- revelrayvito (10/5): MR. ZUHDAN AL - HADDAD - It's amazing experience!! The strategic location. The ambience, and most importantly the service provided . I sincerely wants to mention the handsome and polite gentleman at the desk Mr. ZUHDAN AL - HADDAD who accommodate all my inquiries from A to Z flawlessly. The professionalism he showed deserve a recognition ( promotion, or at least a raise! ). I wish him a good luck for his career and future! Kudos!!
- niaadjie (8/5): Small but clean - The room was small but very clean. But we had to push the beds in order to get enough space for prayer rug. The bathroom looks funny, kind of looks like the one in the train or airplane haha.. the towels a bit smelly
- lindazacharias (10/5): Nice Hotel - Cordela Kartika Dewi Hotel is suitable for comfortable lodging, spacious clean and fragrant rooms, linen and towels are clean, the breakfast menu is plenty and tasty, the employees are very friendly and helpful.
- Abrlie (4/5): Budget - Room: size is fine, pillow not comfortable, can’t sleep well from the outside noise (mosque) and people talking/screaming in the hallway.
Bathroom: small like a bathroom in a train, towels are tired and grey.
However, location is great, near Malioboro (walking distance). Staff is friendly.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - マリオボロ通りまで歩いて4、5分のロケーションはとても便利です
- rsy_JA (8/5): Need improvement especially cleanliness and breakfast - Room wasn't ready when i checked in at 1.30 pm, so i went to Malioboro while my room was being cleaned (u can put your luggages at the receptionist). Room was spacious but the cleanliness needs to be improved. I found stain on blanket and towel. I went to the restaurant for breakfast, it was so crowded. (I stayed in weekday). No eggs stall. If u want egg, u need to ask the waiter and a chef will cook it at the kitchen. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
- Erny_Kusmastuti (10/5): Everything in One - Nice hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, and near to malioboro street. The room was clean and so did the bathroom. TV cable was clear also.
It is value for money hotel. Definetely will comeback. Thank you.
- ardikputra (8/5): Nice hotel - friendly staff, room was clean, near from malioboro, we got city and mountain view (merapi, i think), from 1 night stay we extended for one night, we got free slice cake for my wife birthday and some decoration, for our next trip we will back again
- justagalSG (6/5): Hotel close to shopping area of Malioboro Road - We stayed for three nights at this hotel. Location was not too far from Malioboro Road. While the room was a nice size, they could have taken some of the space for the toilet as it was rather small; felt almost like on a cruise ship. The bathroom floor got wet whenever we showered as the design of the shower panel was not well thought out. We found the bath towels smelt like they had not been dried properly. The biggest gripe was that the toilet flush did not work (thank goodness for the hose).
Cleanliness of the room could be improved; we found the floor sandy on several occasions.
We arranged with the hotel for early breakfast to be taken away as we went on a sunrise hike as well as the Borobudor sunrise and even though they had taken note of it, we found ourselves having to chase them for it in the morning as they were never ready in time for our departure.
Staff were friendly overall.

- Mifdhal (6/5): Good budget hotel at jogja - There was 3 day in jogjakarta with cordela hotel, below is my review :
Room : ⭐⭐⭐ stay at lv3 room, room is clean and tidy, but view from room is doesnt have the good view, only roof from surounding.
Bathroom : ⭐⭐⭐ very small even for asians
Breakfast : ⭐⭐⭐ food variation from a restaurant not so much, but taste of the food is good...
For budget hotel, its a good one...
- adolfm634 (8/5): Average yet excellent, why? - The hotel itself its your typical semi-budget, business hotel in the middle of the city with great access and location. Nothing special about the room nor the facilitations. The breakfast was decent; slightly exceeded my expectation.
My greatest satisfaction was because of the staff. All that I encountered were friendly and humane. I left one bracelet at the bathroom and just noticed it 3 days after, called them and they kept it safe for me!
- 416kennya (6/5): Funky bathroom - The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was small but clean. Shower towels provided but no hand towels for drying after washing hands which was odd. The bathroom was very small and 2 people could not be in it at the same time. Also, the bathroom had a very weird odor, like a wet dog. When using our towels, it had the same smell. The room requires to use your room key to power the room, including the power to the bathroom vent fan. So if you shower then leave, the hot wet air is trapped in the bathroom which leads to smells and possibly mold. If they could fix the fan to not be hooked to the room key power it would be much better.
- fahribar (10/5): One of the best budget hotel in yogyakarta - I'm staying at cordela hotel just for one night at 23rd December 2017. The hotel located 5 minute walking from malioboro. Located near 24 hour drugstore (K24). The room is good. The bathroom is kinda small. The breakfast is good. The nasi goreng is my favourite. The view from the room is good, very good since i stay at 7th floor. i can see the merapi mountain or merbabu mountain from the windows. The downside is there isn't any 24 hour convenience store like indomaret or alfamart and the bathroom has some kind of smell that i personally don't like.I recommend this hotel to: Those who love to eat breakfast at the hotel that they stayed in, Those who want to visit malioboro, Those who love good morning view from their hotel.
