't know and we didn't know to buy one until we had the problem with the parking permits and the property manager told us. So much bad communication here.
- Roberto (8/5): Very good stay. Nice place. A little pricey. - Very family friendly. When looking for the property, I wanted beachfront and the part of the property was beach front but we were given a room on a part of the property across the street about 2 blocks from the beach not exactly beachfront.
- Gisselle (10/5): Exceptional -
- terry (8/5): - It was a great trip. Management company needs to communicate better with resort, did not have updated codes and mandatory bracelets. Needs more towels and supplies in unit. Otherwise, amazing
- Lidermis (7/5): Good -
- Sandra (7/5): Good -
- Brian (8/5): Loved it!! My daughter and I enjoyed our stay! - I love all the towels and beach amenities the host provided. Easy walk to the beach each day. The place was exceptionally clean and was a great stay! I would recommend fixing the shower head. We had to adjust it so that it didn't spray everywhere, but that is it.
- Edie (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay in Siesta Key was great. The office staff was personable & answered my questions about the after hours check-in. I wish the pool on the bay side was a little bigger, but it was still nice to cool off in when while we weren't at the beach.
- Alison (2/5): Very poor - The floor of our condo was very unclean and one of the patio sliding doors had no lock. This was especially concerning given that we were ground level and had small children. Upon contacting the staff about this, they did not even fix within 24 hours, and I had to reach out several more times for them to actually come. I was informed that they would reach out to us for some compensation regarding this issues, but we were never contacted and ended up checking out two days early.
- Margaret (7/5): Good -
- Justin (9/5): Beautiful place, easy to understand everything, would stay there again! - Very nice private location with close by amenities.
- Sarah (7/5): Great for spring break! - Location was right on the beach! Close to the village! The pool was HUGE It wasn't very clean. The elevator was out of order
- Riegsecker (8/5): We had a wonderful time, and liked the location. - The shower spayed out both ways, we think they could put new fixtures in the bathtub/shower. Would make it more appealing. Electric sockets were broken. My husband had a hole on his side of the bed, which said was very uncomfortable for him. between the cushions on the couch was full of sand and food. The window that you could open was full of dirt. Just a few easy things that could easy be fixed and would make it nicer.
- Elizabeth (2/5): Very poor - location alright, but has an hour delay for check in. we were told extra cleaning, but there were cigarette butts & empty water bottle left at sliding window. bathroom needs a major remodel. The bathroom sink was not draining on arrival, and continued stopping up even after maintenance came by. I reported the continue issue, and no one bothered to come fix it. Shower head was also leaking & horrible. I would never stay there again. Very over priced for such awful accommodation.
- Julie (10/5): - Very clean environment. Polite staffing, always saying hello. Family friendly, would definitely stay again
- Carleen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (2/5): - I liked the beach. I hated the fact the bath tub wouldn't drain. I made a complaint and was informed that matinance would be to my room the next day. Matinance never came, i was clearly ignored and not thought about. On top of that renovation was going on around my room, sounded like drills coming through the walls.
- Laurie (4/5): it could of been better - the beach and pool roaches
- Ronulso (7/5): Good -
- Donald (10/5): - Loved that the property has both ocean and bay sides !… Beautiful grounds and friendly staff
- Cindy Sue (6/5): - Easy walk to the beach, liked the hot tub, but only half the jets worked, nice heated pool. Kitchen sink was clogged when we got there, light bulbs in bathroom burned out, towel bowl ran, mold on bathroom ceiling, kitchen table had sand all over it
- Tina P. (6/5): Nice location but place needs updating - Location was great, short walk to the beach. Bed was wet when we arrived, kitchen needs work.. cabinet doors falling off when opened, tile in kitchen missing, refrigerator old, bathroom had a funky smell and bathroom fan was full of dust. One beach chair was broken. Management company didn’t seem to care when we mentioned these things to them.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The bayside pool was nice. The beach was a far walk
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Property is wonderfully located right on the beach. The property is a bit dated and the room we had was very old. The amenities were disappointing. Stayed a week and we’re given one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. Wanted to clean sand off floor - had a swifter but no mats or pads. Disappointed with condiments provided ins full kitchen. Major lack of towels, blankets, beach towels. We spent lots of money buying the things we didn’t have.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The code they provided for the room did not work stranding us altogether. Absolute nightmare of an experience. Please stay away.
- Shellie (10/5): - The pools and the hot tub were very nice. The pool on the bay had a beautiful view.
- DAYANARA G. (10/5): Very good - Very good
- Maksim D. (10/5): Exactly as we expected! Always an excellent stay - Great property, this was our second time staying at Palm Bay Club, absolutely fantastic! We will certainly be looking to stay here again, cannot beat Siesta Key!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property was not clean. Lines looked like they had not been changed in while. Smelled like mold.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location, private beach access, pools very quiet an tranquil
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I was surprised that this was a condo. So much space and so clean.
I would recommend this to an friend but think I should keep it for myself. I was unable to leave a note in the guest book because I had no pen.
I am looking forward to returning to this location.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The condo was across the street from the beach - an easy walk. The beach was beautiful and perfect for long walks. The condo complex was very quiet, but it was two weeks before Christmas and not a busy time. It was a short drive - one to two miles - to shops and restaurants. We vacationed with two other adults, so it was nice that we each had an en suite bathroom.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything was great but bathrooms need updating in our condo. Also beds and pillows need replacing. The overall property is awesome.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Management co aweful - The check in company on Columbus Blvd was aweful
They could not give us Parking pass, no advise at all on
how this condo was run or any advice. I had cracked seat in
2nd bathroom, broken Keurig coffee machine , no one cared.
They did not explain how to get pass for laundry machines. They
never mentioned the shuttle service at all SCAT.
- Brandy (6/5): - I honestly was extremely excited about staying here. Then come to find out it's really not with the hotel you have to go check in somewhere else. Pay extra fees. The beds where VERY HARD and need to be updated. We kept getting bit by something come to fine out it was fleas. The ac leaked and to top it off we had to buy a fan cause it was hot. We stayed in 343. Also bring your own towels, cause you have to pay a extra $50 just for house keeping. Worst vacation EVER. Location great!!!!
