Guest Reviews
- Julie (7/5): -
- Kathleen (2/5): - Old, dated, no decent toiletries, no Kleenex, pillows hard, over-priced
- Ellen (8/5): Clean, comfortable, nothing fancy, very friendly attentive service from family/owner. 24/7 front desk available - Good location if you have car. Parking in front of room. someone is at the front desk 24/7 ands was helpful with an issue. Very comfortable memory foam beds, clean. good size counter fridge. Microwave. A couple of plates and cutlery would have been helpful esp given there was a microwave and fridge. there was a very small coffee/tea? maker but only green tea bags. Even some instant coffee packets would have been nice and some creamers in fridge. I may havde read in a review that coffee was available at the front desk lobby, however, I did not check that out.
- Rita (7/5): Owners were very welcoming and pleasant - Easy to fine Dated
- Merrill (8/5): -
- Derrick (9/5): -
- Melissa (10/5): A wonderful place to stay - It was clean and tidy. The owner was very very nice. So very helpful. Let us know that we could contact her day or night and she would be available.
The beds were so comfortable. I didn’t want to get up in the morning. I have been to several hotels and motels, and Sackville Inn has the best beds I have ever slept in.
There was a fridge and microwave in the room and the owner recommended to us to go to Walmart just across the border in Nova Scotia to get food as the stores in town were very expensive.
All in all it was an amazing stay with an amazing hostess and I told my friends and family that if they needed a place to stay when they went to Sackville that this was the place to stay. Nothing. The place was amazing
- Brent (8/5): - Location and the price Need to buy some new towels. They were fraying
- Michel (8/5): Très bien -
- Michelle (10/5): Just lovely! - It was clean and quiet. The owner and her sweet dog were amazing! I’ll definitely be staying here again!! Gamsahamnida!!!!
- Melissa (9/5): We enjoyed our stay thanks to friendly staff and the clean, quiet and comfortable room - Spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable
- Sarah (8/5): Very convenient stay for visiting Sackville, of good value, itwill be my motel of choice each time -

- Ronald (8/5): -
- Jean Guy (10/5): Très bon séjour. - Gentillesse du personnel. Propreté de l’endroit. Situation simple à trouver près d’autoroute. Rien ne nous a semblé négatif.
- William (10/5): Clean, comfortable, remote, quiet…perfect. - The owner/operators are an amazingly kind and hospitable couple. They went above and beyond during my five night stay. If we didn’t have it, they provided it. Really, REALLY, nice folks. The property is a motel, that is you drive up to your door, which is very traditional. It’s not hotel with concierge, five star dining, etc. So if that is what you’re looking for, look elsewhere. If you’re seeking comfort, cleanliness, in a quiet location, yet close to all amenities, this is the place. As a former military member, I’ve stayed in everything from dumps to palaces, this place is one of the most comfortable places I have ever stayed.
- Lewey (7/5): -
- Mike (5/5): A place to lay down - Very dated

- Jean-Denis (4/5): - Room definitely not worth the price of $150!!! Needs updating. Poor lighting uncomfortable furniture. No decor. No coffee or condiments. Smelled weird. Bags of garbage at office door not clean. Room isn't even worth $75!!
- Chee (10/5): -
- Beth (8/5): - Very convenient location for me and friendly staff.
- Yvonne (8/5): -
- Roxanne (4/5): Disappointing for the price of this room. - The location was convenient. It was quiet. It was very dated and dingy. The TV was terrible - unable to stream anything.
- Shelley (8/5): - The property was a bit rustic but very clean and the service was great. Amenities were also nice- fridge, hair dryer, microwave, comfy bed, couch and table.
- Bill (4/5): - The manager was very efficient and the rooms were relatively clean but the lamps were broken, the plugs didnt work and general maintenance levels were low. The property needs to be refreshed

- Dianne (8/5): Old but clean - Very nice owner checked us in. Room was clean but oh so dated. Small. Bed was firm so i worried at first but slept surprisingly well. Its on the outskirts so nothing close
- Paula (8/5): - Close to highway and clean, double bonus
- Marc (1/5): Refused to cancel and refund money 60min after booking.com reservation tech error. Horrible experien - Looking for last minute, late night, accommodations during an 18hr drive home and violent thunder storm.. Tried reserving through booking.com but was advised that reservation did not go through as the room was snatched up while we were paying. Called booking.com reservation line that confirmed all rooms were booked. Found alternative accommodations 90 min away and only then saw an email that the original reservation was confirmed. Called Tantramar Motel within 60 min of Booking.com error - they refused to cancel and did not provide refund. Spoke to them three times over the phone and even dropped by the following morning 90min into our remaining 11.5hr drive home, and they again refused to provide refund. Booking.com took no responsibility and was no help, placed all responsibility onto the Motel and we, the client carried the cost of their error. Horrible experience for the end of what would have been a lovely vacation.

Sweet couple and nice hotel near highway, gas station and 3 min from downtown’s famous Painted Pony Steakhouse. If, like me, you want to visit P.E.I. by motorcycle, or car, this hotel is only 65km from confederation bridge. I, personnaly, had enough time to visit a few places while also riding along the coastal panoramic route 6, and get back to the Tantramar Hotel for a good rest before packing the next morning for another destination.
