Świeże soki i owoce przy śniadaniu. Stan techniczny rowerów. Przydał by im się posezonowy przegląd i regulacja. Kompletnie rozregulowane, nie dokręcone, hamulce niesprawne. Brak zupełnie dbałości o bezpieczeństwo użytkowników. Trzeba uważać na komary bo odwiedzają pokoje. Obok recepcji w sąsiedztwie hotelu codziennie wieczorem przyrządzane są na grillu owoce morza. Używają do tego wentylatora żeby szybko usmażyć mięso. Dym i zapach węgla nie do zniesienia, nawet przy zamkniętych oknach.

All was just perfect, the staff, especially San and Lili, who did all possible to deliver the best service. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, a lovely bathroom, open ceiling to coconut trees , stars, and evening breeze and rain. Breakfast was a delight, with the chef who personally came and catered to every need during days of feeling physically unwell. Thank you all for a memorable stay. I would only recommend adding a second thin courtain layer for daytime privacy as well as another barrier against mosquitos .

• Giulia (9/5): Per chi cerca tranquillità e bellezza - Pulita con bungalow sulla spiaggia silenziosa accogliente e molto bella, colazione eccezionale fronte mare Come in tutta l’isola per arrivarci o a piedi con il bagaglio o carretto con cavallo( 200 rupie standard per tutti), potrebbero organizzare un transfert per chi ha i bagagli con motorini elettrici . Il mare davanti è cristallino ma poco balneabile acqua bassa e tanti coralli ( compensano con bella piscina)rispetto ad altre zone che però sono più confusionarie e comunque a due passi. In generale noi abbiamo apprezzato molto la tranquillità del posto.

They are so attentive, friendly, and communicative through whatsapp. They picked us up from the port and were waiting for us. When I asked for bandaids, after coming back to the room they provided even more bandaids. Just so thoughtful. We also had early scuba sessions so we asked if it was possible to make our breakfast early and they accommodated our schedule and brought it to our cottage. We felt so taken care of by the staff at Vyaana Gili Air. 2. Very clean. Serviced our room twice a day. We thought we only needed once but they come the second time to put up the mosquito net, which was 100% needed 3. Loved the location. Right on the beach, quieter part of the island. Also walking distance to our scuba shop Master Scuba. 4. Provide many amenities - their mosquito repellent actually worked way better than what I had and helped a lot!! They also provide bikes which made Gili Air so easy and fun to explore. Mosquitos in the hut, I don’t know how they get in, maybe through the walls? Hence why the mosquito net was imperative. Weren't really anywhere to sit inside the cottage with AC other than your bed. Hair conditioner (personal preference) I think this is normal for all of gili island to have open air bathroom for island feel but when it’s hot and humid, sometimes would’ve been nice to have bathroom indoor with AC

Staffs very friendly and helpful. Pool is nice. The air condition not strong enough for family suite so the other bed didn’t receive much of the fan or the air con. The food at the villa is not average.

• Luke P_ (10/5): you won't regret staying here! ...and you will leave asking for more! - since the check in, we were very impressed by the staff. very cordial and attentative and every aspect. the following days was always the excellent service form every and each of the staff we met during the week we stayed at Vyaana. the breakfast was always calm and with a wonderfull view, and the service was spot on every singles day! the food was always good regardless of what time of the day we ordered. it is rare to go on a trip and think that the next time you will come back to the same place, but for me there is no need to try somewhere else in Gili Air, because Vyaana has easily exceeded our expectations and was a sensational stay! I highly recommend staying at Vyaana! there was nothing I did no like on this property.

Petit cabane individuel bien soignée et climatisée. Spacieuse. Resto au bord de la mer au top. On y mange super bien. Prix hyper abordable. Madai qui s'est occupé de nous est genial. Discret mais jamais loin pour répondre a toutes nos demandes. Fruit de mer au barbecue possible tous les soirs. Mie goreng et nasi goreng a tombé ! Lit confortable. Possibilité de louer des scooters électriques. Vélo gratuit pour se déplacer. Bref.... un hôtel au top. Rien a dire.
• François (3/5): Très décevant, je n’y retournerai pas. - L’emplacement pour le couché du soleil Il y a plusieurs cabane donc je ne connais pas l’état de toutes. Nous étions dans la Sadé. Draps sales et jaunâtres à notre arrivée, changer par la suite mais pas beaucoup mieux après. La chambre est dans l’ensemble sale et mal entretenu. Ça ne donne pas envie de rester dans la chambre. Aucun rideau sur la porte qui donne à la salle de bain donc beaucoup de lumière au levée du soleil. Salle de bain extérieur propre et jolie mais qui dit extérieur, dit insectes (pas a notre goût, mais c’est pas la faute de l’hôtel). L’emplacement est assez excentrée et quasi impossible de se baigner à marée basse. Très déçue

La vue sur mer depuis la terrasse de notre chambre. La restauration. L’hôtel devrait même la mettre mieux en avant car à première vue, on n’a pas l’impression que l’établissement fait aussi restaurant. Du coup on était un peu seuls or c’était délicieux. La mer n’est pas baignade de ce côté de l’île. Assez cher par rapport aux 3 autres lieux où nous avons séjourné sur l’île, qui étaient pourtant tout aussi bien voir mieux.

