• Cécile (9/5): - Endroit tranquille à cette saison. J’y ai passé 3 nuits. Attention la route entre Shiretoko nature center et Rausu est ouverte mais pas de bus. Trop de neige pour les sentiers au Shiretoko pass. Bus pour aller jusqu’aux 5 lacs. Onsen propre. Personnel à l’accueil parlant anglais. Lit confortable couette douce ainsi qu’oreiller. Bon wifi. Il n’y a pas de douche , obligation de se laver aux sanitaires du onsen.

• Mai (10/5): - 風呂上がりに漫画がまったり読めるのがいい。旅先で贅沢な時間を過ごさせていただきました。 洗濯機で両替機があると便利だとは思った。あとは、洗剤もフロントでの販売だったので、洗剤購入、両替と二、三回往復するには、少し面倒になるくらいの長い距離であった。チェックインの時にランドリー室のことを尋ねるお客に両替と洗剤購入の二点を説明しておけば、面倒が減るかもしれない。
• Jasmin (7/5): Schöne Erfahrung - Authentisches, japanisches Gästehaus. Sehr sauber, mit einem großen Onsen. Man darf die Onsen auch tätowiert nutzen. Man konnte vegetarisches Frühstück bestellen, was sehr lecker war. Wir übernachteten in einem privaten Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Abkühlmöglichkeit (kaltes Wasser) in den Onsen.

• Meng- Che (7/5): 餐食好吃，但如果房間沒有獨立衛浴，則客房體驗不好 - 提供的晚餐以及早餐很好吃，完全符合溫泉旅館的供餐水準。 Hanare館的客廳晚上橡蟲氾濫，甚至有些會飛行圍繞燈泡，雖然蟲子遲鈍好抓，不太會咬人，還是會對旅館產生不好的印象。

• Jonathan (10/5): Relaxed with all the basic needs met to a high standard - Simple, nice and traditional low cost accomadation with good basic onsen with great water .The staff were especislly helpful when we accidentally left a passport in the room and had travelled to our next place, going out of their way to organise next day postal delivery and were very attentive and helpful with prompt replies. We really appreciated their effort and we received the passport with good time. They understood the urgancy and really care

• Raphaël (8/5): Génial! - Très beau Ryokan à l'est de Hokkaido. Les bains onsens ont étés mes préférés de ce voyage-ci avec leur design plus naturel et la vue sur la forêt. Le déjeuner était très biens et le personnel, surtout le monsieur qui nous a acceuilli en soirée, fort sympathique. Ma chambre venait d'être vermifuger, l'odeur était bien présente.

• Wenting (7/5): 热情友善的民宿，旺季期间只订到三人间，一个人住是很奢侈的体验。 - 温泉非常好，两个池子，温水区和热水，很大。枕头被套非常好闻，散发着暖烘烘的太阳烘干味道，这点酒店也许是体验不到的。 臭虫很多，根本打不完，如果你怕虫子不会建议，我不是很怕就是担心飞到我身上。上坡路挺累的，尤其下雨我拉着行李箱，全当有氧运动了哈哈

• Ignat S (8/5): - 시레토코 동네에 유일한 게스트하우스로, 가성비 숙소를 찾는다면 추천합니다. 렌트를 해서 방문한다면 주차장이 바로 앞에 있습니다. 넓은 대욕장(온천)이 있습니다. 중심지(버스정류장)와 많이 떨어져있고, 오가는 셔틀이 없습니다. 겨울에는 눈이 쌓여있는(빙판) 언덕 길을 올라야합니다. 체크인/아웃 시에는 다소 힘들 수 있습니다.

• Olena (10/5): It’s a wonderful stay to sum it up. - It’s very comfortable and cozy place to stay. And staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s also so nice to have hot green tea available at all times. The heater system got very strong gas smell even when the window is closed.

• Maike (7/5): A bit expensive for what they offer when compared to similar hotels - I liked the onsen and the drink station. Also the ability to warm up your food with the microwave provided. The staff during Check-in spoke english quite well, which surprised me, as this is not always the case in Japan. The room smelled quite musty or moldy and I couldn't open the window to get the smell out. Also there were a few dead insects in the room and the bathroom. A bit expensive considering these factors aswell as that it is quite far from Utoro Bus station, so takes about 15 to 20 min to hike up to the hotel.

• 丞君 (7/5): 當天從上下舖被升級成和式單人房，被褥已經幫忙鋪好了，盥洗廁所一樣是共用的。十月天黑的很快，旅館的打光有點陰森。 - 浴場很大、大觀景窗風景宜人。 窗戶關著還是會有蟲子不知從哪飛進房間撞擊頂燈，鬥志鬥勇趕出去，房間都有放驅蟲噴霧，畢竟是山上要習慣。

• Rachel (8/5): Nice japanese style room - We really liked the japanese style room and the robe. The futons were very comfy. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, and you need a car to get around. Utoro is very nice and we wished we could stay longer. 1. Our room was in the "new wing" so it is a long way from the main entrace, it would have been nice if we could enter from the back door. 2. Our room was on the ground floor, so it was disturbing that people above us walked heavily and it made a banging nois even late at night.

• Binda (6/5): Onsen Hotel - Wij moesten diezelfde dag een hotel vinden daar er geen bus meer ging naar Sapporo. Enige hotel in de omgeving dat nog een kamer vrij had. 😃 Dit is een Onsen hotel. Als gevolg geen eigen was en toilet gelegenheid op de kamer. Ook geen bedden en stoelen.

• Hedwig (6/5): Goed - Ligging. Leuke sfeer. Prima ontbijt. Aardig personeel. Onsen verouderd, water viezig en zwarte schimmel op houten lambrizering en kozijnen. Rookkamer stinkt enorm: afschaffen van rookkamers zou helpen, en dan buiten een rookplekje maken. Buiten missen sowieso bankjes om te zitten (bij mooi weer). Suggestie: offer enkele parkeerplaatsen op voor een tuintje/zitje.

• Fiona (6/5): Good cheap accommodation - The restaurant staff were very friendly and breakfast was a feast. The property is tired and the onsen is Very shabby.
• Morgane (6/5): Pratique si on a une voiture - Le onsen Le cottage pour les dortoirs est situé en face de l’hôtel principal qui est à 20 min à pied du centre ville. Il n’y a pas de douches dans le dortoir, si on veut se doucher il faut donc nécessairement aller dans le onsen qui se trouve dans le bâtiment principal et donc sortir dehors pour y accéder. Il n’y a pas de cuisine ni de bol, assiettes, se faire à manger. Juste micro-ondes, bouilloire et frigo.
