- Gayashan (1/5): Worst stay I received through BOOKING.COM - Nothing They do lock gates at 10pm and after that noone can come in or go out. I had plans for a late night movie and this was not mentioned in their policy too. So I did ask them can they allow us in around 12.30am. But the scary looking receiption fellow told NO. I had to find another hotel in rush and was at road till finding another hotel.

- 19851218 (1/5): Worst Stay - I was able to check-in early, clean linen. It was the worst stay at colombo. Everything was In poor condition. My wife checked in before me because I had to stay at office for a briefing so they gave a room to her with poor condition, which is not as photos and animates, the bed was uncomfortable and smell of the room worst, dont had a remote fo A/C and room was dirty also wash room. I asked to change the room when I go, then they told me that they don't have any other room. I was not able to do any decision because My wife already paid and they wanted it when check-in. It was very uncomfortable stay at all.

To make matters worse, there were insects in the bathroom, which was extremely off-putting. Additionally, the bedsheet didn't seem to have been washed properly, adding to the overall discomfort of the stay.

- Aashiq (1/5): Staffs are very rude and local behaviors. - The staffs behaviors are very bad they I’ve booked through this booking.com but they didn’t even checked when i show it. They asked you came here for 2 hours relax? We have that package. Then after I told them again booked with this site and this for 1 day. At evening time me and my girlfriend went for dinner they were drinking alcohol in the reception with 6 people. And shouting it was so loud. I don’t know how people can enjoy their vacation with this place. Very bad experience.
- Navoda (5/5): Passable - Room came with a balcony so that was a plus. Beds were comfy. Location is ideal too. Overall the room arrangement was also good. They did not accept card payments and bank transfers; this was not mentioned anywhere so had to go back and get cash from somewhere which was an extra hassle. The size of the room was very small, and the bed filled up like 95% of it.