Rooms were very comfortable, very clean and well-equipped, with the morning cleaning and afternoon turn-down service completed quickly and discreetly while we were out. We were particularly warmed by the bed time story card and small sweets each day. Great AC, bathroom consumables, fridge, the facilities were perfect with the only exception being a lack of hot water. We found this very common in our travels in Bali and the Gilis though, and to be honest, a cool shower was preferable in a warm climate :) Great location on the West side with colourful sunsets backlighting Mt Agung and Gili T. Breakfast was welcome and very satisfying. We would love to come back. Thank you!

So walking with luggage is bit difficult, but they can arrange a horsecar if thats something you’re willing to do.

• Silvia (10/5): Best resort in Gili Air - If we could rate it 11/10 we would. Vyaana resort is amazing. The rooms are very pretty, the facilities are great, they provide push bikes to use for free and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The location is perfect, in a very calm side of the island. The restaurant is great, many different options and very attentive to gluten free. The staff is the real highlight though, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. We also had a private romantic dinner at sunset on the beach, it was absolutely incredible, straight out of a dream! Hands down one of the best resorts in Gili Air!

We also loved the nightly bedtime stories and the free bicycles make exploring the island easy. Plus, it’s just a quick walk from the island’s best pizza at Mama’s Pizza—the best pizza we've had outside of Italy.

The beach front was more open than many other places on the island with large trees for shade which added to its natural appeal, and was where many meals were enjoyed. Perfect place to watch the sunset. Plenty of activities on offer + free bikes to explore the island. Also loved the pool. Unfortunately the waters edge was more coral than sand but there are many places nearby on the island to swim. The resort ran out of several items on their menu which took a few days to replenish. The horse/cart operators hiked up the prices quoted by the resort.

On arrival we were early for check in, this wasn't a problem, we were also feeling unwell and went straight to sleep, the staff brought our bags and checked that we were OK. Every day we were left a treat in the afternoon with a small story. Nothing, it was great.

Lontano dal caos, circondato da palme e verdissima vegetazione si trova a mio avviso, nella parte più bella dell'isola. Gode di una bellissima ed ampia spiaggia di sabbia che regala pace e relax. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. La colazione è ottima, come anche il cibo che offre il ristorante dove si mangia benissimo. Infatti non abbiamo sentito la necessità di cercare altro posto poiché abbiamo trovato tutto di qualità. La pulizia è impeccabile, i bungalow sono molto spaziosi e accoglienti e la piscina è un must che ci ha permesso di rinfrescarci durante le basse maree. Dal Vyaana Resort si vedono anche dei tramonti spettacolari. E' stato un soggiorno meraviglioso che ci ha permesso di rilassarci e godere di questa fantastica piccola isola. Grazie a tutto lo staff per averci coccolato durante il nostro soggiorno. Assolutamente nulla.

Peacefully tucked away in a quiet part of the island, it offers a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience — everything is still easily accessible by foot or bike. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome; they are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
• Michèle (9/5): Ein kleines und ruhig gelegenes Bijou - Ruhige Lage für ruhige Gäste Sehr grosses Zimmer und Bad Direkt am Strand Tolle Anlage mit Palmen Frühstück am Strand Gratis Fahrräder Pool mit Sonnensegel Eigenes Restaurant ist eher teuer und es werden keine alkoholischen Getränke serviert. Je nach Lage des Bungalows wenig bis kein Schatten auf der Terrasse. Unseres ("Suardani") war jedoch super.

• Renelle (10/5): Beautiful location, chilled out, clean and friendly with everything you could need. - Love the location and laid back vibe of Vyaana. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff, there’s nothing not to like about this place. Located right on Sunset point offering beautiful sunsets. Rooms are very clean with everything you could need. We stayed upstairs in the family room which gave us a nice view over the ocean. Great having the pool as well as beach chairs and good food served at Vyaana. Nothing
• Anna (10/5): Amazing relaxing stay on Gili Air - The staff is simply amazing! The hotel is super super nice, very quiet and well maintained. A real pearl! We could use their bikes to cycle around the island, which was very practical. The breakfast is served directly in front of the beach and it’s really delicious! Thank you so much, we have such a lovely stay! 🙏🏽

• yann (8/5): Très bon séjour à Gili Air - L'emplacement est exceptionnel sur l'île, le personnel très agréable et souriant. Les vélos sont prêtés gratuitement ce qui est très appréciable pour partir en balade et faire le tour de l'île ou l'explorer sous toutes ses coutures. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, y compris pour les plats indonésiens qui sont meilleurs à l'extérieur mais ca reste correct et le lombok kopi (café) est excellent.
• Karin Neuweiler-stock (10/5): - Super nette Häuschen, sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Gutes Frühstück,wird am Strand serviert.Tolle Atmosphäre. Würde jederzeit nochmals buchen. Alles war top.
