The breakfast was exceptional, and we were particularly impressed with Chef Balraj and his team's willingness to cater to specific dietary requirements. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive. Our room was spotless, and we appreciated the regular replenishment of essential items. However, we found the number of power outlets to be insufficient and incompatible with most mobile chargers. Additionally, the bathtub's design presented some challenges: the glass partition was too small, resulting in water spillage, and the overall height of the tub and toilet seat was unsuitable for elderly guests.
- Amirmohsen (8/5): - The staff of this property are simply amazing, courteous, caring and professional. About the location of the property, I am torn to write anything because it has both good and bad things: Pros: walking distance to the mall of Emirates with lots of shops and food options, and lots of dining options in walking ditance next to the hotel which is a great thing. Cons: It is a crowded area of the city and a bit noisy with lots of traffic. You feel comfortable when you are inside the hotel, but as soon as you step out you see how busy the area is with lots of cars and people just going around. This is not necessarily a bad thing though, because you see people. The good thing about Dubai is that even it is crowded and noisy, you never feel unsafe.
- Eyosias (10/5): - The hotel is located in Al barsha not far from one of the Metro stations, a 10minute walk. The area around is filled with small shops and restaurant's. There is also a Mosque near by which can be a bit loud at times for sensitive individuals. The hotel it self is in prestine conditions and kept extremely tidy There is a Gym, Spa and swimming pool up on the roof top, with everything in working order. Their staff are helpful and any of your requests are fulfilled promptly. Meals were delicious and properly portioned at a fair price. During their buffet hours they cater ample diet options from vegan to carnivore. Check in and check out are fairly simple and deposits are refunded upon leaving. Overall, its a pleasant place for individuals and pack of families.

The hotel closes its pools at 8:00 pm and all smoker guests line up in front of the hotel at nights to smoke cigarette which is quite a scene, I would open the smoking area around the pool for 24/7 to avoid such a weird and uncomfortable scene in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel is close to the Mall of Emirates, almost a walking distance, and there are a lot of dining options around, but it is overall not a calm area of Dubai which might be pleasing to the people who like to see a lot of vibrance and activity around.
- zheela (2/5): - This Hotel Is a Health Hazard! I’m writing this as a warning to future guests who care about cleanliness and health. After a 24-hour flight, I arrived at 1 AM, exhausted. Check-in was smooth, and I just wanted to sleep before an important meeting. As soon as I got into bed, I noticed a strange smell on the sheets—but I was too tired to care. Then, I remembered my medication. When I got up and turned on the light, I saw TWO blood-sucking ticks on the bed. I was horrified. I took a video and rushed to reception, shaking. The staff showed me two other rooms, and I moved, but I couldn’t sleep, waking every 20 minutes to check for bugs. The next morning, the manager, fully aware of the issue, offered a room upgrade and a free lunch instead of a refund. Seriously? How could I trust their food when their rooms are this filthy? I never asked for an upgrade—I just wanted a clean, bug-free room. When I refused, he kept insisting on a free meal. Do I look like I’m complaining for free food?! I wanted a safe, hygienic stay. Later, I read other one-star reviews and saw I wasn’t alone. How does this hotel have four stars? It barely deserves three! The rooms are dirty, everything stinks, and customer service is terrible. For your health’s sake, stay elsewhere!

- Lars (8/5): - First of all: The name is the hint ! It’s Atrium hotel, so this feature has its pros and cons. It’s an oasis if quietness within the Al Barsha area of life and noises as most of the rooms are facing an atrium with none exterior views. This keeps noises out, but will lock you in. The rooms are modern furnished and well cleaned, the restrooms look perfect maintenanced. Super easy access to the complimentary garage with lifts directly to your level. I enjoyed the stay here as I had more than enough vivid city life throughout My day, so I was fine with quietness in my hotel room. This hotel has not a bar, you can walk over to Centro Al Barsha hotel for a beer and soccer on big screen

This hotel is very nice, the rooms were spotless, is well located just a short walk distance to The mall of Emirates. In addition, the professionalism of the staff was exceptional especially to Inram and Muneeb that went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay after a long trip. I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my frequent colleague travelers.

