• Matthew and Nadia (10/5): One of our favourite hotels of all time! - Everything! The staff were helpful, the hotel/rooms were immaculate (housekeeping was excellent!), the beds were comfortable, shower was excellent and the breakfast fresh with many options. The location is quiet, but the Songshan station has great restaurants/snacks and transit in the area is good. Our stay was initially for one week, but we extended with the property for an additional 10 or 12 days. Due to availability we had to change rooms a couple of times. All three rooms that we stayed in were the same standard. We travel a lot internationally and loooooved this hotel! It will be fondly remembered. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Nothing.

• TZU-YI (3/5): 打掃不算乾淨常常看到頭髮，小毛巾也有頭髮 - 優點只有地點離車站近，高樓層20樓以上窗外風景優美 飯店在17樓以上，17樓以下是其他商辦。 剛進去不是很好找，一樓陰暗有點可怕，飯店也沒說明在17樓。 住宿房間，在窗戶旁邊一直有咔咔咔聲響，睡得不是很好。 房間洗頭台旁邊有看到頭髮幾根，電視下的木頭音響旁邊也有幾根毛髮，洗頭台旁邊小毛巾打開還有一根頭髮，嚇到🤯不敢用，還好有自備毛巾…. 健身房地墊塑膠味很重⋯⋯ 飲水機只有在18樓很不方便，要走很遠 門卡感應很不好，電梯感應不到，最後還請櫃檯再重新設定感應才正常 這裏只有風景好、地點佳，其他真的還好，價格還很貴….

Hôtel situé entièrement aux étages élevés (l'hôtel occupe les 17ième au 21ième étages du bâtiment qui semble sinon être occupés par des bureaux d'entreprises). Relié directement à la gare de Songshan par une passerelle depuis le 3ième étage - très pratique en temps de pluie, car couvert! On retrouve à la gare de Songshan des restaurants et magasins. Petit dej varié, principalement du buffet chaud, mais les oufs sont préparés à la commande, ce qui est un grand atout car ça évite qu'ils soient gardés rechauffés. Il y a également des viennoiseries et des yaourts. Il n'y a pas de choix de thé proposé, ce qui est dommage. Il y a une machine à café pour le cappuccino etc, et sinon du thé noir pré-préparé et gardé dans un cafetière. Des sachets de thé Oolong (comme c'est le thé local) / thé vert / tisane avec de l'eau chaude à disposition, ou la possibilité de commander du thé (autre que le thé noir déjà préparé) complèterait l'expérience, car sinon le petit dej et correct et la vue superbe.

• XIAOYING (9/5): 很不错 - 地理位置非常方便，松山站出来对面就是！ 房间宽敞，设备现代化。 入住一晚101景观房，可以直接看到101，只不过不知道晚上10点后101会关灯！回去太晚没能从房间看到亮灯的101。 美中不足，洗完澡出来的地方没有隐私，直对房间主要空间！并没有可以遮挡的东西（如果有个可以拉下来的帘子挡住就好了） 更适合情侣！ 这次跟孩子出行，洗澡的时候就让另一个人呆厕所或者去大堂🤣

• Janey (8/5): Clean hotel in a great location with a decent breakfast. - It was linked to a mall where the MTR is below so super convenient location. Under 10 mins walk to a night market. Breakfast had decent options but one morning the tables weren’t being cleared fast enough. We found an empty table, put the used items in one corner and they were still all there along with our additional plates when we had finished breakfast. The next day clear up was more efficient. Perhaps a little too minimalist and the shower was not as strong as we’d have liked.

• lkyr (8/5): Nice but can be better - Stayed 7 nights. Quiet surroundings with great views as the guest rooms are located from level 17. Check in was completed fairly quick and I was asked whether I wanted a pair of slippers. Check out was also a non event. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to various places (see photo). There is also a link bridge at level 3 linking the hotel directly to the citylink mall and the songshan MRT/Local train. The laundry and fitness room were at level 18. I have ordered room service and the food was very good but it was delivered in a brown paper bag as if it was from Uber Eats. Mattress and pillows were of reasonable quality. But refer to my photo on the sofa at level 17 lobby. Hope Amba Songshan gets it changed soon. I love the bluetooth speaker in the room which allowed me to stream my music. As the hotel is located at level 17, you will need to change leave at level 17 to access your room. Water pressure and temperature were very good. Breakfast was served at level 17 with standard food and they do offer varieties throughout my 7 days there. The breakfast was located at level 17 and was very spacious. The switches in the room were nice and unique (see photo). My toiletries bag was moved from one spot to another in the vanity area on the 2nd day. It was left untouched on my first day. I was upset that my personal belongings were touched and changed spot. I believe different housekeeping staff were assigned on both days and have inconsistent practices.In conclusion, amber songshan hotel is a value for money and comfortable place of accommodation to consider.

• FaristaMondy (10/5): A very convenient place to stay - The location is very strategic. The hotel is across from a mall that has an MRT and train station underneath, making it very easy to travel from the airport or to other places. There is even a connecting bridge directly into the mall. The location is also close to bus stops, Raohe Street Night Market, and Wufenpu. The staff are friendly, the room is very spacious and clean, and there is a laundry room and drinking water station available free of charge.

• Margo (10/5): Great place to stay, comfortable, spacious and close to the MRT station - Clean, spacious room, wonderful shower, curtains that kept the room dark, quiet air conditioning. Great view from the 17th floor. Large breakfast buffet with Asian and Western items. Helpful and friendly staff. Free washer and dryer. We were directly above the restaurant so we had some noise in the evening, especially one evening when there was a group dining. Need better signage on the first floor to direct people to the 17th.

• jeffreyyao55 (8/5): Quiet area but comfortable - You have to be aware that the hotel starts on the 17th floor so depending on your room assignment, you could have nice views of Taipei 101, the nearby mountain range . The room was comfortable, beds and pillows were to my expectation. The room numbers had interesting designs , brings me back memories of the 70s and 80s. The bathroom and shower areas were separate and there was a movable blinds that separated the area from the bedroom. Quite interesting. Breakfast buffet was the normal fare of Asian and Western food . Get a table by the window to enjoy the view. My only complaint was that on the last night, maybe due to the cold weather and rain, water seeped into portions of the inner ledge of the room window. I had put some clothes there and some got wet. Walking distance to Raohe Night Market. There is also a connecting bridge way to the Citylink Mall, quite convenient, There really isn’t much to do in terms of shopping but on the last morning, we chanced upon an area which was selling various items like clothes, shoes, bags etc..

• crazysoccer (10/5): Modern hotel with luminous room - Room with sufficient sunlight and spacious. In a neighborhood a bit far away from the very centre of the city. But nice to be a bit quieter and still close to supermarket, convenience store, metro station and small restaurants. There is a shopping mall linked with the hotel too.
