- Stephen (1/5): I will NEVER stay at the la Quinta in kingman again. - The hotel is close to the highway. The managers on duty are rude, sarcastic, and do not care about customer service. The breakfast was sloppy and gross. The pool water was dirty. The rooms need an update. Beds were dirty, stains in linen, sheets you could tell have not been changed. Very uncomfortable mattress. Toilet had crap stains in the bowl upon our arrival. None of the soap dispensers had been refilled. The amount of money you pay for a room is sad, I have stayed at motel 6’s that are cleaner than this la Quinta. I will never stay at this hotel again.
- td397 (10/5): Best LaQuinta - This is a beautiful option in Kingman arizona. Just off of Route 66 and provides modern and contemporary rooms, amenities and a nice breakfast. The staff is excellent from management down to front desk in our opinion. The location couldn't be better, walgreens, walmart, Dutch Bros coffee, starbucks, cvs, and tons of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Don't hesitate to stay here

- Pat (1/5): RUDE MANAGER & STAFF (Stay away from this place) - The manager and staff treat guests differently. If you book through the property and their website. You will be treated like a value guest. If you book through a website like BOOKING.COM the staff treats you like garbage. I had to modify my stay and asked for a refund of 1day. I was told NO because of how I booked my stay and it’s not fair to there loyal guests. The manager was pretty rude when she explained that they only help with their loyalty guests NOT their 3rd party guests.

- Getman (2/5): - The guy at the desk gave me my key and I carry all my stuff to the room and the room key didn't work , so I had to carry all back down again get another card turn around go back up again ,I got in late and at 9 am the house keeper was slamming door shut for a hour straight , I guess they wanted everyone out so they could clean , I guess they don't care that check out is 11 am! I could not sleep, I only got 4 hour sleep. I will not stay there again!

- villagewolfe (10/5): Great Hotel for the price! - close to lots of restaurants and bars, the hotel was clean, beds were comfy and the pillows were ok but MAN they had a GREAT breakfast buffet. They provided FRESH CUT UP MIXED FRUIT! Along with all you normal continential items but this was definately a pleasant surprise and the young lady tending to the breakfast area kept every item filled up and kept the whole area clean by constantly wiping down tables and food areas!

Hand soap dispenser was either empty or didnt work. Shampoo bottle empty. Lack of sufficient facial tissues. Water in shower never very warm, and pressure low.
- Kurt (10/5): - Bed was super comfortable. Convenient shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff. Pillows were plentiful but not great.