There was still hair on the floor after the maids left, my new towel had a stain on it, and carpet looked dirty. Also the faucet in the bathroom would only have super hot water.

The neighborhood where it is located Is not the best and there is not much to do on the surroundings apart from the mall of emirates however, the comfort and the room sizes are definitely a very good deal for the money! The staff is very friendly and the food is good. For a very good price you can have a good meal!

On the negative side -- the internet speed is incredibly slow (8mpbs on download and 5mbps on upload) making video / Zoom calls impossible. I paid ($55/mo) to increase the speed to the Max possible of 30mpbs on upload and download -- and apparently that's the MAX possible speed in Dubai -- no telecom provider offers anything above that... Given a normal speed in developed countries is 100mpbs -- 30mbps for $55/mo seems pretty disappointing.

- Samira (2/5): - In the middle of the night while my daughter and I were sleeping, we had two men knock on my door saying they are receptionist and that there was noise complaint. They asked us to open the door. I said it can’t be us because we are fast asleep. I could no longer sleep and was scared. The next day I complained and the manager said it’s against their policy to do that and even if there was a complaint a call should have been made rather than knocking on the door in the middle of the night. He checked the cameras and listened and confirmed it was not from our room. So u professional. They offered just an ‘apology’. I demanded a compensation and they provided two days breakfast we went one day and skipped the next because breakfast was HORRIBLE. They then went and FLAGGED my account so the next time I stayed at another Al khoory Hotel recently, they said I was ‘flagged’ for the free breakfast. The worst experience ever. If you care about your safety and proper professional staff with good protocol save your money. More happened but I’ll leave it at that.

- Cristobal (6/5): It’s alright - Hotel is in good condition pretty much as shown in pictures, area is alright not the best but centrally located 30 min by metro to Downtown or 20 min to Dubai Marina. Walking distance to emirates mall, Customer service needs to improve staff not very helpful.

- Jill (10/5): - Our stay was perfect! Every staff member bent over backwards to make sure our every need and request was met immediately. The breakfast buffet was such a treat with so many varieties of food and the freshest fruit and vegetables. The coffee was superb. I cannot brag enough on every staff member being so helpful and efficient.Special shoutout to Umair and Muneeb for such incredible service! The hotel is close to a laundromat and a grocery store. I highly encourage everyone to stay here. The price, breakfast, and service cannot be beat!

- Vasuge M (6/5): - The washrooms are poorly designed. Taking a shower floods the floors. We checked in for 2 adults but only one towel was provided. No hand towels. One day there was a flood on roof top and towels were used up, we didn’t get towels till 6pm. Restaurant floor were not clean in the morning, had food on floor from the night before. Location and staff were good. The staff strive to do their best with what’s available to them.

- Craig (8/5): - The back of the hotel is next to the mosque. So you willl be woken up every morning around 5am. The breakfast it’s very unorganised, they can’t seem to stay on top of restocking the food.

- Aaron (10/5): - Great hotel for the price. you will need a car to get to anywhere from here. although there is a large mall about 20 minutes walk away. The rooms are nice a spacious. Not too many channels on the TV and it is also not a smart TV, the shower has all the products you need but the water rarely goes above warm, so if you like hot showers this could be an issue. The Staff are all friendly and helpful and overall i had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

- Neville (2/5): - Well to start I booked the property for two nights and since my flight was late eve I was charged for half day extra that is from 12 noon to six pm which I was fine but here comes the sad part when I asked the front desk manager to increase my check out time by an hour to 7 pm he curtly replied company policy can’t well if I paid half day it should be flexible as a half day is 22 hours divided by 2 which is 11 hours technically but still I did not want the 11 hours all I wanted is one hour more now I’ve travelled the globe and never ever have I faced such humiliation so I won’t ever return to this property ever and will put it on my social media too as I have a huge data base of fans ….. thank you