- Adhiwidiana (6/5): Small bedroom but excellent Food - After Solo we went to Yogyakarta approx 2,5 hours by car. And we booked a room near famous Malioboro Street. Just 10 minutes walk. When we checked in we a bit surprise with their room size.... Small approx 18m2 just like budget hotels size even smaller. No extra bed policy as no space to put on, no extra pillow and even no extra coffee cups (wow). Unfortunately they have GREAT breakfast...... Tasty nasi goreng, sausages and potato, rice noodle, fresh cut fruits, juices.... All served fresh and tasty however only a witress running for services.... Made it slow service.... Feel sorry for her. 4 stars for the breakfast. Not recommended if you travell with family.
- Rosli (10/5): Good!!! - Amazing. Just few steps to malioboro. Good breakfast.
- mahard2014 (10/5): One of The Best Hotel in Jogjakarta - Stayed here for 2 nights and we feel so comfort and enjoy. The room it self look comfort. The best part in this hotel are the location and breakfast. Cordella located near Malioboro street. It only 5 minutes walk from hotel. For breakfast, although 3 stars hotel but the taste is very authentic and delicious. There is no swimming pool but on the top of hotel, they offer gym facilities and aerobic /zumba class for hotel guest. With a reasonable room rate and great location and service, definetely will come back to Cordella Kartika Dewi.
- athuunn_tea (10/5): Cordela made my days in Jogja :) - been here for 4-5 days, everything was very good. the food price is affordable, we loved the Nasi Goreng Ikan Asin and Nasi Goreng Sambal Matah :) the staffs were very nice. and also this hotel is not too far from malioboro street, so that me my friends went to malioboro by walking in the lovely afternoon. no doubt to come again ti this hotel. thank you cordela for made our days in jogja. from: cilegon, bandung, and shizuoka-japan ;-)
- FathmaMelina (8/5): Clean hotel and attentive staffs - My friend and I stay here for 3 nights and we like the place. The room is small, especially the bathroom, but overall is clean. The downside is that the floor inside bathroom and outside is slippery, and they only give one mat so we have to request one more.
What we like the most is the attentive staffs and of course good location, near Malioboro Street.
- alfinchandras (8/5): a Want-comeback-there-again Hotel - the hotel is take place in the heart of the city, just took 5-mins walking to go to malioboro and 5-mins again to the Jogjakarta Station. the room is quite spacy and clean, the WiFi connection is great, but one thing i love the most is the Breakfast Buffet, there are a lot of foods to be offer and the'yre all gooood! it cost quite pricy but i think it's worth the services.
- Dyah (8/5): Value for money - Value for money
- wib0w0hadig (6/5): Sound proofing could be improved - When i was staying there, i was on the same floor with a group of students, the thing that i remembered, that students were noisy, shouting along the corridor and i could hear their sound pretty clear from inside the room and it was around 10-11 PM so i was looking for a help by calling the hotel staff and they were quick (excellent !!!)
When i woke up the next morning, i heard there was a sound of music from upper floor, and later the day i heard that there was a exercise class (some kind of aerobic maybe) held up there
Breakfast menu was adequate, they separate the smoking area which is nice, the egg station is located outdoor
Overall it is a value for money
- kurniapsari (8/5): New hotel but good service - The location is in Jl Bhayangkara, not far from Jl. Malioboro where tourism location. Nice clean hotel with cozy room. They also have connecting door to other room (for family trip).
Pleasant and friendly staffs.
Breakfast has some javanese food and nice.
Good recommendation for Jogja trip.
- tom (10/5): Very nice hotel in jogjakarta - Very good hotel, all staffs are very kind ,clean hotel.
- naomio668 (6/5): A night poor welcome and stay saved by the amazing breakfast - I had a night visit in Jogja with some of friends. We booked 8 rooms which actually the non smoking room. We arrived quite late as we were from Klaten , at 16.30. When we wanted to check in, the rooms were not ready, and the availability was only 4 non smoking room and 4 smoking room. Quite disappointed, but the receptionist tried to say sorry, but just that...not really say sorry and tried to tell that they had a full booked rooms the day before, and because the staff were not enough and took time to clean, blah blah blah. He and She asked me to next time call the sales manager to confirm our check in. Hello... Is it the way you do the customer relation thing... As if you didn't need us the customer? We still accepted that...and at 17.00 we could got the rooms completely. But, as we’d had a event at 18.00 we had to in hurry. What an unprofessional hotel in handling the check in. The smoking rooms also smelled bad, my room in 325 the toilet sink also almost clogged up. There were some tiny ants marching near the toilet and also at the desk.
However, the next day, we're saved by the nice yummy break fast and also helpful staff.
I think this hotel should improve the quality of the front staff, and also the manager, when I wanted to meet the manager until 10 in the morning to make sure the add check out time, I couldn't find him, and just short message from the staff granting 1 room to be checked out late.
